I got to get a Switch 2, but until then. My Switch is keeping me company. Xenoblade Chronicles X Definitive Edition is still the game I'm playing the most.

It makes sense. This game is Mario Odyssey on steroids. The closer we get to the release date, the more excited I get.

The Switch 2 has better chips and architecture, so of course it's gonna look better.

@Anti-Matter Dedicated consoles are dying in Japan and Sony is shifting its focus from Japan to the West. This is causing Japanese gamers to leave the Playstation brand, and buy the Nintendo Switch brand instead.

If you want to blame anyone for the PS5's lack of success in Japan, blame Sony. They started abandoning the Japanese market late in the PS3's life and they haven't looked back.

Nothing can stop The Switch 2 or Mario Kart World. Good to see more 3rd-party games do well for the Switch 2. The games will sell more as time goes by and more people get a Switch 2.

Oh, I cannot wait to play this future classic. It does figure that the Odyssey team is making the game. It looks so creative, fun, and wonderfully bonkers.

I would love to try this game. It seems like a nice, sweet game.

Sonic X Shadows is my favorite Sonic game. I loved the mix of old and new, 2D and 3D. It's amazing and I can't wait to play the Switch 2 version.

I love hearing Nintendo isn't treating indie devs less than the bigger devs. I can't wait to see more indie games get announced for the Switch 2.

Annnd this article turned out to be click bait. According to Mat Piscatella that Switch 2 3rd party games did better than Switch 1, 3rd party games at launch. He said that it was a misleading article. Only one company said they had lower than expected sales. One!

I think I know who it is. WB games. Hogwarts Legacy hasn't done that well on the Switch 2 and it seems like it's not picking up sales.

No1, most people who want that game already own it. No2, key card games, enough said. No3, Joanne Rowling has lost a lot of support over the past year, so the game isn't getting any new fans.

Other titles have held up well like SF6, Yakuza, Split Fiction, Cyberpunk (duh), Bravely Default, etc., but some fans are skipping them because of the key card factor. Stop being lazy and bring the game physical to the Switch 2.

The skill level and RPG elements bring this up another notch. I was expecting this to be a good direct, but this way outdid my expectations.

I'm happy to see so many 3 rd party games sell well. That makes me happy.
