I have never played these games but I might try out the demo of them just to see if I would actually like to play them, but I would get the either for the PS4 or Xbox. Because I will never support the purchase/rental of a cloud game.

The only games I want from Square is the Tomb Raider Series ported over to Switch. Don't care about the cloud version's of Kingdom Hearts would rather actually own them instead of just rent them.

Anyone else not want a Switch 2, beside's me I actually want a Home Console next gen from nintendo. If they can't do that why not offer two versions where one would be more like a home console without a Screen and a easier way to put the gamecards in the console unlike the switch is now where you actually have to take the console out of the dock just to switch games.

Just got a email from NOA with a free ups shipping label to get my left neon blue joy-con drifter repaired for free.

The Eshop is becoming nothing but a place for Shovelware and a very few good games indie games and nintendo games. But I still use the eshop adding games to my wish list that interest me so they won't get lost in the abyss of Shovelware.

Done own them on both Ps4 and Xbox one. But if RE4 has the motion controls like the Wii Version had I will pick it up day one.

Order one of the 400gb Sd cards the other day on amazon for the $77.90 + tax it was around $82.00. It should be at my house to day so hopefully it will last me awhile.

Got my Switch copy today in mail. So far it has been good but I will also be picking up a Ps4 copy to play with friends.

I will just stay with the PS4 version instead since I don't really have room to download it on my switch.

@CharlieSmile What major first party's are coming out this year? Cause all I have seen is Some Wii U ports and yoshi doesn't really count as a major first title.

Going to hold out for a price drop before picking this up since I already own them on Wii U, but if they had included the Wii Version it would have been a day one purchase for me since then it would be like only paying $20 dollars for each then I would do that.

I don't really see a problem with having more options as long as Nintendo specify the difference between both versions. Guess they could always put the Big White bar at the top of the retail version that has the download code inside and say digital download code inside internet connection required.

@JamesJose7 I didn't say that but I find it awful weird that alot of Nintendo's own games are getting alot of free DLC updates not long after they are released like Splatoon for Wii U, Splatoon 2 Switch, Mario Tennis Aces, Kirby Star Allies, etc.

@Trajan I own Splatoon on Wii U is Splatoon 2 on Switch really that much different to be worth dropping $60 on it?

So is this the way Nintendo keeps from have to put that dumb White bar at the top of there retail games? By releasing free DLC so people will still have to purchase a Micro SD Card because they are also using to small of a cartridges also like alot of third partys are do on Switch were you have to download so much of the game?

When are we actually going to get any NEW AAA third party games instead of just super old/last over priced ports and indies? So glad that the Switch isn't my only gaming console this gen.

Guess I will have to remove some demo's off of my Switch, since I don't really see much reason to actually purchase a Micro SD Card at least for now. Not really into indies or digital purchases and that is mostly what the Switch is with Nintendo keeps showing we have over 1000 games, but how many of them are actually retail compared to digital only titles, but I do own Zelda, Mario Odyssey, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe all retail. And I have the free to play version of Paladins that is like 10 gb's on it's own.

@nintendobynature Is tropical freeze really worth full price on Switch if you done own the Wii U version?

Hopefully the digital version will go on sale on the Eshop, just like it is on the Playstation store and Xbox Marketplace for the digital edition it is $44.99 and the digital deluxe edition it is $59.99.

@Nevis Hopefully Hollow Knight will be on sale for the Switch, because I still need to pickup that game also. But if it doesn't go on sale for Switch guess I will just go ahead and get the Ps4 version since it is on sale for 50% off right now for $7.49 until Nov 27.

Good News just wish they were releasing before Halloween this year, and hopefully they will also release Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 6 on Switch also.

I am not really into Smash Bros games, but I wouldn't mind having a couple of these controllers to play some Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with them.

What the heck did I just watch, look's like a ok game but seem way over priced to me at $19.99. Maybe when I can get it for $4.99 or less I will pick it up other wise I will pass since I already have alot of Ps4 games that I game going to be picking up the rest of this year like RDR2, Shadow of the tomb Raider, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, etc just waiting until black friday to see if any of them go on sale just playing some PS4 backlog games right now and some Mario Kart 8 and trying to actually complete Zelda Breath of the Wild on switch for the first time since getting it last November.

Thanks but No Thanks Ubi-Soft need to bring out Assassin's Creed or Splinter Cell or a New Zombi U game for the Switch. Not these lame party games.

I will use the 7 day trail period, but after that I will not be subscribing to the service, since the only game that I actually play online that would require me to pay to play online is Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. I will just go back to my Original Wii U Version of Mario Kart 8 and just play for Free there, and on Switch I will keep playing Paladins since it will not require me to pay either.

Yet another reason not to subscribe to Nintendo Switch Online. I was actually going to purchase a Year Subscription just to purchase these Nes Controllers to play games like Shovel Knight, and some more 2D Platformers with, and they would be great for some Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and just think about using them for New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe.

Wonder if this one's going to be over priced just like the First One is on Switch? No way am I going to pay $40 for either of them on the Switch, when you can get them most of the time on sale on Ps4 or Xbox one for like $13-15 each. I got the first one on xbox one around Christmas the first year it came out for on $13 and then I got it free on PS4 with ps+ a few months ago.

@whanvee What are you talking about it's the same exact game as the ps4 and xbox one version. And it includes the 400 Days DLC.

The Walking Dead The Complete First Season Nintendo Switch

Try Fortnite on the Switch when it came out, don't really care for it at all would much rather play Paladins anytime.

@whanvee The Walking Dead Complete First Season on Ps4 and Xbox One are also $24.99 they are the remastered versions and include the 400 days DLC.

Already played through the collection on PS3 a few years ago, and I pre-ordered The Final Season on PS4 a few days before it released and it came with the PS4 The Walking Dead The Complete Collection That includes Season 1, Season 2, A new Frontier, and The Michonne game all for only $19.99. So I will skipping the Switch version's for Now. But they need to bring out Batman: The Enemy Within for the Switch also.

@Richnj While you need ps+ for cloud saves on ps4 what @Agramonte was saying is that you can just use a external HDD to backup your games saves locally. That is what Nintendo need's to do for the Switch in a system update, that way you could have options to be-able to backup you game saves locally also instead of forcing the service on everyone.

I don't really play online multiplayer that much, the retro nes games doesn't really seem worth the sub to me since I already own the nes games that I would actually want to play on other consoles and a nes classic edition. Cloud saves should either be free for everyone to backup there game saves or Nintendo should have to have a alternative way to backup you saves to either a Micro-SD Card or External HDD instead of being locked behind a paywall. The only thing I would actually purchase it for would be if they have some great discounts like PS+ and Xbox Live has on there AAA games for the Switch and not just discounts on indie only games.

@EpicGamenator Rocket League is locked behind PSN and Xbox live paywalls so why wouldn't it be locked behind Nintendo's paywall?

@electrolite77 I didn't purchase it for those games, I purchase it for Zelda Breath of the Wild, Mario Odyssey, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for the battle mode. That is all the Switch games I own so far. This year for switch really is crap so far since it is mostly Wii U ports and indies. Especially when you already own the games on the Wii U console all that really is getting released is for you would just be indie after indie. So glad I am not a Nintendo only gamer.

@electrolite77 I didn't purchase a Nintendo portable system, according to Nintendo the Switch is a home console first and for most and that is how I use my Switch console 99.9% of the time. Just look at the third party publishers that's in my post like Ubisoft known for games like Assassin's Creed, Tom Clancy, Prince of Persia, Activision for games like Call of Duty, Destiny, Crash Bandicoot, WB for games like Batman Arkham, Mortal Kombat, Mad Max, Injustice, Square Enix for games like Final Fantasy, Tomb Raider, Kingdom Hearts, Deus Ex and other publishers for other great Third party games. You would think that some of those series would show up on the Switch with how Nintendo was promoting that third party support is back.

Nothing for me on Switch, but I did pickup a NES Classic Edition, and I will be picking up the Mega Man X Legacy Collection on Ps4 next week so I can actually have both games as retail disc, instead of the half download and half retail junk that is getting released on Switch.

What's even more confusing is where are all the AAA and AA third party support at? I didn't purchase a Switch just so I could play indies that is what the PS Vita is for.

The Switch version looks ok from the video above, but it still should have been 720p 30 for portable mode, but even then I still wouldn't have purchased the Switch version since I already picked up the Ps4 version last year.

So I will more than likely be picking this game up for Ps4 or Xbox one so I can actually enjoy the online play this time around instead of just single player and some local racing.

I never really cared for the Pokemon series at all, the only one that I actually liked some what is Pokken Tournament for the Wii U. Not really interested in this series that much. But Pokemon Lets go look like a ok game but just not worth $60 at least for me, maybe if it was $20-30 I would pick up a copy just to try it out. I would rather have a 2D Mario game instead.

If I really wanted to play RE7 I would just get it on PS4 or Xbox One instead, No Way am I going to pay $20 to stream ONE Game to the Switch and have a limited time to play it in. Either port it the right way or don't bring it over at all.

@Sinton That is one of my favorite AC games in the Series beside AC II.

But I will now be going through a few Ps4 games that I just picked up on sale for real Cheap like Darksiders 1 for only $1.99 and Darksiders 2 for $2.99, also got The Disney Afternoon Collection for only $5.99.

So I am going to start playing through Darksiders 1 Warmastered Edition and The Disney Afternoon Collection this weekend.

I want another Punchout like the Wii Version for the Switch.
