@Ralek85 Good points for sure. I have Doom and totally get what you're saying. Still grateful to have it on-the-go, despite its shortcomings. The somewhat unpredictable autosave is what makes it difficult to play in short bursts for me. That being said, it's hard to think of a better mobile FPS experience.

@Alcovitch oh, you don't need to convince me. I already own the game on three different platforms including the switch. However, I'd like to see NL get on the train and give it more exposure to first timers. Heck, most other Switch releases are ports anyway.

Honestly I've been conditioned to expect nothing from this company. I mean it's great that we're getting Megaman and Street Fighter collections, but I've learned to expect nothing. Probably not the ideal state you want to have with your customers, but there you go.

All the RBI Baseball games have been hot garbage up to this point.

@Zimon Was a day one purchase for me. Very happy with how it turned out. Also played a bunch on Steam.

Top 3 seem easy to me:

2. Project Octopath Traveller
3. Bayonetta 3

Mario Tennis, Donkey Kong, and Kirby are all pretty much guaranteed purchases. Maybe Hyrule Warriors but I was already considering Fire Emblem Warriors, so I'll need to think about that.

@gatorboi352 Mario Kart Deluxe, Skyrim, and Rocket League are making pretty compelling arguments that yes, portability DOES make a big difference and will incentivize people to double and even triple-dip.

@PuppyToucher it might feel okay. But since I would likely play 80% of it in handheld, I set my sights a little higher for a $60 game. The fact that it dips below 480p is a deal-breaker for me.

Dabbled with DS1 and it just didn't click for me. Felt old and janky at the time. DS3 hadn't been released yet. Will keep an eye out but I prefer Darkest Dungeon when it comes to punishing experiences.

Will wait for reviews, but definitely have my eye on this. If it can match the charm and fun of something like Golf Story...I'm all over it.

Nice to see it has solid reviews. I've been holding out for a Xenoblade Chronicles 2 patch for its handheld resolution issues. Since that doesn't seem to be coming though, I may just pick this up instead.

@thesilverbrick Pretty convenient for Nintendo that they can just vulture the Wii U hits, during slow periods for the Switch. Since I didn't own a Wii U, many of these still few like new games...but I totally understand how previous console owners could be feeling shafted.

Overall satisfied. Expected a lot of ports, and pretty much got that. They'll save the big stuff for E3.

I do think Darkest Dungeon deserved a call out even though it's just days away.

I expect a laid back direct with an emphasis on indies, Wii ports, and Yoshi and Kirby.

They're going to save Metroid progress and Smash announcements for E3.

It's fun on my phone, if somewhat repetitive.

I attempted to give this game a chance before NBA 2K came out, but yeah... I don't think I'm coming back.

I find it interesting the WHO takes this stance on gaming while still taking zero stance on the effects of something like porn.

At the end of the day, an unhealthy fixation on anything can have negative side effects.

Enjoyed this more than Mario Odyssey. Probably my #3 Switch game behind Breath of the Wild (#1) and NBA 2K18 (#2 - I like GM mode a lot, ok?)

I have it on the iPad. Still unfinished. For some reason it hasn't grabbed me the same way as similar games in the same genre.

@Rika_Yoshitake If you think porting Doom is the same as porting Rocket League, you need to read more and game less. Sorry if that comes off harsh, but it's true.

Why not just buy the Namco Museum? This feels like releasing SF2 ultimate edition after already having the 30th anniversary version out for a while.

Playing NBA 2K18 MyGM, Doom, and Stardew Valley. Need to knock some of this out before thinking too hard about what's next.
