It's nice they changed it but I hope the change is also in the printed versions of the poster ( at movie theaters, etc.).

I hope even with the store closed, you can redownload purchased games. That's how people have been dealing with storage problems on the Switch...delete digitally purchased games for space with the knowledge that you can get them again in the future.

Great review! It's on Game Pass so I will definitely check it out. It's weird...I prefer my 2D games on the Switch like Dead Cells is on Game Pass but I would rather play my Switch copy.

Anyone else have Sonic fatigue? Like Sega rolls out a new Sonic game so much that my hopes are dimmed at this point.

I love it on my PS5 and it really looks like something Nintendo would create. I wonder if Nintendo is making their own version...like a Mario Party Battle Royale??

I was horrified when I found out that they used AI to scan in all the textures leading to all of the typos in street signs. If it takes several months to hire someone to clean up all the artwork for an HD release, do it! That way you can sell it for the next several decades in perfect form.

It's probably true but Nintendo doesn't want any potential OLED Switch buyers to hold off for any upcoming model. They will probably deny any rumor until they announce it themselves.

Hey Nintendo....as a Metroid fan, I feel like I'm giving up on waiting and moving on. I finally secured a PS5 and I'm excited to get their new sci-fi game Returnal. I loooove the sci-fi gameplay of the Metroid Prime series but if you keep us hanging, we have no choice but to look elsewhere.

I played Splatoon 2 to death...I wonder if we'll start from scratch or carry over our goods. I would have been happy if they didn't do a sequel and just made upgrades to the game like added stages, new items, etc.

I loooove Tetris 99 so I'm really looking forward to this one.

I wish the Pokemon Diamond remake had this much coolness and visual love.

I wish the graphics had the polish of the Link's Awakening remake and Let's Go Pikachu. My first reaction was that it was a mobile game. The textures and models need some loving.

It will be like all the other Star Wars mobile games we probably ignore.

Instant buy if they had AvP ...I have hope for it even with the possibility of licensing issues because they recently included it with their Capcom Home Arcade. That one also included Megaman the Power Battle!

Give the original Zelda or other 2D Zeldas the Link's Awakenings treatment! That game was a joy to play!

I like how Stadia gives gamers without pricey PCs an option. Isn't there a danger to using it if you don't have an unlimited internet plan?

Man if Genshin does make it to the Switch, a lot of players who haven't tried it are in for a treat! I'm having a blast with it on my PS4. The developer, from China, did an amazing job putting it together. I really like the characters--they all have fleshed out back stories complete with missions. They spent 100 million creating it and it shows. Yes it's Free to Play, but there's a huge heart at the center of it.

wow this was a blast on the PS3 because back then, there weren't that many cool pixel art games. I'm happy more people will get to experience it if they missed the PS3/360 version.

Maybe we'll get a simple port while the other consoles get an HD remake. Kind of like what they did with Nino No Kuni 1.

OMG I thought Sakuna was coming out a later date...early Xmas for sure with those sweet graphics/artwork in the game!

Not to change the topic, but I'm happy Nintendo is running out of Wii U ports with this release and Super Mario 3D World in March. I'm looking forward to all new games hopefully soon.

I really wish we still had virtual console releases so I can buy the NES metroid and not be bothered with going online to play it or to worry about it getting pulled from the online options. It would really suck if they do decide to sell NES games separately, they will all be like this release--hyped, overpackaged and overpriced for a limited time. I truly miss having the virtual console copies as an option.

Great to read this...I recall the game was launched prematurely. I hope to pick it up if it ever goes down in price (too many games on my backlog). I love the art style.

I love the amazing artwork, voice work, storyline and action! The game deserves all the kudos it's been receiving.

Man Dead Cells is so much bang for my buck. I just got the DLC ($4.99) and the graphics and music were topnotch. The game feels and plays like a $60 title.

Amazing game and perfect for me during the pandemic/lockdown--I keep myself pretty busy and this game is great in one hour or less bursts of playtime. I'm satisfied even if I only have time to play 15 minutes. The art style rocks and the voice work is fantastic. I sometimes voice the lines along with the game to see if I can match the bravado of some of the voice actors.

Not off topic but...we need to give our honest input to how we feel about this collection in case they plan to give Zelda the same treatment for its anniversary next year...!

When all the reviews mentioned Ridge Racer, I knew I would have to get it. I wonder how it plays on the Switch compared to the PS4 version--I hope there's no difference since I currently play my Switch more often than my PS4.

I would love to try it out but it's crazy that it's still $60. PS4 keeps taking my money...games from last spring like RE2 Remake and Nino No Kuni HD Remaster are marked down right now.

Looks amazing and I saw the trailer a few days ago....unfortunately this is one of those releases where I will have to wait and see how the Switch version compares to the PS4 version. I hope they're identical because this looks like a beautiful game to play on the go.

i love the cyberpunk vibe—it’s so easy to pull offwith minimal graphics (I have a thing for neon). I’m looking forward to reading reviews on it.

I would pay to get more slots for patterns. Heck, I would put money down for storage space (yeah I know you can start a second account but it's annoying switching between villagers)

@DarkLloyd Oh my bad...there's a big scene of people opening up their islands to let people visit stores, trade goods, etc. A lot of people expect or give tips in the form of Nook Mile tickets, Bells, etc. With duping, it's harder to give tips or make trades since dupers can make the currency worthless. I really enjoy giving bells but now it's not enough for some players. I visit other islands every day to get DIYs and furniture I'm hunting down (via Reddit and FB).
