This game looks interesting, kinda a mix of Fantasy Life and Monster Hunter.
I just have one big question that will make or break my purchase. Is Sephiroth playable?

@LztheQuack I think they're upset because before the picture, people thought there was going to be a big announcement, but it's actually just showing off an Amiibo.

For something so simple, why must it be so expensive?

@TrueWiiMaster When they first sent the tweet, there was no picture. Since the tweet itself made no mention of Chibi Robo, people thought it was teasing something big.

I saw the tweet without the picture, and I thought they were going to announce a new character for an upcoming Mario game.........we really need a Direct or something soon.

We're expecting a great Nintendo game, but it'll actually be some trashy, boring, run of the mill game that's so terrible, they'll drop out of the mobile business! I hope so, anyways.

That's harsh. Suing a guy $4,000 over a poster? Come on. Maybe he can take this to court and claim it's not "Copyright Infringement"? Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to burn my Pokemon drawings before I get sued...

I don't think it's been mentioned yet, but a Final Fantasy rep would be great. The series has been around since the NES, and it's still alive and well. Cloud is probably the most well known character from the series, so I'd like to see him in.

Aside from a few of those games, that's a pretty pitiful list.

This looks like a cheap man's version of Mario Party. It's hilariously bad.

@Grumblevolcano I think it's safe to say they're going overboard with the DLC, since all of it costs more then one version of the game.

So now what's the total cost of all the dlc? Same price as the game, but at a fraction of the content? I wish they'd work on new modes and give them out for free. Smash 4 felt lacking in terms of mode, especially since it lacks a main mode like Melee and Brawl. Why can't they go the Splatoon route?

Maybe the stocks dropping has to do with Tatsumi Kimishima not being as well known? He isn't as famous as, say, Miyamoto. Stockholders are probably waiting for him to do something substantial to give them faith in the new leadership.

On a more serious note, the video seems to be removed. I almost kind of sorta wanted to maybe watch it sometime. Oh well.

@Moon A game with download play is something you seldom hear about. Too bad this requires exactly two other people, no more, no less.

Shadow The Hedgehog. He'd be a great addition. Instead of making him a Sonic clone, they could give him his Chaos abilities, like Chaos Spear and Chaos Blast.

Or, you know, they could just replace Robin with me. I'm a far better magic wielder and tactician than he/she could ever be.

When you say Mario Maker has been out for a few weeks, you mean 13 days, right? Are you trying to make the game sound like old news?

10/10 Best game ever. Great story, great characters, and great music. Also, advanced units don't get up to level 25, it's still 20. Just a slight error I noticed.

Fine with me. I didn't think the game would run on the old 3DS, so it makes sense something got cut.

I think Minecraft is a little too late to the Wii U party. I'm already sold on UCraft so I won't bother with this, even if it was the actual Minecraft game.

Why can't the DLC for this game ever be cheap? I mean, $20 for 4 fighters? 3 of them aren't even new! The hell?

That's great that there's so many costumes for Mario, coming with their own poses and sound effects. But, how does 8-bit Sonic look so close to his 16-bit form, yet Megaman looks like......whatever that thing was?

Great! Nintendo does sometimes listen to us occasionally! Although why didn't they just use this approach in the first place?

@Totaldude911 That's not DLC, it was on disc content being unlocked over a period of time.

Almost had a heart attack thinking this was official and that it would've confirmed the Apple/Nintendo rumor. Phew. Anyways, I'd love a Path of Radiance coverplate. Not that it'll ever happen, of course.

@Aromaiden Unfortunately, yes, that seems to be the case.

@Aromaiden Making the game appeal to a broader audience is the problem. The series hasn't been too popular outside Japan, so they're trying to make more money by introducing these odd features and butchering the game into 3. I doubt I'm the only pre-awakening fan who's not fond of Fates.

Oh, and I forgot the Fire-Emblem Amie feature. Plus, it's rated 15+ in Japan, compared to Awakening's 13+, so there's a chance it could be rated M, or at least censored in some areas.

@Aromaiden It's terrible compared to the other games. Casual and Phoenix mode, unbreakable weapons, the gay stuff, the fact that it's split into two versions, and the true route is DLC. Plus, since this game will probably sell well, all the future games will follow suit.
