Re: Nintendo Switch Hits 22.86 Million Worldwide Sales, Has Now Outsold The GameCube

@westman98 Yeah but you forget there's been Metroid games since the NES/Famicom games, and been re-released alot of times, nearly every single Nintendo system has a few games of it besides the game boy color, n64 and Switch, even Nintendo Land on Wii U had a huge Metroid sub game

and intill the 3DS came along with the 2nd and eventually a port of the 1st game, not many even play the two games, yeah I just said they very good games, it's not like the series has much chance to mess with it's formula.

Luigi's mansion is only just becoming more well known thanks to the 3DS having the two games it has so far... getting people hyped for it's 3rd game.

That said, Metroid, Star Fox and F-Zero STILL have the larger series of games.

@westman98 Well there's more then two games in their series, Star Fox, Metroid, F-zero have also been around since the early 90's... Luigi only had one game of his own on the Gamecube, then about 12 years later he gets a 2nd one.

think about it's took nearly 20 years just to make 3 games out of this... having said that, each one is really good, and I'm sure the 3rd game will follow.

@SwitchForce Calling you a Ass, doesn't make anyone a troll, Plus the way your responding is childish, you didn't even answer my question.

"explain how your going to play the game when the sever is closed?" Cause that will happen, it's happen before with 360 and PS3 games that need internet to work.. making them useless

also all I'm basically saying I want a better game for my Switch, not a limited steamed version from a PS4 or PC

Are you even a Switch Fan? or do you just get upset easily when people don't agree with you?

@SwitchForce Alright Smart ass, then explain how your going to play the game when the sever is closed? I mean in a few years from now, you honestly think there going keep severs active for old consoles when we have new ones?

How am I a troll when all I want is a actual version made for the Switch, not just steam from a PS4 or PC version? It's not like it's impossible, sure it won't run as good as the other versions but Doom and Wolf, bunch of other games have shown it can have a decent port (for a portable system that's perfect) but then again that's asking for effort, guess I be buying wolfenstein 2 for the Switch insted.

like I said, if you do lose connection or take it somewhere without Wi-fi you can't play it. I guess your plugged into the net 24 eh? ever tired using the portable feature of your Switch outside?

Also I don't even have a Basement that's two things you got wrong already.

@SwitchForce Again what if the internet goes down? or you actually gone OUTSIDE away from tech filled cities?

and the fact when they do close the severs down in the future, it will make the switch version completely USELESS

Either make a actual version for the Switch (it's able to get ports of Doom and Wolf just fine, so it's not impossible if they bother to use some effort ) OR DON'T bother at all!

I'll just say this... what happens when the cloud sever for the game you want is gone? what if your stuck with no internet? as in you go outside and aren't near Free Wi-fi you can't play this...

If this was like the Gaming Pass Xbox has you pay a small fee to pay a bunch of games for awhile then yeah that's ok... but if you pay full price for the game... you want to OWN it, not this cloud rubbish.

@BlueBlur101 The thing is. there's nothing wrong making a game look like a movie (with a very good story/graphics) But make sure there's actual gameplay still.

If you took away the story from the MGS games you would still have SOLID gameplay

if you took away the story from a telltale game then... you have nothing since the whole game relies on the story and just choosing what story path you want.

much like one of them Adventure story books, like I said I could play lets say the whole of batman telltale and the only thing i would miss is the quick events, I can still change the story (the only that matters with these games)

Heck even Ashesn made something like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWYY4BCAyzQ

@BlueBlur101 Thing is I actually like Metal Gear, played all of them infact (didn't like the 5th so much, too GTA, couldn't connect with the plot) Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3 are the sole reason why I got and still play my PS Vita.

why do I like MGS? because it has GAME PLAY you don't click a choice for Snake (or have very limited control) and watch it play out, you actually do most of the action YOURSELF

so again I could care less for these Telltale games. ( If I watched it on Youtube I wouldn't be missing out any gameplay.)
