@Rainbowfire Bayonetta Origins is such an amazing experience! I went back and finished it about a week or so ago. I'm sure it didn't sell well, and I don't hear many people talk about it, which is a shame. It's in my top 5 best games I've played this year so far, and this year has been great for gaming. I hope you enjoy it 😁.

This weekend, I'll be playing Texas Chain Saw Massacre & Fallout New Vegas on Series X.

Red Dead Redemption & Quake 2 on Switch.

Mabey some Moving Out 2 on PS5 if I can find some people to play with...

October is already packed enough with releases, so Batman will have to wait for a price drop. Especially since only Asylum will be on the cart. I've been waiting years for these games to come to Switch. It's nice to see them finally arriving soon.

I'll wait for reviews first after dealing with the terrible performance of the GTA Trilogy on Switch at launch.

If the game looks and runs well, it'll be a day 1 physical purchase. If not, I'll wait for a sale.

I have the 360 version on my Series X. So I'll wait for a discount before I pick up a PS4 copy for my PS5.

I'm really looking forward to this one. It's coming to PS Plus Extra and Game Pass, so I'll play it on PS5 or Series X and pick up a physical copy for Switch whenever that releases.

Atelier Ryza got me into this series and now I'm hooked.
I'm not a fan of the art style in this one, but since the game seems to be good i can look past it. I'll have to add this to my list of imports.

I love the Batman Arkham trilogy, and if it gets a proper physical release on Switch, it will be a day 1 pick up. But I'm sure it will be digital only or a half cart half download release.

Some of the games in the collection available via download code instead of being on the disc/cartridge is enough to make me wait for a discount of $20 or less before I pick up a copy.
I have plenty of others games to spend my money on at the moment. Thanks, Sega.

I have the other Ace Attorney games on Switch cartridges. I still have yet to play them, but I'll definitely pick this up day 1 as long as it has a physical release.

Yesterday was my birthday, so I decided to treat myself to a Splatoon 3 Switch OLED console to add to my collection. It's easily my favorite of all the special edition OLED systems. So over the weekend I'll be downloading 1tb worth of games/updates to it. I just did this last month with TOTK Switch OLED 😳.

Other then that, I'm still playing through Breath of the Wild before I start TOTK.

I already have 12 pairs of joy cons and I only use 2 pairs split while playing on the TV laying in bed and the others are on display on my shelf. These are nice so I'll have to get both pairs.

I didn't buy a Switch system in April, but I did purchase the Zelda OLED in May. My birthday is next month so I'm thinking of picking up the Splatoon OLED model also.

I'll pick up a physical copy for the collection. But I'm in no rush since I haven't finished Breath of the Wild.

I understand the convenience of going all digital, especially for a hybrid system. But I will always prefer physical media for preservation and I like to collect games.

Better deals and using less SD storage also makes choosing cartridges over digital an even easier decision.

I agree. I bought my 1TB micro SD cards for $300 each a few years back. It's nice to see how far the price has dropped since then. Same with SSD's for PS5 at least, not so much for Series X/S yet...

Mabey I'll use this code for a second playthrough sometime in the future. The difficulty is on the easier side and that's fine. I'm about halfway through and enjoying every moment of it, from the beautiful watercolor art style to amazing soundtrack.

I'm sad to see it's not selling very well.

That's nice. Same here, Nintendo is always my main console but Playstation is right behind it. Series X has been mostly a GamePass and back-compat machine for me the past year or so.

@Ryu_Niiyama 600+ Switch games? Damn and I thought I needed help lmfao. I'd probably be around that if PS4/PS5 & Xbox One/Series X games didn't take up half of my monthly gaming budget. Is Switch your only console?

@MikeJones Nope, mostly physical (291 cartridges). If I had gone mostly digital, I'd probably need 5TB worth of memory...

I was so sure 1TB Micro SD cards would be more than enough to last me the entire Switch gen easily. About 95% of my collection is physical and I have about 90gb left on my 1TB cards 🫤. Hopefully a 2TB card will be announced soon.

As far as standard controllers go, the Switch Pro controller is the best Nintendo has made so far.
HD rumble, great battery life, big face buttons, nice design.

Besides the drift issues, I really like the joy-cons and prefer to use split joy-con while gaming in bed docked to the TV. Especially for rpg's, visual novels, and shooters with gyro aiming.

The Gamecube controller (WaveBird) will always hold a special place in my heart. It's perfect for games designed for it (Luigi's Mansion, Mario Kart Double Dash, Smash Bros Melee, ect.

I'm also a big fan of the Wii U gamepad and pick it over the Wii U Pro controller any day. But the Wii U Pro controller has the best battery I've seen on a controller. I had to charge them mabey twice a year.

When It comes to Xbox, the Elite Series 2 is definitely my favorite controller.

Playstation now has my favorite controller of all time with the Dualsense Edge.

Was able to pre-order from Best Buy a few days ago. I'm looking forward to adding this beautiful OLED system to my collection. I'm not looking forward to downloading 1TB worth of updates, though. Which reminds me that I need to order another 1TB micro SD card and pack of screen protectors.

I didn't pre-order any games this week. But I couldn't resist the temptation to pre-order the Zelda OLED system from Best Buy last night. Another Switch system is the last thing I should be buying, but I can't help it. This should (hopefully) be my last Nintendo console until a next gen Nintendo system comes out...

Barely 1 million sales? Seems kinda low to me. I never thought these games would be released on modern platforms. Such a great collection of many of my favorite childhood games right here.
I had to double dip on the Collector's Edition for Switch & a stand copy for PS5. I'll probably buy a copy for Xbox as well.

I will wait for the 4K Blu-ray to watch the movie on my 77" LG C1 OLED from the comfort of my own bed. I haven't been to a movie theater in years.

I want to pick up a copy sooner than later. But I haven't played the first 2 games yet. I prefer physical but I do see Atelier Ryza 1 on sale in the Eshop for $30. Should I get that or can I find a physical copy for around that price? I see physical copies of Atelier Ryza 2 on Amazon but not the first game.

Since Resident Evil 4 Remake released it's taken up most of my gaming time and will continue to do so.

I finally picked up copies of Bayonetta Origins & Metroid Prime Remastered yesterday. I started Bayonetta last night and so far so good.

With Hogwarts Legacy, Octopath Traveler 2, & Fatal Frame Mask of the Lunar Eclipse I still need to finish.

So I'll wait and pick up copies for Switch & PS5 like I did with Maiden of Black Water.

It's one of my most anticipated games of March along with Resident Evil 4 & Fatal Frame Mask of the Lunar Eclipse. Day 1 purchase for all 3.

I started the Demo with Castti the Apothecary. So that's who I'm going with. My copy should be delivered today. I played Octopath Traveler on my Series X thru Game Pass to prep me for part 2.

It's hard to believe that it's been almost 5 years since Octopath Traveler 1 released.

When the Switch Lite was announced, I was one of those people who thought a Switch that couldn't Switch. What's the point? But I ended up buying one a few months after release (yellow) and it became my main since I play mostly portable. Then I bought the grey, turquoise, & Pokémon Sword & Shield lite consoles. Years later my Switch oled is my main portable go to because of the big beautiful screen and better battery life. But I sometimes use a lite to do some grinding in an rpg. Other then that they mostly go unused...

Ever since Dead Space came out, it's consumed my gaming time. I'm currently playing through Impossible difficulty to get that Platinum.

I need to go back to Persona 3 Portable on Switch because it's been about a week since I played it.

Aww, no Gyro is disappointing. Does it support local wireless play at least? If not, I'll stick with the Series X version on Game Pass for now. Is a physical copy available?

This weekend will be all about Dead Space Remake for PS5. Some single-player Goldeneye 007 on Series X. And Persona 3 Portable on Switch.

I started Dead Space last night, and wow, what a visual upgrade compared to the 360 version! The 3D audio sounds amazing also! Hopefully, it sells well, and we see a remake of Dead Space 2 eventually. And a brand new Dead Space game one day as well.

@Tm080201, I'll definitely check it out. I was thinking of picking up a copy on PS4 since it's going for $20. It will at least be an easy Platinum. Unfortunately, not all of the episodes are on the disc (only episode 1), which was also disappointing to me at least.

The only Life is Strange game I haven't played. I heard it wasn't that good years ago, so I skipped it. As a big fan of Life is Strange 1, Before the Storm, & True Colors, I suppose I should play this one at least. If a physical version is released for Switch, I'll pick up a copy after a discount.

Great game! I played it on my Series X thru Game Pass last year. It's definitely worth checking out. I'll be picking up a physical copy for PS5 when that releases. If Switch gets a physical release, I'll gladly double dip.

Last night, I gave in and downloaded the double pack of P3 & P4 for Switch after playing some of P3 on my Series X thru Game Pass. I haven't played P4 yet, but Persona 3 looks great in portable mode on my Switch OLED. These games are perfect for portable play, and I might be able to finish them vs. being tethered to a TV.

Hopefully, a physical version will be available soon. But at least the digital copy only costs $20, which isn't bad.

So far, I'd give Persona 3 an 8/10
Persona 5 Royal 9/10

Persona 5 was my introduction to the Persona world, and that game is absolutely amazing!
I'm looking forward to playing P3 & P4 on my Series X thru Game Pass next week.

I would love physical copies of both games for Switch, so hopefully, those will come out at some point. I'd also like to play the older Shin Megami Tensei games.

@Friendly I assumed Bayonetta 1 was going to have a low print run for physical copies. So I made sure to pick up a copy asap! Idk where you live, but here in the US Bayonetta, 1 copies are sold out 😕. Right now, the cheapest way to get a physical version of Bayonetta 1 is thru the 10th anniversary bundle for PS4 & Xbox One. Hopefully, you are able to find a Switch version for retail.

I'm still only about halfway finished with the Switch version. Then, I started a new game on the PS5 version for the trophies. I should really stick to one version so I can actually get through the game 😵‍💫

I'm physical all the way because I prefer to own the games I purchase and will be able to play them anytime without a problem when the digital stores shut down (PS3 & PS Vita/Wii U/3DS). Plus, I love looking at my big ol collection of physical games on my shelf 🥰.

I understand the convenience of digital, and I'm not against it because I have subscriptions to Game Pass & PS Plus Premium. I know digital is the future, but I'm not looking forward to it being the only option along with streaming. It's sad to think that the next generation of consoles will probably be all digital 😕.
