Due to the unreal value of the Gamecube original, it would be neat to see a re-release. The four handheld games wouldn't be so simple to port though. For anyone interested, there is a fan project in the works to translate the oft-forgotten (and much cheaper to buy) Wii port of the original Chibi-Robo!

It's a tie between Luxray and Staraptor for me. I adored the first two gens as a kid and when gen 3 came around, it wasn't "cool" to like Pokemon anymore. Then my curiosity got the best of me in highschool and I started a new file on my brother's old Pearl cartridge and got hooked. Luxray and Staraptor never left my party and they represent my return to being a Pokemon fan.

@Cia Correct, this is an arena map introduced in Gen 2 and revised in Generations. I still have PTSD from my first Silver Rath hunt in Freedom Unite there...

So excited for this! I just got to the "end game" portion and still blown away by the content on offer here. So many quests and side quests to clean up, I'm very satisfied with this release so far.

Pretty neat little system, but for that price I'll opt for the Retroid Pocket 2+.

@TheMelodiusRose Hey, the graphics hold up fine. Certain mechanics like the QTEs not so much, but you can't win em all.

I've come around a little since 2019 and I got this on a sale. Playing it more like Vanquish has given me more appreciation for it, but I still think it has lots of issues. It's very alright. And yeah the performance is perfectly fine too.

I actually had some fun with the original game on PS4 despite feeling like a budget game, so this will be an inevitable purchase.

Just picked up Resident Evil 6 on sale. I didn't have a blast with it back on PS4, but seeing videos after the fact shows apparently I need to play it like Vanquish. So time to try it again.

I'm imagining a scenario where you only have your starter, you and a friend run to different parts of the map and capture new 'Mon to fill your party, then you meet up and battle each other with your new team.

All I want to know now is will this use the old capture system only (sword/shield and previous) or also include Arceus's real-time PokeBall aiming/throwing in the wild as well...

Why would they choose Concrete to represent football?

REALLY hard to pick between Lost Planet and Viewtiful Joe. But considering how LP ended and they hit such a sweet spot with 2's design, they're much more likely to make a good Viewtiful Joe these days than they are a good Lost Planet.

That's actually pretty cool. It stinks that you can only get facts about a specific creature if you hand them to Blathers individually, so having that documented would definitely be worth a spot on the bookshelf.

I wonder if it will be Shadows of the Damned related? Considering some dialogue from TSA explaining their desire to re-release the game with some QOL.

I had a decent time with this when it was free for PS+. This is exactly what they needed to do to bring me back. Very excited.

I just binged Samus Returns and regret sleeping on that game on release. Such a good final boss! Now I'm giving Fusion Mode a shot. I'll keep this 3DS alive as long as possible.

It doesn't seem so much as "bad" as it is "disappointing". A new entry to a series shouldn't make you pine for the previous games instead.

I'd be less annoyed by the pass system if progress could be made in any game mode, not exclusively online play.

If you haven't, definitely give this one a playthrough. I tried it on Game Pass out of curiosity and ended up playing to the credits in one sitting.

Still got my copy downloaded, luckily. The modernized control scheme and crouch walking make this my preferred port to revisit (despite the low framerate).

@Orokosaki Is it that bad? Playing via PC and PS5 myself, I haven't noticed major visual disparities between them (and when it comes to performance, the PS5 has been consistently better than my rig so far).

Or...just port Starfox Assault with modernized controls when on-foot. The local multiplayer would especially be great to play again.

The omission of boxing and golf is unfortunate. I'm still undecided on this one...chambara could end up winning me over though.

One of my favorite parts of the Switch controller isn't even exclusive to the controller; it's the fact you can use the right stick to browse the UI. I wish more consoles embraced this as an option.

I've been having fun with the solo runs for the most part but the gyro is pretty whacky (though fine-tuning it via Settings does help a bit). I swear on one segment the reticle just froze for awhile, but that was only once out of like 3 playthroughs.
