Loved Epic Mickey. Respected Spector (reSpector?...) for making it and for his very sensible opinion about the increase of unnecessary violence in video games, appreciating him even more now after reading this.
"FIFA 18 is one of the few Switch games that can be played in local multiplayer without having to split the screen" That, for some reason, made me chuckle...
Shame, PES on Wii, Playmaker Style was THE Footy Game, the only one, and will always be, a perfect balance of action and strategy. Never bought another PES since then.
Does anyone know if they're gonna introduce proper fishing (with fishing rods, lures, etc) as dlc, maybe? There's a staggering number of different fishes in the game, but no real fishing mechanics to speak of. Unless it's introduced later in the game (I still have 3 divine beasts to deal with).
Zelda U is all I need from anyone, anywhere, anytime (gaming related, of course). E3 doesn't have any more relevance now anyway, it's just another stall at the (huge) market.
"The main problem with the graphics is that you easily identify objects. For example you are tasked to build a candy mine, but there is nothing to differentiate the candy mine from the other buildings in the level." Sorry, I don't get it.
If they did bring Mouseton and Duckburg to it, with all the relative characters and stories, I would have bought into it. It had potential, but it ended up being a "jack of all trades, master of none" case, imo. Shame for the employees, all the best to them.
@Godlike_Virus "Seriously, I say focus on what you have and make it work."
Indeed, and this was the attitude they had when 3DS initially failed, they focused and made it work, lot of hard work but it paid off. Sadly, they completely lost that attitude with Wii U... Shame, they could have made it work too.
I don't care for the dual release, as I'll be waiting a while to get NX (if at all, and I always said 2017 was the NX year); but not releasing Zelda WiiU in 2016, with no major games from now on, it's a BIG mistake.
@Neko_Ichigofan @JaxonH MetalKingShield understood, I thought it was quite self explanatory. It ain't off topic, and the post section of an article is not made to nitpick on other people comments, particularly when those people are not saying something completely out of order. Be nice, people.
@Shadowkiller97 @Kevlar44 Interesting, but I can't see Nintendo using revolutionary tech that's hardly been tested and used before by many others, they usually implement tech that has already been tried and tested, for obvious reasons (e.g. motion controls, touch controls).
Love my SP. I have all of them for it, except Fire Emblem (but I've got Sacred Stones through Ambassador 3DS) and Chuchu Rocket which I have for Dreamcast. The only one I haven't heard of before is Ninja Cop, gonna have to look for it.
My fave on the list is Minish Cap, beautiful.
@Syrek24 "I don't blame Nintendo for taking a stand against a lot of the worlds ways of thinking given how morality is almost non existent and people are so desensitized that what they once considered to be bad is now good and vice versa." I do 100% agree with you on the world condition, and I commend you for your post, but I feel Nintendo should have dealt with this situation differently, keeping it as privately as possible, dealing personally with him; it's only providing negative publicity to the game.
@Kirk That first video is more suited to a Metroid game than a Starfox one, tbh.
But seriously? I can't see much people (aside from the early adopters, as usual) spending another 400 bucks (or 300 quids) for this. It's something you might want to try, but you're not going to spend that much for it. Even the Samsung Gear, costing a fraction of the price and actually free with many of their offerings isn't doing that great.
Edit: sorry Kirk, the second patagraph isn't aimed at you; I respect your opinion, just expressing my views.
@IronMan28 Yes, I thought that too, although I've found strange the complete lack of ZeldaU footage. What I can assume, is that they will soon do a special Direct all dedicated to it; after all it does deserve it.
Nice, after watching that I'm behind it, anxious to know more about it. Sure, I would have preferred a top-down strategy/rpg for a spinoff, but really hyped for this one too. And honestly, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but some of the hate comments, wow, waaay overboard. Also, most of these complaints don't make any sense, particularly after watching the videos, so it looks like most people just like to flame for the sake of it. Well done.
@Kalmaro Being infinite, I'm fairly sure THERE IS an alternate universe where that proof, in fact, exist. 😄 But seriously, this multiverse theory - as well as all other unprovable theories - seems to interest people more than finding the solutions to OUR universe problems...

@senshu Satori Mountain. Yes, it looks exactly like that one, much more than Duelling Peaks.

I might be wrong, but don't guardians have six legs?

Re: Space Probe Aims to Bring Relaxing Exploration and Monster Collection to the New Nintendo 3DS

As long as it's animation, and Studio Ghibli is involved somehow, I'm ok with it.

Re: Humble Friends of Nintendo Bundle Offers Games at a Huge Discount
What, $1 for 3 games that cost more than $40 together? ASA alone is worth the $13, tbh. Great for you people, go for it!
Re: SteamWorld Heist's DLC, The Outsider, Is Coming on 28th April
Didn't they say something about some free dlc? But I'll definitely consider this one too, if the price is right.
Re: You'll Need To Dig Deep For This Insane Lego Minecraft Set
@GravyThief Eheh, 100% with you on this one. I loved my yellow castle, still cherish the day I was given it as one of the best of my early life.

With all the possible love&respect for Nintendo, it's so sad to think in 2016 we're still talking about region lock and localisation...😥

Re: No Disney Infinity 4.0 In 2016, But Support For 3.0 Will Continue Via New Play Sets
Since there are so many DI 3.0 experts here, can you use all 2.0 characters and playsets? That would be a good start, if I ever decide to upgrade.
