Dragon Ball Z is clearly a rip-off of DragonFangZ.
Ff 12 baby, first gotta complete 9 though dont wanna juggle 3 final fantasy's being 9/10/12
FF12 on Switch : well.. why not... but no thanks.
I'm getting the 60fps version on Xbox One X.
Is the price for Akane right? The nintendo website says £4.49 (https://www.nintendo.co.uk/Games/Nintendo-Switch-download-software/Akane-1553082.html#Overview)
Super tempted by FFXII, though I'd want physical, not digital. In fact, let's face it, I'm getting it.
VA-11 HALL-A is one for the watchlist.
In sales, there's not much, but that's about the right price for HoPiKo for anyone who hasn't played it. It can be utterly brutal, but it's a pretty unique combination of twitch, rhythm and puzzle game.
The original D/Generation on AmigaCD32 was pretty cool.
Does anyone know if these two new games are any good? If yes, which one should you go with? The new original... or the new new?
I don't get all the love for FF12. Of all the FF games I think maybe only FF15 was worse in my own humble opinion. My thoughts are mostly based on how much meat is in the story and antagonist.
A lot of great games here.
A bit of a quiet week for eShop releases for a change. Just VA-11 Hall-A for me.
FF XII for me.....I wait my physical copy tomorrow.
I can’t believe that ff12 is so expensive. Rather old game. I would buy it for 30 € not 50€.
@xanderten50 The above says £2.29 for people who have bought the devs previous games but doesn't give the normal price.
Assume it's 50% off and if you don't own the previous games, it's what you said.
Ok. Time to admit Celeste will NEVER been included as part of these sales. Damnit.
@xanderten50 sometimes the discounts don't show up immediately, check back later or tomorrow
Nope. Maybe nothing this side of Mario Maker, actually. I've still got Hellblade, FF7 and Mortal Kombat to be going on with.
Just bought Dragons Dogma off the Eshop. I've got about 40 minutes to wait for the download to finish then I'm going to get stuck right into it. I've been playing mostly indie games for the last few months so this will be a nice change of pace.
Getting real tired of tripe constantly being on sale in the 3DS eShop. At least there's the Gunman Clive exceptions this week which is a surprising change.
@TheFatPlumber a few great Atlus games are still on sale that we’re listed last week. Although not everyone’s cup of tea.
@Pazuzu666 Celeste might get a discount when the DLC is released which should be soon https://twitter.com/celeste_game/status/1116470682756403201?s=21
F12 is great, quite possibly the best FF (right alongside FF9), but the price is pretty steep. It's still an old game, and should be priced as such.
I was gonna grab Plague Road and Castle of Heart at those prices but neither of them is showing a discount on the eShop :/
Edit: According to the eshop listing for Plague Road the 92% discount only applies if you already own Mecho Wars: Desert Ashes or War Theatre.
There's nothing to explain why the 90% discount for Castle of Heart isn't showing up though.
@JoeDiddley Yeah I saw them too. I'm just sick of seeing the tripe that always seems to be on while the more decent stuff hardly gets a look in. The same thing has been happening to the WiiU too.
Is it wise for me to download the Attack on titan demo? I mean, I heard it spoils events from season 3, and I am not a manga reader!
