Just finished the loooooong chapter 4 in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Gonna put a few more hours into the game this easter holiday and maybe I will manage to finish it before the summer. Spicing things up with some splatting and moon hunting too this weekend. Might try out Arms again as well, but I have enough multiplayer fun on my Switch with Splatoon 2, so Arms has never been considered for purchase. Not even Rocket League. Maybe Fortnite if that eventually comes...

If this file size is right, for someone who prefers digital downloads, I might buy this game again. Played it to bits on the WiiU, but this time around the Funky Kong mode might be something for my daughter to enjoy and worth both space and money. Nintendo has some weird power over me when it comes to re-releases :/

Finishing Owlboy right now. Probably going to play a bit of FIFA18 and Splatoon 2 this weekend. For the easter holiday I plan to pick up Xenoblade Chronicles 2 again and extend my 20 hours on it...

Played Snipperclips with my wife last night and we had a fun gaming time together. She is not a gamer and hasn't played much since the Wii waggling days, but this was something she too enjoyed. Happy about that Was on the winning side of a Splatfest for once as well Trying to finish up the single player in Splatoon 2 (too)! Quite similar too the first games campaign. Looking forward to the Octo DLC!

Since they specifically said that there will be more details about Aces (and I'm looking forward to that) I don't think they will show much more first party. There will hopefully be a release date for Wolfenstein 2 and I'll guess Diablo 3 will be announced. Keeping my expectations low this time, but as always I'll hope for a GTA V port! Make it happen R*!!

I'm going to attempt to finish LA Noire to free up some space on my SD card... and then start Owlboy.

The update seem to have worked well. I was about half way through before the update and had to play in docked mode as handheld was a framerate mess. But after the update I played about an hour in handheld mode and it ran like it should have from release, very smooth

Celeste, and if I manage to beat that (not using easy mode) I'll treat myself to Fe I guess...

I got it and played the first hour or so on the tv. It's quite alright in tv mode, but I want to play it mostly in handheld and in that mode it's far from good. The worst I've played on my Switch. So I hope the patch comes through soon so I can play it again and finish it. Because the game itself is good!

Remember that Nintendo for long was a toy company and I guess it is hard for them to leave that part behind. Somehow got to love them for that As expected, this announcement wasn't something for everyone, but I'm glad to see there are a few around here that liked it. Not for me though!

Bought it on WiiU and bought it again now on Switch (not day 1 though)! That portability of quality indie games that doesn't take much of the storage space is too tempting to resist every time I open the e-shop!

More sport games please! FIFA 18 they tailored for the Switch. Although a bit less content than on the other plattforms, it's still a very solid football game and works well both docked and handheld. What FUT need is more players! So bring on NHL and Madden +++

A bit disappointing that a release date for Wolfenstein II didn't drop in the Direct mini

For a Direct Mini that was good, but for all the hype leading up to this I guess it was a bit disappointing for many. I loved Mario Tennis on 3DS, and Aces looks similar gameplaywise and with a story mode it should be something to look forward too. The DLC for both Kingdom Battle and Odyssey looks fun and cool too. I won't buy Hyrule Warriors again and not DKC Tropical Freeze for the easier gamemode. Great games but played those enough on the Wii U. As Dark Souls most likely isn't my type of game, I'm only a bit disappointed that GTA V wasn't announced this time either... There is no lack of good games coming the next few months though!!

I guess I'll trippledip then! Played it through with the DLC on 3DS, but only scavenged a few ships on the Wii U version. Looked great on the big screen and the music in this game is really nice

Just finished the weekly featured tournament on FIFA18, but not much luck in the pack, again! Just started XC2, but I want to finish LA Noire before getting too into the world of Alrest...

I'll solve a few cases in LA Noire, play a couple of tournaments in FIFA18's Ultimate Team and I'm trying out Skyrim to see what the fuzz has been about all these years! My 128 GB card is almost full and after I get Xenoblade 2 I guess I have enough games to keep me occupied until the summer!!

R.I.P. Miiverse I would have still used it on the Switch. I don't care about sharing with people on Twitter or Facebook. Felt much better to share moments with friends and other fans of the game in a closed community.

@BAN If it's not so, why all these reactions? Because like this old cartoon shows, its not something very surprising coming from the Japanese culture. I bet Nintendo might show of Peachs underwear in Odyssey if they find a reason Well I'm not stupid enough to think all Americans are influenced by the Utah cult, but something is making people "enjoy" something normal unnormally much in my honest opinion.

@BAN Why did people react so heavily to seeing male nipples on both Mario and Link in their respective trailers. Can it be because nudity and skin showing is a bit less frequent due to mormons influence on mainstream American media and video business? I as a European don't get it :/ Might just be me though...

It`s only mormon influenced Americans that lose their mind when they see nudity or something as innocent as nipples in videogames, right?? I didn't even think about it when I saw the trailer for Mario Odyssey, but in all reaction videos people are going nuts seeing nipples on Mario.

Just finished Steamworld dig 2 and are now going through Golf Story while waiting for the 27th... Also enjoying a bit of FIFA 18 when docked (absolutely best played with the pro controller and on the tv)!

Playing it almost every day now. Like it best with the pro controller and on the tv, but it is just fine in handheld mode for a quick match. And ultimate team is just as addictive as on the other consoles!

I guess Stardew is the game to get as I never tried it before. Played Axiom on Wii U, but might get it again on the Switch at a later date. Awsome game! But seeing this list I want all the Box Boy games on Switch!

No demo, no early review codes. Everyone who has tested it at events and stuff says it is good. So what is(are) the wrong thing (s) with this game that they just want to shock us with??

Under a week until we finally get another FIFA on a Nintendo console. Looking forward to it, but I wonder how it will be with online matches, the FUT marked and other things that need quite a large userbase to feel like the experience on other consoles. My experiences with third party games on Nintendo consoles and online play is that it dies off fast :/ It seem the development team has made a good effort with this game, in a different and hopefully better way than 2K, so I hope we will support it and EA to continue supporting the Switch!

Got both Steamworld Dig and Heist on both the Wii U and 3DS, so getting this on the Switch makes my life that much easier Worth all the money they want!

I really hope it won't be the same mess when FIFA comes out in a couple of weeks :/ I can see that be a problem if they had used the Frostbite engine, but using a custom built engine hopefully mean that things are properly optimized and all fit on one cartridge. And save files should be a bit less than 2k's...

Most retailers in Norway also list the Switch game cheaper than the other versions, but the difference is less than the cost of a coke! Well, at least it's not more expensive... and its FIFA 18 on the go! and with Ultimate Team! I remember having paid full price for the 3DS "legacy edition" of FIFA 14. That was a rip-off in comparison.

Waiting patiently for this one. I'm also a bit bummed that there is no demo on the Switch like for the other consoles and pc I would like to know the file size, as I haven't decided if this will be my first physical game for the Switch... It will be if it's more than 20+ GB. So far it has been ok to go digital download only on the Switch, but there seem to be some potentially big games coming and I'm already down to about 70 GB on my 128 micro SD card! I hope Nintendo are teaching these companies about compression

As long as it doesn't get censored I'll probably get this. I don't care about it not getting a visual upgrade, the portable factor is most important to me!

Mario and the rabbids are going to keep me busy for some time, but I hope to finish it before Steamworld Dig 2. And then I really look forward to play FIFA 18! And then there is Mario Odyssey!! After some slow Wii U years, although the 3DS has got a steady stream of games, this is really a year to enjoy as a Nintendo gamer

For those who got it digitally the update was included in the download, right? At least I know I got the language selection at the launch screen. The only issues I have noticed is that the game occasionally freezes for a quite short period (2-3 seconds) in docked mode. In handheld I haven't experienced any of that, but taking the game from docked mode to handheld made the fan turn up to max capacity for a short while...

Whatever you think of EA, it seems this team doing the FIFA 18 for Switch is doing a good job and I can't wait to try it. And I hope it's appreciated that they include Ultimate Team. I look forward to that the most as the big football fan I am. Couldn't care less about Frostbite and the story mode!

As a football fan I would most probably have bought it anyway, but the fact that it has FUT makes it a must buy. I see that they list FUT squad building challenges, but I really hope it will include the FUT squad battles, where you can play others FUT teams on varying difficulties offline as long as you have been connected to get updates. Would be a very nice way to enjoy FUT on the go!
