@Balki While I agree with your argument, your last phrase sounds very generalizing and on the verge of trolling, really. I think with the poor userbase the WiiU has, it's doing pretty well on most indie titles, confirmed by the fact new titles are still being developed for it.
Really, the only way to make it better for everyone (streamlining their costs too, btw) is to get rid of region lock forever. That way, anyone can order a game from everywhere's available, and they'll save money in logistic and admin people. People that could (and should) be used to help with western localization, though, particularly with translations. This day and age, there's no reason a game should not be available in english (and all the rest of the main european/US languages) from the first release date.
Is that the same Family Fishing (in Japan, Fishing Resort in US, never released in EU) for the Wii? If it is, day one for me.
Edit: never mind, just saw it's NA only..
Props to this dev for doing always something unique, 'out of the box' so to speak, even though this one might not be for me, but I loved Little Inferno.
Doesn't makes much sense. If they are one of the "priciest" studios they own, it would make sense to try get the most out of them, surely. Two or more project at once should be encouraged, in that case.
If something is bound to last me the life of the console (eg: Mario Kart, Smash Bros, etc), yes I'll go digital. If not, physical (selling after done with it), and if physical isn't available I'll pass.
Agree with all the points, I strongly believe games and hype are selling systems though, so they really need to get as many exclusives as they can, first and third party, advertise them like there's no tomorrow, and reap the benefits. And of course securing all main yearly multiplats (CoD, Fifa, etc), that's mandatory: paying, bribing, everything they need to do to make it happen.
@Xenocity Finally, someone else who, like me, hates passionately this "online play beyond paywall" stupidity. That's why I have yet to purchase a ps4 and, if things don't change, I never will.
That was already my impression from miiverse comments, too short and nothing much to do. Too short is also my sensation after playing The Swapper, but that at least had few interesting puzzles.
Still have the Krazy Racer cart somewhere, brilliant game. What exactly are the home themes doing, aside from some background image and a couple of jingles? I wonder why people buy them, tbh.
Didn't Sport Mix have online on Wii? I suppose that's out of the question, now? I might get Dig Dug 2, can't remember if you can only play on the surface or underground too, in that one.

Re: Nintendo Download: 12th November (Europe)
ASA for me, the rest can wait. Would have bought PictoParty too, if they released it in EU.

Re: Rumour: Vision May be Coming to Disney Infinity 3.0
Unless they do a Mouseton or Duckburg openworld for it, I'll stick with DI 2.0.
Re: Get Ready to Shred Some Solos in Hello Kitty & Friends Rock 'n' World Tour
GOTY material, if I ever saw one.

Re: Video: Jessica Chobot Is Samus Aran In This Lavish Fan-Made Metroid Short
CGI and music, top notch. Very bad acting, though, with all the respect for Mrs Chobot.
Re: Feature: How Mario Kart Brought Two Soul Mates Together
Nice one, guys, all the best!
Good read too, maybe just a little verbose at times, but it's definitely a story with some magic to it.
Re: Feature: Finding Top Speed in FAST Racing NEO
1000? Pfft, we want OVER 9000!
In all seriosness, though, can't wait, very hyped about this.

Re: Nintendo Has Unannounced Wii U And 3DS Titles Ready For Launch Before The Year End

If the price is right, day one for me. Looks like ton of fun.
Re: Review: The Ignition Factor (Wii U eShop / SNES)
Shame, I might still get it if it comes to EU.
On a completely unrelated note, go see The Martian, it's fantastic!
Re: Video Game Industry in Scotland 'Could Eclipse Oil Boom'
"..North Sea oil look like a drop in the ocean." Sound so wrong, and so right too.

Gunslug 2 for me, they had me at "randomly generated levels".
Re: XSEED VP Talks About the Future of the Rune Factory Series
@Yai I know, I don't buy expensive digital games, sorry, unless is something that can last me the whole console cycle (Mario Kart, etc)
Re: XSEED VP Talks About the Future of the Rune Factory Series
No chance of RF4 in EU, then?

Make it wii/wiiu/3ds bc, and I'm sold.

Re: Miyamoto and Tezuka Discuss the Difficulties of Balancing Games for Players of All Skill Levels
They generally do a good job of balancing the games for everyone, but yes, I think too they should use Difficulty Settings. Much better.
Re: Review: Hold Your Fire: A Game About Responsibility (Wii U eShop)
Nice review, articulate and with the right amount of funny. Congrats. On the other hand, shame for the game, sounds like a missed opportunity.

Uncharted 5. Now THAT would be unexpected.
