@TheMadRabbid it means it isn't locked at a set framerate. It fluctuates between 30-60 depending on what's happening on the screen.

A locked framerate is preferred because when it jumps between fast and slow it can be really jarring.

I'm going to share this and cry myself to sleep.

I don't see the problem legally. You can't patent game machanics and Epic isn't using any assets from Among Us AFAIK. So it's all fair game.

@Jasonmd Agreed. Raging Loop is great even though it doesn't quite stick the landing.

@JaxonH Yes, they're similar but Danganronpa's theme is more violent. Goofy, but violent.
In Danganronpa there's also some timed sections during the trials that require quick reflexes. Luckily you can change the difficulty of those sections if you're struggling with the action.

Lastly if you like Ace Attorney and/or Danganronpa I highly recommend AI: the Somnium Files as well!

@Meehanuk If you want good story but also enjoy the idea of monster capturing and leveling I'd strongly recommend Monster Hunter Stories 2 or Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne instead.

Kirby as Rogue fits perfectly.

I'd love to see the rest of the series come to Switch as well.
And Ghost Trick HD is a dream of mine!

@SwitchForce I’m not sure what you mean but from my experience I notice a more choppy framerate in Mario+Rabbids from what I remember.

One of my favorite games on Switch.

Yeah, it's one of my biggest complaints for the game and I'm absolutetly ecstatic for the news!
But I'm not expecting this until late 2022. That's not a dig at DE btw. It takes a lot of time and lawyers writing and reading contracts to unite a previously split marketplace. Not to mention a lot of coding for account merging and restructuring.
I'm glad they can run the game on different platforms internally though. That means the unified client is almost finished at least.

I'm interested in the deck but enough to shell out €500-600. Maybe next year.

At least the terminology seems to be right. Konchu, velociprey, elder dragons, hunters being in tune with nature.
It gets a thumbs up from me, so far.

I heard some bad things about SS when it was first released on Wii and Nintendo charging €60 again somehow doesn't sway me this time either.

I mean...the first thing that comes to mind is the two Monster Hunter games on PSP.
I didn't think they were bad at all but they reviewed really poorly, which really irked me at the time..

We'll agree to disagree. We all can see and hear which one is better. Especially since one one of them actually has voice acting and cut-scenes.

If only Fast RMX was named F-Zero it would have sold millions.
I know it's not exactly the same game but it's very close. And for a game that can run 4 player split-screen at 60 fps on Switch it gets very little mention.

That's a pretty smart strategy to remember for more competetive releases later.
Just as an example:
Let's say God of War realeases close to, I dunno, Starfield.
Would be a shame if Sony Music picked up the rights to the soundtrack and then banned all the videos on youtube..hmm?

I know, not a very realistic scenario but you get my idea.
