Re: BIT.TRIP Runner Dev Needs Your Help To Bring Remake To Switch 2

Danrenfroe2016

Yeah I'm still kind of pissed because they have a game on switch, and it runs horribly, it needs to Hit 60 frames per second and on the switch one it will not do it, however on switch 2 it will, but I don't think I want to support them if they're not going to fix old games, as in they just released it in the just left it there to rot...

Re: Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Fails To Meets Sega's Expectations

It would be interesting to find out how much money they spend on making some of these newer games, like I would love to see a comparison between okay. Maybe money's not the right word, how many man hours were spent on Mario Kart. Super Nintendo, versus say Mario Kart 64 and up through the ranks to Mario Kart world, they're spending a lot of time on these games now and it's like they invest too heavily in it. Maybe? And I don't know but I'm asking is Sonic racing considered a AAA title?

@Sonicka It's still pretty boring in the intermission sections, especially I've really started to despise the route Nintendo took with MKW. I have been playing Mario Kart 8 recently and Mario Kart 8 has a whole lot of A+ karting, But Mario Kart world the gameplay is just not as good because the tracks are not as good, I mean you can almost play some of the tracks without even looking

Re: Nintendo's First Game Trial Of 2026 Is Exclusive To Switch 2 (North America)

I will definitely try it. I loved Madden 64 and the older 16 bit games, But when I tried to play it on Wii U, least I think it was on Wii U, I don't know. Anyway, I remember the last time I tried to play a modern version though I was very turned off by the realism, I'm sorry but I prefer to have it much easier to complete passes and things like that, real football as a video game is not fun for me. That said, I will give it a try

Re: Bethesda Releases Skyrim Switch 2 Patch Addressing Input Latency Issues

Danrenfroe2016

@OrtadragoonX So here's my question, if it's such a horrible engine and all these things, why don't they just remake it? All they'd have to do is reuse the assets? This game has made them money hand over fist, you think they would be happy to have a proper remake and have something they can be proud of, but no, they're trying to squeeze every last dollar out of that game

Re: Bethesda Releases Skyrim Switch 2 Patch Addressing Input Latency Issues

It's just insane that they release games like this, they should be ashamed of themselves, I certainly hope that one day these mega ga giant corporations like Bethesda get broken up and have individual studios again, it's just freaking ridiculous how much money they spend on trying to make a game and then it ends up sucking and then you take a 10-year-old game and try to put it on a new console and I could run it better on my toaster! I can only imagine the bureaucratic nightmare that accompany that big must be. There must be so many middle managers and so many different people getting in the way of a good product, think of all the millions of dollars wasted on payroll for people that literally their job is to screw up games... Lol. Instead of letting the developers make a good game.

Re: GRID Legends: Deluxe Edition Is Racing Onto Switch 2 In Early 2026

Danrenfroe2016

@JayJ I'm curious to play this game, I have need for speed for the switch, and I also have burnout Paradise, both games are very good games, and I do like both, however need for speed automobiles feel heavy as hell, and burnout. Of course all the cars feel light as a feather, how does grid stack up on this? Do the cars fill super heavy and cumbersome? I would love to find a game that is somewhere in between burnout Paradise and need for speed, every time I play. Need for speed. I end up enjoying myself, but it still feels like my car is stuck in molasse.
