The Rome track is pretty good, I was hoping to see it here... fingers crossed for the last wave.

My only concern is about the music, I've read from someone who tried the demo that the music is the only disappointing part.

@Scapetti different kingdoms then, but the point is still the same. It wouldn't be spoonfeeding, it would be just a bit of (necessary in my opinion) context.

I just wanted to quote this, as it's exactly my opinion. Actually I'm not even bothered about the plot, it could still have been a great film, but there is not depth in the characters, dialogue is boring 90% of the time, everything keeps moving too quickly from one place/character to another etc..
Having said that, the soundtrack is brilliant and I still listen to it every single day.

I have to say I really dislike the flat and washed out colouring style that is so trendy these days.

@Anti-Matter when they released the first Dual Shock, to me it felt really inferior to the N64 controller as the analog sticks were more difficult to reach and use properly. They also occasionally got in the way while trying to press other buttons. 4 generations later, I still consider Dual Sense the worst (official) controller of the current generation.

£40 for this feels like daylight robbery.

quite happy about Singapore and Bangkok! but overall it feels like a relatively weak wave compared to the others.

I totally agree about Wizpig. It was so frustrating that I just stopped trying and never saw the rest of the game, which is a shame because I was loving it.
Also the final boss in DK64, annoying, frustrating and too long. Never finished that either.

I don't like the art style of this, looks too cutesy and washed out. Also it's missing the shotting machine. Co-op should be fun but this game really needs to be online!

Unrelated to this, but I would love to see a 2D Mario game using the art style of the old game covers/booklets etc. just like the one above! it would look brilliant in HD.

Would love to see this on NSO at some point, and the SNES ones too! but my expectations are extremely low, especially with Super Bomberman R 2 coming soon.

I completely disagree on Mario Circuit 3. It's a proper racing track where driving actually matters, and it has the most iconic Mario Kart music. It's graphically disappointing even by Booster Pack standards but the track itself is great.

@BusterMove totally agree. It's one of the few, if not the only Mario Kart that is actually a proper racing game. The others are more like party games built around racing.

Just to put things into context, F-Zero was the 15th best-selling game on SNES, which isn't bad. X and GX sold less but N64 and GC had a smaller install base.
I think a new F-Zero, if properly made and well advertised would easily sell a few million copies.

I also dislike the art style, but I would never insult him or attack him personally. These people have some serious mental problems.
