I have an NES mini but it's waay easier to emulate. At times when I've had an NSO subscription, emulation was still better.

Based on the way Nintendo and other companies enforce their copyright, Open AI should be sued into non-existent. It steals intellectual property. That’s how it works. But copyright law and the law in general serves the rich, so who is richer? Who has the closest connection to the deeply corrupt regulatory body? Who will grovel to the baby emperor?

DQ VII is giving me that Fastasian diorama vibe, though that dungeon seems to lack character. Octopath looks gorgeous as usual. I'm not likely to buy either. Oh well.

Square Enix might have forgotten releasing quite a few of them in the recent past. That's what happens when you spend all your time snorting quarterly reports. Rots the brain.

This game isn't going to define the viability of the genre. It's viable. Make your games good and see what happens.

Loved OT 1, got bored of OT 2 (it was good but samey and long.) I’m interested in the game, kinda, but at this point it feels like I’m getting scammed. It’s not worth it.

Why is someone getting a game before its release date actually a bad thing?

@DaGoldenBoo They should be imprisoned. This rating system is likely to set Nintendo back millions of dollars. I'd say about $14.5 million.

Bit of a dig to rank a game that came out on the Wii U as the best launch title for Switch 2. I mean you’re not wrong but come on, Nintendo.

A few indies I wanted never made to Switch and I wasn't sure why. Whatever it is, I hope the same thing doesn't happen for Switch 2. Though I'm still on the fence about getting one.

I preferred the Pixel Remasters without the additional content. Additional content was just filler to justify selling an old game. In most cases, they added nothing to the game. Tactics might be different, and whether they are sincere in their reasoning or not I do like their explanation.

Now if we can just get rid of those pesky quality of life improvements. Kids these days. No autosaving before you get off my lawn.

The busier world was my biggest gripe with Tears so I’d appreciate the better management but having to use a mobile app in conjunction with the game? That’s a line for me.
