@Joe11 guilty! I love havhng my arms crossed while I game--a habit I picked up with the Wii Remote/Nunchuk combo, and carried over to the JoyCon!

I cant wait! Was TotK's story good? Nope. Did I love it anyway, even after that 3 hour video on it? Yep. Count me in! Maybe this will fix the issues? (CoPiUm TiMe)

I love the JoyCon, but am considering getting a Pro Controller. Is the 2 better than the 1?

(Also, i didn't even know you could turn on a system with the comtrollers. I always used the console itself, for my Wii, SwOLED, and Switch 2!)

@BAN I spent a solid ten second researching DK94 before realizing that was a typo haha! If I might ask, what makes a DK game "feel" like one, in your opinion? Thus far I think Bananza captures the feel very well, as DK makes sense destroying things. Plus, it's fun, so who cares! (I haven't finished it so no spoilers, please!)

I wish her the best, but let me be brutally honest.... I would care more if this series had more dialogue than "Oh Yeah!" every few minutes! Makes sense that Nintendo is getting new talent (or, um, a lack thereof, for some...) but IDRC either way.

Currently giving it an 8. I think it is superb thus far, but I am on Sublayer 600 right now and want more challenge. The bosses are fun, but they are over too fast. I like the story and characters well enough (Poppy Kong my beloved), but other than the one mentioned it the parenthetical, none of them are ~amazing~ to me yet. Also, I don't have Assit Mode on, yet the game wants to tell me

[ZR] (hold) Aim and Throw!

And so on. I am 5ish hours into the game, Nintendo, I think I have a handle on the basics!
Once I roll the credits I will come back and update the score; whether that be positive or negative remains to be seen (or perhaps it will remain in place!).

No problems for me, but I have yet to play it in a car so we will see how it goes when I do! That said, I have gyro on, and it is not working... Anyone know a fix? It is'nt the controllers, as they work find in Splatoon and TotK, but I am at my wits end!

As a fan of Marvel, Pixar, and Nintendo.... I feel the pain of that first letter! I love my Switch 2, but if I dare say so, I am a corporate sheep.... And soon enough, I "agree" with everyone else.

Never played much in the Mario spinoff lineup (Mario Kart aside, of course), but Mario Sports Mix is still a regular in my family's rotation! Cactaur for Smash 6, amirite?

I can't wait! I know ppl wanted an anime but I am happy with the casting so far! I know ppl are hating on the guys because "he isn't a blonde" but like... All the characters change designs so often, I don't mind!

I already have the game preloaded, but after my sister and I play some co-op I will be loaning it to my friend in exchange for his copy of Expedition 33. I have a Switch 2 and DKB, he has a PS5 and E33, so it all works out nicely, and we are both super excited!!

I expected a negative review of the controller or something based on the title only to learn that it is a bad controller because you can't tear it to shreds easily? I am a tad confuzzled....

Calling it now, at least 47 people will call for boycotts "because this $70 game wasn't even made for Switch 2! If you buy it you are a Nintendo fanboy who will anything to please your corporate overlords!" But hey, just like with MKWorld, I am excited anyway! And hopefully like that game, it will be super fun!!

Used a pair on TotK and Mario Wonder a while back, but Im not too upset about this. It was inevitable, and honestly most of the time you can wait for a sale/buy used for equal or better deals!

@sketchturner Fair enough, but considering that I actively find myself groaning every time I move the camera, can't stand how slow the dialogue is, do not like the jumping, I'd say it's a pretty bad "menu" haha. I will continue it for a bit, but like I said, I just don't want to commit to 5 hours of it if the whole thing is going to be like this.

@sketchturner Right now I am still on Outset Island; I really am not getting into it enough to make much progress before playing something else haha.

I dont mind either way, but on the topic of GCN games, I began Wind Waker the other day and need to know: does it pick up after the intro? Thus far I am having zero fun, if Im being honest, and I do not want to spend more time with the game if the whole thing is like this....

I understand why comments were disabled on the Canada NSO article, but I feel the need to mention that the title was very clibkbaity. 'Canadian NSO Prices to Rise' would have been more appropriate and less obviously trying to force readers to click on the full article.
