Hopefully the Xenoblade sales will encourage a XENOBLADE X remake for Switch!

I've never played an Ys game, but this game looks fun. I pre-ordered it and I'm excited!

Who published Disgaea 5? Are they likely to drop the price to $20 at some point? I'd like to try it, but I'm not sold on the $60 price tag

I'm hoping to buy DKC:TF, but I already conquered it so I won't be willing to pay $60. If it drops to $30 I'd buy it.

Hyrule Warriors, on the other hand, I also conquered on Wii U, but I will be happy to pay full price for that one. Part of the reason is it has more replayability for me and part of it is I never bought any of the DLC and this comes with ALL of it.

I realize I probably won't get it, but all I really hope for is Shulk. Not only my favorite character from the last Shash, but also Xenoblade Chronicles is my all time favorite game

Why haven't you put the most exciting one up there? Ys VIII! Nobody remembers this game and it's making me worried that it's going to bomb

I bought Aegis Defenders on the sale and played with my wife. Promising so far. I'm considering buying SteamWorld Heist while it's still on sale.

I'm happy to see Xenoblade is still getting played... I'm almost embarrassed that I haven't best it yet, but I've been working over 60 hours a week for 6 months.
I also love that Splatoon 2 is the top vote getter every week.

@AlbertXi just buy a 2nd Switch! That's how my wife and I got our second dock. Now we play Splatoon together since we have 2 Switches

Complainers, a lot of this list is about marketing, & sales. They asked Twitter so a lot of kids and a lot of people that only know the games they own

@joey302 good point! How is it not on sale that's about the only way for a game that's been lost in the shuffle on Switch to get some attention

I just bought the Xenoblade 2 DLC. I'll be playing that for sure

On another note, I'm guessing it's a port. And I'll be 100% happy if it is Wii U was the best of all the Smash games. With that in mind, I'll also be happy if it's brand new as long as there's still an 8 player mode.

Amazing game! My wife and I had a lot of fun playing Co-op on the Wii U. But since I've already paid $60 for it and beat it, I'll probably wait to see if it'll go on sale.

Assuming Capcom doesn't have a specific reason that they just straight up don't want to put it on Switch (like Sony and Microsoft paid them to keep it off Switch) then they should give these guys a shot, but make it clear in the contract that if it doesn't meet a minimum level is acceptability then they'll can the project and there will be no payment. Then Capcom had literally nothing to lose. If it plays well then they sell lots of copies to Switch owners like me and if it doesn't play well then it doesn't happen and they don't have to fork out a single dime

Splatoon and Xenoblade Chronicles 2

I have a co-worker that just bought 1 and another that's on the verge

I love how Splatoon 2 has been out like 9 months yet it still got#3 in the voting. I'm playing a combination of Xenoblade 2 and Splatoon 2 (Xenoblade when I'm alone and Splatoon when my wife and/or kids wants to play with me)

With how strong the hype for Celeste was just a few weeks ago I'm amazed to see it has already died...I have been considering purchasing it but suddenly nobody in my podcasts are mentioning it and here it looks like none of the Nintendo Life staff are playing

Can I just say, if this "what are you playing this weekend" is a new weekly thing...

I'm interested. I was going to buy this digitally, but if it's the same price physically as digitally I'll buy it physical to get 20% off, but if it's like Rocket League where the cart is more than the digital version then I'll buy it digitally

For me, I vote with my wallet. New Super Luigi U was the BEST implemention as far as bang for my buck. I got a full new game that was even more fun than the original for $20. I bought that without hesitation. Mario Kart 8 came out with it and the new karts and characters did nothing for me, but the new maps have us lots more enjoyable playing time. My wife and I got gold at each speed and every cup (including the free 200cc DLC) and still wanted to play more so I bought the DLC and never regretted it.
New Super Mario Bros 2 I just felt like they wanted too much money for each and every level so I never bought any (although I almost bought 1 that looked particularly fun)
Pikmin 3, I enjoyed, but not even enough to conquer the main game so I had no desire to buy more
Smash, the additional characters wouldn't have increased how often I play and I think they would have decreased my enjoyment (as I like being decent at everyone but the more characters there are the harder it is to learn them all) plus it was so filthy expensive so I never bought any of them
Breath of the Wild I will probably buy. I conquered the game and if the Ballad of the Champions had been available that day I would've bought it immediately, but by the time it came out I was playing NBA 2K and Xenoblade. I'm 90% sure I'll buy it I'm just not yet sure when. Probably in a few months when I'm wishing to play some more Zelda
We'll see where I stand as it continues to come out, but I never feel like I have to buy it.
