judges?...you don't need to have a cat to tell you who got the most points wouldn't surprise if they did have something like that in the game tho by the look of stages I could see turf war mechanics being a mode just rebranding to avoid copyright

Saw this coming right from the start, just because the character is in Smash Bros, doesn't mean we are going to get a new game from it. I mean look at the lack of Metal Gear games on modern Nintendo systems, besides that bad 3D remake of MGS3...and the twin snakes on GameCube

by that time, Japan would of gotten another bunch of games we won't see in our Eshop for two months or so.

Now that's some real nice artwork, kinda reminds me of the japanese boxart of Smash Bros 64, wouldn't mind seeing more of this.

@antonio2244 But the last two Donkey Kong Country games were 2D Well 2.5D, it's not like the pre-render look is needed these days even one of them is on the Switch

Problem is.. Nintendo loves to re-release these early NES games... even if there not that great/aged that well

on the positive side, DD2 is a classic game

@impurekind M2 are known for adding in extra games, wouldn't be shocked if they had Master System games or 32x games on it, but you need to unlock on the menu

Bet since the Switch is more powerful it will have the "amazing" realistic designs instead of the anime style ones Pokemon are known for..

@RupeeClock Thing is Sonic Forces was a massive let down with SEGA even pairing it with the more successful Sonic Mania just get more copies sold a poormans Generations hench why the price went down.

Team Sonic Racing on the other hand is actually a pretty great game dare I say almost as good as Mario Kart 8 since the reviews are good, and it's selling well I don't think it will go the same way as Forces just hope the next actual Sonic game is as good

@Anti-Matter Sims 4 on console version is garbage to control and load, just get a cheap laptop or desktop to play it proper

if it came to the Switch then it might of worked as long they made use of the touch screen

also my PS4 is catching dust while Switch is used nearly all the time

@darthstuey I wish Namco would release the original Ridge Racer arcade game onto modern systems then selling us more Pac-Man port heck alot their 90's 3D arcade games are stuck in the 90's arcades with some decent PS1 ports

Not really surprising, Pokemon and Pikachu sells, even people who don't play the games, know who Pikachu is then say any super hero

seeing stuff like this really makes me glad we didn't get the original idea for Pokemon, of collecting insects, tho this guy and Hollywood are more then making up for it

@fafonio I bet it's like the Super Mario Bros live action film. where people behind Mario saw what they were making but had little effect on the final product I mean like Luigi hasn't got a mustache and was alot younger in it, like how Koopa/Bowser was a human for most of the film that said... Sonic Team should had more input, Sonic OVA had Sonic Team members helping and while not perfect it did seem like the recent games I know it was only a two episode series in japan but it should apply to films too like Pokemon did

@Gs69 Only thing isn't ready, is just the manual if you try loading it on Virtua Racing with a western Switch it only shows the manuals for SEGA AGES games that been released over here that said, it shouldn't take that long just translate the manual it's been a few weeks already

@TreonsRealm Well they do but they only release the serious stuff in Japan the 3D Classics range had 3 releases in japan, including one that had all releases in one. not to mention the bonus games they got with each they got turbo outrun, alien syndrome and such others I haven't looked into a bunch of Master System games, like the 3D ones

They need to start releasing all their AGES games in the west, then leaving us out, they would make alot more money then the ungrateful gits in Japan.

heck we are still waiting on VR, there's nothing to translate the japan releases have the English versions it's getting silly.
Heck SEGA just needs to stop pushing more and more genesis collections and just give us their top arcade games in collections
