I remember me and a friend playing the arcade game together as kids during a beach holiday and taking it in turns to run to the change machine when we were low on credits. First arcade game I actually completed. Might check this out, although would prefer it just hit a standard physical release, rather than these limited and collectors editions...

Super Mario Bros 1-1

It was a great feature. The games were okay, but I enjoyed the puzzles. I use to take it with me every day to work in London and get a bunch of hits, and remember having it as MCM Comic Con and at the Zelda concert and getting hundreds of Streetpasses continually having to clear the lobby.!

Wind Waker HD, for me, had the best improvements. The sailing was so much better and being able to view the map on the gamepad while you went across the seas was great!

I've got it standing on my shelf from the first release!

Glad to see they've sorted out delivery in the UK now, rather than having to pay 8 quid for delivery from Germany.

I feel like anything that involves opening the case is not as 'incredibly simple' as you suggest...

I was looking forward to this as I loved Zombies (as it was called in the UK) on the SNES, but given the reported limitations of the port, I think I'll wait for a sale first...

Yeah, got this earlier when trying to download the Game Builder Garage demo and getting the update earlier. Restarted my Switch and it eventually worked, but hope this gets fixed soon.

This game is on mobile, so I don't buy into the whole "the Switch isn't powerful enough" argument.

Yes! Loved Zombies Ate My Neighbours on the SNES back in the day and only found out about the existence of Ghoul Patrol a few years ago. Was hoping for a SNES online release, but wasn't optimistic with LucasArts not really being a thing anymore, but glad to see Disney haven't completely abandoned their videogame acquisitions.

No online co-op is disappointing, but I'll definitely be picking this up!

I use to love pouring through the instruction manual before starting a new game and checking out the artwork. It's such a shame they got dropped.

I really don't get the logic behind the creators suggestion that Nintendo won't take this down. If they turned a blind eye to this, it would just hamper them in the future, plus the fact that this is ripping off Nintendo's IP.

My Switch is fine. I did get Joy Con drift in my original red and blue joy cons, but sprayed some WD40 Contact Cleaner under the sticks and it fixed them right up.

At this point, with such a large player base I wonder if a Switch Pro is ever going to materialise, or if it does, I hope it doesn't come with the caveat of any exclusive games. Yes give improved resolution, screen and battery life - cosmetic differences for those that are bothered, but don't make it so thsg people HAVE to upgrade if they want to play BotW2.

That's cool! There's something similar in the Studio Ghbli Museum in Japan and the effect is really amazing to see in real life!

In other news, someone threw away the "I Am 5" badge I got for my 5th birthday and all of my birthday cake that year got eaten and the balloons I had with the number 5 on them burst...

If you're not running them both side by side I doubt most people would really be able to tell the difference.

I played Mario 35 when it was released. It was fun for a bit, but I stopped playing it a while ago. I have a copy of 3D All Stars and the Mario Game and Watch. I'll still have them after March 31st.

I've not really played Mario 35 that much after the initial few days and have a physical copy of Mario 3D All Stars so this news doesn't bother me too much.

Ah! That's why my sumo ring was looking odd the other day!

I was hovering over the preorder button, even got as far as putting my details in, but then closed the window. I've been interested in this since I saw an article on it in Edge last year, but I'm on the fence about how much I'd actually end up using it. I'd also like to have read some reviews of the final build before parting with my cash and wasn't sure when they took the money for this machine that doesn't come put till next year, and as some people have suggested it comes out right away, I'm glad I didn't bite.

This is pretty tempting. I have my original GBC and GBA SP but the screens are not great. This looks like a great way to replay my old collection of games. Don't think I'd bother with the dock as these are handheld games that won't get much from being played on a tv IMO.

Those download figures since March are probably mostly people like me who downloaded it, did enough to get to the part where you can sync it with your Nintendo Account to get the crossover items in New Horizons and then promptly deleted it.

Give me Super Star Wars, Super Empire Strikes Back and Super Return Of the Jedi.
