There doesn't seem to be any jeopardy.

I wouldn't mind discovering creatures as an extra objective in an adventure,
a collectable in of itself, that merely makes up an encyclopedia and doesn't contribute towards your 100% level completion,
but as the only aim, it looks quite dull and ponderous.

Well that jump rope moon in Odyssey is too damn hard though.

I like the look of this, but think I'd like it more as an actual book than a game.

Yeah, but it's that kind of zany, try-hard kind of strange,
rather than genuinely eccentric, interesting, or amusing.

The kooky, collecting Funko Pops,
deliberately wearing odd socks,
staying in knitting on a Friday night,
smoking a pipe,

It is very easy to go to multiple sources.
There is nothing stopping someone reading both the guardian and the mail.
You can even find primary sources online.

Ignorance isn't a sin as such, but I do view a lack of curiosity as one.

Luxury goods are a big part of the economy,
and can't be sealed off in a vacuum.
A (very) simple example would be, someone works in a game store, their sales decline, the store closes, so instead of spending more on food that week/month, the workers spend less.
