Everyone saying oh its another remake. This is a proper remake of the best starfox game. And they are expanding the story it seems, i honestly cannot wait for this. Starfox 64 is one of my all time favourite games. When and if nindy announce ocarina of time remake will you all be saying the same again?

I would absolutely love for outrun 2 to come to switch. My favourite arcade racer by a mile and probably favourite game on the OG Xbox. But don't see this happening with the licensing issues sega had in the past

@Olmectron I'm still surprised that people don't know nindy prefer to announce the bug hitters in their own directs. I'm sure it will come to switch at some point, but I do think it will miss release day

I understand to a certain extent we can't share videos online, but I do wish we had a online option to share our creativity. I got one aren't the best when it comes to drawing on the switch so would love to be able to download other people's creations.

I drop in and out of this game every now and then but does anyone know if you can get the festival rewards from last events still or do they even come around again? I feel like I missed out on alot

So it's better than the 3ds, but then only a 7? I can't wait to get started, if I get bored I've always got pragmata to keep occupied for those breaks. Hopefully my interest doesn't die out quickly

I think the problem right now is how easy it is to acquire Pokémon. It used to be extremely rare to get legendaries/mythical Pokémon. Now every new game release its like, oh zygarde? I have him like 5 times. I would like to have Pokémon that no one hardly has. Once you complete the whole Pokédex there's not much point in returning. Shines are the only reason to go back, but even then I've kinda lost interest at the point.

I'm currently replacing FireRed and I am enjoying it more than any of the latest releases

@LastFootnote exactly that. Although this instance is different because you can't add Pokémon from home to leaf/green, so not too sure why it wouldn't be released at the same time

@HauntedMasque gotta say the first hour is truly one best openings in a resident evil game. Right up there with last of us in my opinion. Game is amazing

@darkswabber it's not broken. The original game has pop ins, that hasn't changed and a 'upgrade' is not going to fix that.

The update is for a enhanced resolution and higher textures with smooth performance. It's not going to drastically change the graphics, it's just going to upscale the image. This is pretty much what all of Nintendo's upgrade edition does.

Also it's £5, really going to complain about a little pop in for £5 when the game is just gorgeous to look at. Gamers really are just a bunch of princesses these days

@Bobb yeah I think the problem I have is, I've played most games on Xbox before, got the ps5 for exclusives, ff7r being one of them when I didn't need it lol. I'll go back to it at one point, but right now with most games I want to play coming to SW2, my ps will have to wait for its time to shine

Might be a minority here but i seem to struggle owning multiple consoles. I got a ps5 slim and the same time as my switch 2, bought silent hill 2 remake and stopped playing my ps5 entirely, switch is my console of choice, I play this little piece of magic daily and ps5 is collecting dust right now (although that is likely to change when gta6 comes out

Is this a unlocked frame rate? It seems so fluctuate depending on the environment your in. There is some choppiness but nothing game breaking. More worse in handheld, but overall and HUGE improvement and definitely worth revisiting!

Interesting. Have the fixed the frame rate from the demo. Also there was a lot of complaints about the AI being dumb and not helpful, glad that this sounds better now.

@PKDuckman only if team fortress 2 would come to switch. That's a hard ask I know. Probably is my favourite steam game ever

Censorship really doesn't bother me. I play games for the gameplay and story, not to get excited about someone's private parts. On the other hand they really could have done something better than a silly black area

@Earl_Grey honestly never made sense. We had it for the gamecube then nindy dropped it completely

100% getting this and seriously considering a GC controller for the analog triggers. Between this, FF7R and resi 9, next few months looks busy for me. Kudos nindy

@michellelynn0976 I always said if our make a good port on switch, no matter how old, it will sell. Switch owners love to play games on the go rather than other consoles. FF7R proves this, and resident evil 9 will next month too

@RobertCorwen cancelled everything but the on going no show that is beyond good and evil 2. Maybe Unisoft needs to concentrate on finishes the games before announcing anything else

If not just port the original 3 to switch, maybe remastered versions?

Also still waiting on those so called Xbox first party games to make it's way to my favourite console

@Sonicka I would say that given how good lighting works on SW2 system, and rebirth is a VERY colourful game, I would imagine it will look great it most places. Although the open world aspect remains to be seen. I'm not that worried about the the actual graphics as much as performance

This and final fantasy are going to be keeping me busy for the next two months. But still there is so many games I want to get (and finish). Also looking forward to the next direct which should be around the corner. Hoping E33 is next for nindy. We eating good start of this year

Strange that pretty much all baldurs gate is on switch, divinity 2 is on switch and even want new new divinity game on switch 2, they wouldn't release bg3 on it. Doesn't really make sense. Pretty sure the new divinity is going to be gore galore so don't see why that would be a issue.

Ocarina of Time remake for switch 2 will make switch 2 number 1 console in 2026...

@Otimus still baffles me to this day that Nintendo never implemented analog triggers to their own controllers. Making us buy a certain one just for that really is Nintendo all over

@Lady_rosalina it should be for sure, but I'm just used to being a switch 1 user and getting barebones versions of ports with no cross play.

@Pat_trick it's laziness because they released a game in such a state when they know it can be better (hence the patches). Clearly not really interested in something they made, if you are going to do a port, put the effort in.

Also this game doesn't exactly run great on some other consoles too, so yes it is laziness in my opinion
