Re: Kirby Air Riders Gets A Seven-Minute Overview Trailer

Tarolusa

@Grumblevolcano Don't forget the Animal Crossing New Horizons Switch 2 Edition + 3.0 Overview trailer that released just last week. Nintendo go through these periods where they'll be silent for so long that the lack of transparency becomes concerning/frustrating only to cone out guns blazing the next period where it feels like there's a major announcement almost every day of the week. As exciting as the onslaught of news is, I wished they scheduled these updates better so we didn't have to go through these droughts.

Re: Kirby Air Riders Gets A Seven-Minute Overview Trailer

Tarolusa

Don't get me wrong, I'm extremely hyped for this game, easily my most anticipated game of the year, and I always love seeing Kirby get plenty of attention/advertisement, but this game getting a 7-minute long overview trailer when it already has two 1-hour long Directs AND a bunch of global test runs prior to release, while Age of Imprisonment got absolute pittance in terms of marketing (only 3 short trailers that only covered the story and a demo which could only be played in certain stores) despite it literally coming out today seems awfully tone deaf. I imagine because it's a Zelda game Nintendo knew the game would sell gangbusters on brand recognition alone but I still wish they actually advertised it for people who might be the fence on playing a Musuo game.

Additionally, with AoI now out and Kirby coming out shortly afterwards, I really hope that Nintendo start cranking up promotion for Metroid Prime 4 because it's worrying that the first substantial trailer for the game came out just earlier this week and the game comes out in just a months time. I'm genuinely worried they're sending that game out to die and I want to be proven wrong so badly.

Re: Nintendo Expands Switch Online's GBA Library With Three More Titles

Tarolusa

I literally bought all of these games, plus the fourth one on DS physically when I went to Tokyo last October so what a major convinience that they're finally being officially brought over to the West!

Super lame though that it's untranslated however. Thus would have been met with unconditional applaud/acclaim if they went that extra effort. Regardless it's cool that thus cute little IP is getting any sort of acknowledgement since I genuinely think like 2009!

Re: Pikmin 4 Has Sold 2.61 Million Units In Just Over Two Months

Tarolusa

A long and well deserved victory for the Pikmin franchise. This IP has deserved success since its inception and it's been so frustrating always seeing it get overlooked for miscellaneous reasons. Hopefully this means that the next game won't take a borderline decade to come out because I can't keep doing that x'D

Re: Team Ghost Is Victorious In Splatoon 3's 'Splatoween' Splatfest

Tarolusa

I was on Team Ghost so I'm chuffed about the W (haven't won since the Zelda splatfest haha...) but I'm genuinely shocked that Skeleton was the least popular. I thought Skeleton would have gotten at least 28-32% popularity and Zombies would be in the single digits like BigFoot and Fame but I guess Frye is just always doomed to have the least satisfactory option. Honestly wouldn't have minded if Skeleton won due to Frye desperately needing a bone thrown (lol) in her direction AND it would have been neat to see the popularity win streak finally broken.

Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Super Mario Bros. Wonder?

Tarolusa

100% the game yesterday and I would say I give it a 9/10. It is easily, without question, the best 2D Mario game since Mario World and arguably one of the most creative Mario entries yet. However, there are a few hiccups that prevent it from being bona certified modern masterpiece in my eyes:

1) Like basically everyone on this comment thread and Twitter have stated numerous times, the boss fights are complete dogsh*t. So few and only the final boss fight evolves past "slightly more complex Boom Boom boss fight". How all the levels are oozing with creativity but the ball was dropped so hard for the boss fights complete escapes me.

2) I'm not a difficulty junky like lots of people on the internet are, but the game for the most part is incredibly easy which removes some of that catharsis I felt when beating a really challenging level in any of the past 2D Mario games. Only the final two secret levels rise about moderately difficult.

3) Potentially a controversial opinion since I've seen few people mention it but I personally found the OST very underwhelming which is something I considered a crime for a Mario game. I can only remember a small handful of tracks and while you can chalk this up to to the game still being brand new and they haven't had the time to burrow into my subconscious, I never experienced that problem with 3D World and Odyssey (hot-take within a hot-take but Odyssey had a really good OST, the problem with that games music quality is that it came after Galaxy 1, Galaxy 2 and 3D World which all had legendary soundtracks so by default it would appear extremely underwhelming).

If those three issues were fixed, this would have been a 10/10 in my eyes and easily my GOTY alongside Pikmin 4.

Re: Random: Nintendo Gives Princess Peach Some Facial Tweaks In 'Showtime!' Key Art

Tarolusa

Prefer new for the kung-fu Peach expression, but prefer old for the central Peach expression. I want to see Peach become more proactive and assertive going forward since she was the poster girl for the outdated "damsel in distress" trope but I hope they don't do a complete 180 and change her to become 'generic girlboss who needs no man #2876' that's prevalent in modern Western media, especially considering they LITERALLY already have a princess (Daisy who practically everyone loves and from a fandom perspective has always been more loved than Peach) that fits that mold.

Re: Sonic Superstars Will Apparently Run At "A Smooth 60FPS" On Switch

Tarolusa

Hmmm, I'll wait until the game actually comes out. I don't really trust 3rd developers when it comes to their statements about how a game will run on the Switch and with how badly Sonic games have run on the Switch in the past, this statement runs hollow. I'm going to get it on PC but if they're actually telling the truth about this performance, then I might dip for the Switch port.

Re: Round Up: The Previews Are In For Detective Pikachu Returns

Tarolusa

I'm not a graphics enthusiast but I still can't get over how visually poor this looks for a Switch game that's apparently been in development since 2020 or something (I'm pretty sure this was announced in the exact same Pokemon Presents that New Pokemon Snap was first shown in). I guess unless your New Pokemon Snap (not including Pokken DX since that was building off from a Wii U game), a Pokemon game on Switch is cursed to look like complete ass.

As for the game itself, if it's shaping up to only appeal to fans of the first game then I'll most likely skip it. I got to around the sixth chapter of the first game before I sold it because of how mind numbingly simplistic it was (plus October is already proving to be an incredibly hectic month with both Superstars and Wonders coming out practically back-to-back).

Re: Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC Brews Up Brand New Pokémon Poltchageist

Tarolusa

@Savage_Joe I remember seeing someone on Twitter a few month back say that they believed Paldea was originally meant to be modelled after China (pseudo legendaries are based on Chinese mythology, there's a segment on the map that's nothing but bamboo trees which makes no logical sense to be on a map based off Spain) but GF changed it to Spain somewhat late into development for miscellaneous reasons. I don't think those two points are quite enough to justify a fairly big theory but I can definitely see arguments being made for how that might be the case.

Re: Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC Brews Up Brand New Pokémon Poltchageist

Tarolusa

I love how they just gave up on the whole Spain setting of the base game and went right back to rural Japan for the DLC. Funnily enough, the setting of the DLC honestly looks more interesting that whatever they did with Paldea which borrowed practically nothing from Spanish culture. Heck, even the four pseudo legendaries of the gen were based off Chinese mythology rather than anything culturally tied to Spain.

Re: Shiver, Frye, And Big Man Duke It Out In The Latest Splatoon 3 Splatfest

Tarolusa

@AlexanderDaniels I'm hoping the game acknowledges that and the whole point of the Splatfest is to potentially alter that. If Frye or Big Man wins, then the game takes that into consideration and it's then THAT idol whose always at the left side of the screen (thus the first you'll see) and the one who opens and closes all news reports.

Additionally, I'm hoping these results actually affect a future DLC expansion (either side order or a Deep Cut focused expansion) and the idol who wins plays a slightly more important role. Not to the extend that it completely overshadows the other two but still more noticeably proactive in the plot (maybe your avatar is in danger and it's that idol who comes to rescue you and temporarily serves as your solo guide?).

However, it's most likely going to affect nothing and it'll literally just be flavour text that never gets brought up again (which would be disappointing but sadly expected).

Re: Shiver, Frye, And Big Man Duke It Out In The Latest Splatoon 3 Splatfest

Tarolusa

I find Splatfests hard to get excited for now once I realised that all a team needs to win is to simply be the most popular in Japan, the popularity in the West and actual performance in battle essentially amounts to nothing (last Splatfest proved that). Taking that into consideration, I highly expect Shiver to be the most popular in Japan so she's most likely going to get a 5th consecutive win.

Frye will most likely get an inflated percentage due to fans in the West giving her sympathy votes (thus I do expect Team Frye to get some mirror matches despite what the comment section is saying) but I expect the Frye curse to kick in once again and she'll come dead last in pretty much everything.

Big Man is an anomaly. His teams either do clean sweeps or extremely horribly (Sour, Bigfoot and Courage). If this was the beginning of the game's update cycle I could see Big Man getting the popularity due to the memes and the fresh factor of finally having a male idol but I think that effect has worn off now. Unless he's incredibly popular in Japan, I don't see him getting popularity.

As for me, I honestly don't know. Shiver is the obvious, safe answer which makes it boring. If I pick Frye I'm basically asking to lose. I've picked Big Man's team the past two fests and lost both times so I want to avoid a potential 3rd consecutive Big Man lose. I'll see closer to the time.

Re: Japanese Charts: Pikmin 4 Posts An Out Of This World Debut, Knocking Zelda From The Top Spot

Tarolusa

As a lifelong Pikmin fan, seeing the franchise finally getting the respect and success it's deserved since launch is such a joyous occassion. Being a Pikmin fan this past month has honestly been the most cathartic experience in my gaming life.

Hopefully these sales numbers shows Nintendo that Pikmin CAN be a profitable source of income in the long run and they decide to bump up production/resources so we get a new game every 4-5 years and not a flaming decade...

Re: Soapbox: Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom's Busier Hyrule Is Making Me Miss BOTW

Tarolusa

Funny story but one of my closest friends LITERALLY shares the same sentiment in that while he enjoyed ToTK, he still heavily preferred BOTW because he though the world was just a lot more fun to explore and easier to immerse himself in.

As for me, I agree to this statement to an extent. I think ToTK is the overall better game but BoTW I feel is the one that is the better/memorable experience. I got into BoTW 4 years later than most people and already had full knowledge of the more mystical moments of the game (e.g. Eventide Island, the existence of the dragons etc.) but I still managed to have several "WOOAH" moments throughout my playthrough just because of how meticulously realised the world was. With ToTK, I've not had any moments like that (though that could partially be down to me already having explored this world).

I feel like once a few more months have passed and people can start properly analysing both BoTW and ToTK's strengths/weaknesses, I think (unfortunately) another split in the Zelda fandom will arise with one camp preferring the more atmospheric tone of BoTW and the other preferring the more robust package of ToTK (heck, LITERALLY as I'm typing this I'm seeing new messages pop-up about some prefer BoTW and others prefer ToTK xD).

Re: Zelda: TOTK Playtimes Start To Appear, And Some People Haven't Been Getting A Lot Of Sleep

Tarolusa

I'm currently at 105 hours and that was with me having to work 5 hours each day of the week AND me mostly taking a break this Monday. I have... slight problems xD

I still have to do the Gerudo dungeon, over 70+ shrines, a good portion of the side quests/adventures, have barely explored the sky nor depths (spent most of my playthrough so far exploring the surface) AND still have to fill out about 80% of my compendium (refusing to buy samples off Robbie as that ruins the exploration aspect in my eyes). People aren't lying when they say the game is extremely robust and I wouldn't be surprised if my total playtime extends to the 200+ hour mark.

Re: Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom Is Japan's 7th Biggest Game Launch Of All Time

Tarolusa

Neither SC/VI nor New Horizons (sorry but as a long time AC fan that game disappointed me on a spiritual level) deserve that gargantuan amount of success which will only enable the respective studios to persist in cutting corners for max profit but I'm extremely glad that TOTK has been met with roaring success in Japan considering Zelda has always appealed more to the West than its home country. That game genuinely feels like an achievement in modern game design and I'm thrilled to see how the Zelda team will built off from it in the future.

Re: Sega Looks Set To Raise Its Game Prices Up To $70

Tarolusa

Here is my extremely controversial opinion that will undoubtedly get me flamed by the comment section (please be nice...); I don't mind paying £60/$70 for a game if the scale and quality justify the inflated price. I'm playing TOTK right now and the sheer level of technical polish and unbelivable scale more than makes up for the fact that it's £10 more than the average Switch game.

That being said, I don't like the idea of said inflated price tag becoming the industry standard and even though I'm much more positive about Sega/Sonic games than most people on this site, I can't think of any of their games (apart from debatedly Yakuza) that warrant such a steep price tag. They need to be careful with how they approach this statement since I imagine they don't want to lose any more good faith with their fans.

Re: Zelda Devs Confirm The Return Of Fan-Favourite Feature In TOTK

Tarolusa

I still find it weird that they took this long to officially confirm dungeons have returned. I hope they mean proper, expansive dungeons full of puzzle rooms and combat set-pieces are truly back and not just "we retweaked the layouts of the divine beasts by giving them unique aesthetics and a bit more space to traverse in".

Re: Nintendo Reconfirms Release Windows For Upcoming Switch Games, And It's Slim Pickings

Tarolusa

Switch is on its twilight years so I'm not surprised this year's lineup is incredibly barren. I predict there will be one more game reveal at gamescom/September direct (can't say which IP but it will most likely serve as the Switch's major swansong title) but I wouldn't be surprised if TOTK and Pikmin 4 are the only brand new releases this year. ToTK will keep my preoccupied for at least a month and Pikmin 4 is a dream come true (Pikmin is my favourite franchise) so those with an additional hypothetical swansong title will be enough to keep me enticed until next year when the Switch successor gets announced (hopefully...).

Re: Splatoon 3's Zelda-Themed Splatfest Won By Team Power

Tarolusa

Between the Splatfest premiere to the Zelda splatfest (so 8 months worth of events), in terms of the battle points, Frye's team has only won the Pro category in the NA/EU Rock vs Paper v Scissors splatfest and the Open category in the Spicy v Sweet v Sour splatfest. That's...HONESTLY really depressing when you stop and think about it. Also in the end I decided to go for Team Power over Team Wisdom so I really dodged a bullet there xD

Re: Poll: Who's Your Favourite Champion In Zelda: Breath Of The Wild?

Tarolusa

If you were ask a few years back I would have said Mipha but now I would easily hand it to Urbosa. Mipha, while pleasant, suffers a bit too much from "demure waifu" syndrome, Daruk is endearing but there's very little to him apart from him liking rocks and being scared of dogs and Revali constantly dances between "I really like this guy, his internal struggles give him a lot of nuance" and "I hope this guy becomes kentucky fried rito soon and I hope that I'll be the one who does it" for me. Urbosa not only has a endearing personality and awesome powers but she also has a great maternal friendship with Zelda which provide a more in depth insight to her history (such as her being close friends to Zelda's late mum if I'm remembering correctly).

Re: Splatoon 3 Is Hosting A Legend Of Zelda-Themed Splatfest In May

Tarolusa

YOOOOO I freaking love Nintendo crossover Splatfests, really hope there's more in the future!

As for my choice, I'm stuck between Power and Wisdom. Wisdom was my definite original choice because of the cool light-blue ink colour and I originally thought it would be the most unpopular choice by a country mile (thus the least mirror matches and tri-colours will actually matter) but the votes, at least on this site, have made it out that it's nearly as popular as courage! Plus I've been on Frye's team 3 times compared to Shiver's 2 and Big Man's 1 so I sort of want to avoid being on Frye's team once again in order to have idol variety in my Splatfest team choices.

As for Power, I will admit, the inner edgelord who wants to be on the "villain" team is playing a massive part in my decision but I also think the red ink colour looks cool.

Re: Best Star Fox Games Of All Time

Tarolusa

This list puts into perspective that Star Fox is ultimately an extremely meh franchise that only has one truly stand-out game that the company then proceeded to milk for all it's worth.

A shame because, imo, Star Fox has the potential to be one of Nintendo's most grand franchises if they actually put in the effort to flesh out the setting and allow the narrative to venture outside of "andross is back, go stop him" territory.

Re: Nintendo, Sony And Xbox Reportedly Skipping E3 2023

Tarolusa

I think this pretty much solidifies that E3 has been dead for years and is just a walking corpse that sustains off deteriorating hype and because it's the status quo in the gaming industry to have an event during the Summer. Would not shock me if E3 is officially disbanded in the next couple of years and everyone just resorts to online presentations.

Re: Splatoon 3's Next Splatfest Is On The Way, Which Team Will You Pick?

Tarolusa

Milk chocolate all the way! I think Nintendo want to give Frye a redemption arc after getting completely steamrolled in the first three Splatfests considering she had the unanimous fave in the last fest and once again here. I do wonder though how much white chocolate might get inflated votes considering this is the closest that a Splatoon 3 splatfest has had white ink which tend to be 'fan favourite' ink colours amongst the community.

Re: Talking Point: What Game Do You Replay Every Year?

Tarolusa

Pikmin 1 will forever be my baby. It's the only game that I can think of that I actively go out of my way to speedrun, (my fastest run is 12 days, next time I'm going to try and go for a single digit run). Obviously I know it screams of 'beta test' and objectively 2 & 3 are the superior products, but my heart will always belong to Pikmin 1.

Re: Soapbox: If You Thought Last Year Was "Sad" For Switch, 2023 Might Be Hard To Handle

Tarolusa

Not trying to sound like a die-hard Nintendo fanboy but anybody who says that 2022 was objectively a bad year are most likely Nintendo fans who are too scared to venture outside their 4 favourite Nintendo IPs (a lot of twitter Nintendo fans are like that). Obviously it's different if they say that 2022 simply wasn't their year out of personal preferences but I saw too many people on Twitter (particularly around the summer months when the incredibly s*itty Battle League cashgrab came out just two months after the equally s*itty Switch Sports) scream about how the year was objectively one of the worst in the Switch's lineup while completely ignoring what had already came out and what the rest of the year would entail.

Sure they're were stinkers like the aforementioned Nintendo Switch Sports & Battle League, the first two waves of the MK8 Deluxe DLC (I heard the third wave was far superior), a few disappointing delays, the dreadful September direct and some games not quite turning out the smash hits like a lot of people wanted (Pokemon SV becoming yet another pair of highly controversial modern Pokemon games and Bayonetta 3 causing MAJOR controversy for it's extremely divisive story beats) but that doesn't change the fact that many excellent 1st party games AND ports came out this year.

Legends Arceus proved that GameFreak still had ambition in them and that a tweak to the formula can go a long way to freshen up the franchise. Kirby ATFL (I'm not spelling out the whole title xD) is without a doubt one of the most polished games Nintendo has released in years and a brilliant conversion into 3D for the pink puffball. Three Hopes (as much as I f*cking despised how it handled certain characters/storylines cough Claude cough Golden Wildfire cough) was incredibly addicting from a gameplay front and, imo, the best integration of a game's mechanics into the Musuo formula. Xenoblade 3 was easily one of the most immersive, gripping games ever to be put on a Nintendo console even if the plot DID somewhat fizzle out in the end. Splatoon 3 is more of the same (and sadly took quite a big step back in how it approaches Splatfest) but the formula still works really well so honestly, more of the same is a good thing in my eyes. Sparks of Hope was a major step up from the already great original and one of the most creative, innovative Mario products in years. Lastly, many excellent Switch ports (P5R, 13 Sentinels, Nier Automata) came out and were people's first exposure to said brilliant titles.

Obviously the year wasn't perfect, I wouldn't dare claim otherwise. However, this was definitely one of the stronger ones and I would easily give it an 8 since both Kirby and Xenoblade 3 are some of my favourite Nintendo games in recent memories.

Re: Poll: Splatoon 3's Pokémon-Themed Splatfest Is This Weekend, Which Type Will You Pick?

Tarolusa

I'm Team Water! My favourite starter from more than half of the regions (Gen 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 specifically) are the water starters and in the older gens (the ones that predate Gen VII), the water starter tends to be the most useful by being an easy candidate to learn Surf, a HM that's not only essential to traverse around the region but also serves as a perfectly viable move.

Re: Soapbox: Paper Mario: Sticker Star Was When The Series Came Unstuck

Tarolusa

The Nintendo community is prone to flip-flopping between relentlessly hating games when they first come before having a newfound appreciation for them once a few years have passed (before anyone in the comment section gives me the "the X cycle phenomenon doesn't exist, you're just trying to invalidate genuine criticism!" shtick, don't bother, you know it's real) but I like that Sticker Star is the one Nintendo game where even a decade later, ABSOLUTELY NOBODY has tried to defend it and try to make it out that it wasn't as bad as people made it out to be.

As for me, it's my personal least favourite game of all time. Literally nothing of value would be lost if it somehow stopped existing.

Re: Poll: The Next Splatoon 3 Splatfest Is Almost Here - Are You Team Gear, Grub, Or Fun?

Tarolusa

I'm Team Grub but I know in advance that Team Gear will most likely sweep the competition because in Clout era splatfests, the popular team almost always ends up winning (85% of the Splat2 clout era splatfests and the Rock v Paper v Scissors splatfests are proof of that) xD

Still, I chose Grub because I love eating food (despite my small appetite) and I just found the orange ink colour in the preview trailer to look very aesthetically pleasing!

Re: Poll: Splatoon 3's First Splatfest Takes Place This Weekend - Which Team Are You On?

Tarolusa

The results are EXACTLY what I was expecting (Big Man dominates while Frye cries in unpopularity) xD

As for me, I'm on Team Rock because I have this funny, little quirk that whenever I play rock, paper, scissors with someone, for the first couple of turns I ALWAYS choose rock to see if it the fools the other person out (it actually works more than you would realistically expect) so I thought it was only right to pick it!

Re: Random: Splatoon 3's Shiver Appears To Be Nintendo's First Major Non-Binary Character

Tarolusa

I knew because of the subject matter there was going to be some heated debate and judging by how many removed comments there is, I'm really sad that seems to be the case.

As for me, I'm going to wait until we get 1000% clarification from Nintendo themselves that Shiver is indeed non-binary before applauding them for representation but it would be super cool if we got an official non-binary Splatoon idol

Re: Kirby's Dream Buffet Rolls Out Worldwide Release Date

Tarolusa

Not once did Nintendo ever imply this would be a F2P game, that was solely your hypothesis. I know using this word is a surefire way to garner hate and get yourself labelled as a shill but you a lot of you in the comment section are being extremely entitled right now.

Re: Random: People Are Getting Pretty Worried About Splatoon 3

Tarolusa

I'm not worried per se because as someone who loved Splatoon 2, I know the gameplay will be extremely addicting (I don't quite understand why so many people have such hate boners for "more of the same" sequels) but I do agree that Nintendo have done an absolutely abysmal job adveritising the game.

I genuinely thought by now we would have had a global testfire, at least a direct dedicated to the game and maybe a Splatfest world premier around mid-August to promote the game but so far we've had none of those and the game launches in just a months time. I know they've been advertising brands and weapons on the Japanese social media pages but I don't think you need me to tell you that that's not exactly hype inducing material.

They really have to start promoting the game and showcasing what the hot new mode will be in order to distinguish it from its predecessors because they really don't have much time at this point and they need all the hype they can generate.

Re: Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion Will Have 'Differences' In Performance On Switch

Tarolusa

As long as it's a stable 30FPS (both docked and undocked) then I'm perfectly fine with the downgrade in performance.

People who still expect Switch ports to run exactly the same as the PS5/Xbox One/PC ports after all this time are pretty much shaping themselves up to be disappointed (though I won't deny that Nintendo REALLY should release a Switch Pro already).

Nontheless, this doesn't really affect me because I was planning on getting this on PC.

Re: Review: Mario Strikers: Battle League - Simply The Best Sports Game On Switch

Tarolusa

I'm not trying to be 'that guy' because I do think a lot of commentors in this website have an unnatural obsession for being overly negative about everything but with everything we've heard about this game (a.k.a everything we learned in its reveal trailer), I realistically don't know how this game could score anything higher than a 6.

The amount of content it has in its base state is absolutely insulting and a downright embarrassment to its predecessor (and before people label me as nostalgia blind, I barely played Strikers Charged when it came out so I have zero nostalgic attachment towards it). I'm sure the gameplay is fun and I know the animations are stellar, but unless you're playing online, there is literally no meat and bones to the package and your basically left with a game that we've been TOLD will get updates but how long will said updates last and how substantial will they actually be?

No ill-will towards any of nintendo life staff members because they all seem like wonderful people but it's pretty telling they have a slight problem of overselling 1st and 2nd party Nintendo games and this is a crowning example of that problem. I'm sure the game will be 'excellent' in the moment but once a day or two has passed, you'll already have your entire fill of the game and I feel like a product, ESPECIALLY if said product is multiplayer focused, needs to have some form of longevity to warrant such a high score and from what we've seen of this game, it completely fails to offer an experience that will keep me coming back for more and more.

Welp, time to wait 4 months just to get Daisy and then another 4 to get Toadette, afterwards we need to pray to God that Nintendo doesn't prematurely throw this game to the waste pile so that they can capitalise off the next 'generous free update offering' and have left you with a product that ultimately didn't live up to its £50/$60 price tag (glances over at Mario Maker 2, New Horizons and Super Rush).
