I played a little bit on my Series X thru Game Pass, and the atmosphere and old school vibes are great! I'll definitely pick up a physical copy for Switch & Playstation next month.

These next few months are going to be expensive.

Kirby, Octopath Traveler 2, Atelier Ryza 3, Prodeus, Signalis, SpongeBob, Tales of Symphonia, Dead Space Remake, Hogwarts Legacy, RE4 Remake, Dualsense Edge controller.

I'm probably forgetting some other games as well.

Exclusive to the Square Enix store and already sold out? Wow! Why isn't this a standard retail release available everywhere? I'm not a lifelong or die-hard FF fan (more recently, actually), but I'd like to own the original games in a physical collection. Even though I think $75 is overpriced, I'd still pay it. Hopefully, Square changes their mind and makes this collection available to more retailers...

I'll wait for a physical release. In the meantime, I'll play these games on my Series X thru Game Pass.

I want physical copies for PS5 & Switch. Hopefully, I'll be able to order from Amazon like I did with Maiden of Black Water.

I decided to go with the PS5 version (will be delivered today) for 4K, 60fps, trophy support, and because I have FF7 Intergrade on PS5. It's nice to know the Switch version is good also. I'll probably pick up a copy after a price drop. It's just strange having Crisis Core on Switch & Xbox but not FF7 Remake.

$60 seems a little steep. I was hoping it would cost $50-$40. Oh well, it's Bayonetta! Day 1 physical pick-up for me.

I've been playing a lot of PS5 this past week and got the Platinum trophies for Callisto Protocol, Horizon Forbidden West, and Spirit of the North Enhanced Edition. I'm ready for Crisis Core.

Series X - I'm currently playing through Halo Infinite and Dead Space 3, both co-op with a friend.

Switch - I haven't played much this past week, which is rare. I still have a long way to go on P5R.

Another Bayonetta game so soon? Yes, please!

This weekend will be all about Callisto Protocol (PS5) when my copy arrives today.

Other than that, I bought a Seagate 2TB SSD for my Series X on sale yesterday ($359.99), so I'll be putting that pricy thing to use with some downloads on Game Pass.

Mabey, some Persona 5 Royal on Switch when I need a break from the other consoles. And, of course, watch some anime on my downtime.

Well deserved for such a great game! I picked up the Steelbook version for Switch Day 1 and a copy for PS5 on black Friday for half price. I'm really looking forward to Persona 3 & 4. Hopefully, with physical releases 🤞.

Trying to enjoy Pokémon Scarlet but the slide show framerate, pop in, and low resolution sure is making it difficult. I'm starting to get a headache staring at the screen. I'll probably wait for a performance patch or two before I play it again.

Oh well, back to God of War Ragnarok to get that Platinum. I still have Persona 5 Royal and Bayonetta 3 to finish on Switch as well.

Kinda wish I spent my money on other games instead of the Pokémon double pack 😒

Physical copies of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet tonight. I thought I'd have God of War Ragnarok finished before Pokémon came out, but not yet.
Looking forward to starting Pokémon later this evening!

I enjoyed the Switch version for portability of course, but this time I'll play Witcher 3 on PS5. Hopefully they add some cool features for the Dualsense controller.

Them thighs though 😍 lol. I still need to get the first 2 games. But I'll buy this day 1 to add to the collection, either way.

I have the double pack pre-ordered. I skipped most of the Pokémon games besides Sword & Arceus. Figured I'd start buying them to add to the collection. Everyone knows years later these games prices will only go up.

God of War Ragnarok on PS5.

Just finished BloodRayne 1 Revamped so I'll be starting BloodRayne 2 on Switch, along with Bayonetta 3 and Persona 5 Royal.

@Anti-Matter The PS5/Series X versions are dynamic 1800p at 60fps with VRR. Easily the best console versions of Sonic Frontiers. But that was to be expected...

Damn the Switch version looks bad. I prefer portable gaming, but not with this much of a downgrade. I'll go with the PS5 version. Was hesitant at first but after seeing reviews, I ordered my copy today. Will be interesting to see how Hogwarts Legacy runs on Switch. I'll be getting that for PS5 as well!

No downloads for me but my physical copies of BloodRayne Revamped 1 & 2 dual pack (after a year) and Death end re; Quest for Switch came in from Limited Run this week.

I'm still waiting on God of War Ragnarok (PS5) and my GOW Dualsense controller to be delivered 😒...

@JustMonika I have Shattered Memories for Wii, so mabey it's different from the PS2 and PSP versions? Besides motion controls at least. Silent Hill 2 is my favorite followed by SH1 and SH3.

@Lony85 Idk where you live, but here in the states you can pre-order Contra Anniversary Collection from Best Buy for Switch and PS4. They still Castlevania Collection also. Best Buy gets most of the LRG releases months after pre-orders have ended.

I'll pick it up for PS5 & Switch after a price drop. With God Of War tomorrow and so many other games coming out in the next few months, Sonic will have to wait.

I bought Shattered Memories a few years ago after beating Silent Hill 1-3 (started SH 4 but didn't finish it) and enjoyed all of them. I couldn't get into it and stopped playing after a while. One of these days I'll have to go back and give it another shot. However, I'm so hyped for Silent Hill 2 remake!

The demo was okay. I'll wait for a price drop and pick it up later. Right now all of my gaming on Switch is between Persona 5 Royal and Bayonetta 3. Pokémon is out next week and God Of War Ragnarok for PS5 on Wednesday. Bad timing for this to release...

After beating Bayonetta 1 & 2, I started 3 this morning and so far it's amazing! Also a little Persona 5 Royal on the side.

On Series X I'm playing A Plague Tale Requiem.

And on PS5 I started The Chant yesterday and I'm trying to play and complete all 3 Mafia games before they leave PS Extra on the 15th.

@GannonBanned I'm glad to hear it! Does it have gyro support? I'd love to have this game on Switch, if only it had a physical release...

@Friendly I believe the friend pass is for Online co-op only, not local wireless. But I could be wrong. Either way, I'm sure the friend pass has an expiration date also. I won't have to worry about that with 2 physical copies...

I'll take 2 physical copies for local wireless play after a price drop. Already played the game co-op with a friend on my Series X, so I can wait. Definitely a fun game!

Bought Bayonetta 1 & 2 for Wii U day 1 but never got around to playing them. Also bought both games for Switch day 1. Finished Bayonetta 1 this morning. Challenging game on normal mode, but I enjoyed it.

I'll start Bayonetta 2 today. Hopefully it will be a little more forgiving lol.

Bayonetta 3 Masquerade Edition is sitting pretty on my shelf. I hope it sells well and we see a Bayonetta 4 someday...

Mabey I should play the PS5 version (PS Plus) first and see if it's worth owning a physical copy.

@Chlocean Portable play is a major selling point for me. I usually double dip on games for Switch for that reason alone (mostly) or because of gyro controls, local wireless play, ect...

If you plan on playing Bayonetta 1 mostly docked, I suggest you pick up a copy of Bayonetta & Vanquish 10th anniversary edition. If you have a PS4 Pro or PS5, Xbox One or Series X/S also. It runs at a higher resolution (1440p) and a smoother 60fps over the Switch version.

Bayonetta 1 looks great in handheld mode (especially on a Switch OLED) but docked to a 4k TV, the lower resolution looks pretty rough compared to my PS4 version on PS5...

I'm glad this came to Best Buy also. Made it easy for me to get a copy day 1. I've never ordered any games from My Nintendo, but after hearing how they handled this and the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Collector's edition release, I'm hesitant to order from them in the future...

@Chlocean Same here, I picked up physical copies of Bayonetta 1 & 2 for Wii U day 1. It's more convenient to play the games on Switch though. Plus true portability compared to the Wii U version.

@nymbosox I have the digital copy of Bayonetta 1 that was included with Bayonetta 2. Bayonetta 1 also had a physical release last month that I picked up.

Even if it was free, I wouldn't play these. I'll never support cloud gaming. My Xbox One/Series X & PS4/PS5 copies will do just fine! However, I would buy physical PS5 copies of each game again. Make it happen Capcom!

@JustMonika I wouldn't buy Alan Wake for Switch. I watched some gameplay videos for the Switch version and it looks rough with framerate issues and low resolution. The 360 version looks better. If you have a PS4/PS5, I suggest you buy a physical copy of Alan Wake for that instead.

Life is Strange Arcadia Bay Collection is decent on Switch. It looks okay in handheld mode on the Switch OLED. The load times are terrible and LIS Before the Storm isn't on the cartridge. It's nice to have these games on a handheld tho. I'd definitely choose the PS4 or Xbox One versions, instead of playing the Switch version docked...

Persona 5 Royal steelbook edition & Yomawari: Lost in the Dark for me this week

If it had a physical release, I definitely would buy it. Digital only means I'll pass. I have the original version for 360 and the remaster for PS5. So hyped for Alan Wake 2!

I'm playing it on my Series X thru Gamepass. So far so good and it looks amazing! I'll probably buy a physical copy for PS5 soon, before it becomes difficult to find like Innocence is for some reason...
