@Moon COO is only one cog of the machine... They do not make any decisions (company-wide) without the boards approval. Trust me, you do not want COO' s to do whatever they want. I have to agree with @Spoony_Tech ... WTH is up with leggings and prints these days? Does anyone remember the days of Zubaz prints? Hopefully, this fad will die out, just as quickly 😓 although, it's nice to see some Nintendo merchandise out in the world (that is not specifically Mario related)

Oh man... The way this site responded when it was stated that Nintendo wouldn't release this title, was disturbing to say the least. Now, that the title is finally getting released, everyone is claiming they will double dip for THIS game, but not any of Nintendo's titles... My assumption? This is the title Nintendo needs to move consoles! Get ready BOI fans, this is the Wii U's GOTY, woot! (Sarcasm off) people come here, whine about the graphics on Federation force, but clamour for this garbage.. I guess Since SOMEONE said it was a cool game, everyone thinks it is. Why no games where our children have turned on us, and we have to slaughter them wholesale? Not much different really.

No. Not funny. Weird (that anyone would be interested in this) yes. First ever twitch video I watched... And like most things YouTube, I regret it. This video is not even as close to entertaining as the NL ones are... Even the vids that most would agree aren't exciting are at least more entertaining than this. P.S. I could see young children finding this amusing to play, but no one else. This is kinda like when kids try to outdo each other by farting or burping for an extended period of time, it's... Childish. That's the word.

@Kirk really? Read the full comments... This is not Nintendo's fault... Somewhere along the line Jools and his team got lazy. Just look at Olli Olli, I didn't even pay for that title, and I received a free copy quite sometime later. Seriously, this is a Nintendo fan site, and you're here bashing? C'mon, I'm sure you have a backlog of games that deserve your time much more than Nintendo deserves your time bashing them. If nothing else, it would be time better spent.

@PlywoodStick don't get me wrong... I'm all for unions. In this case, I'm not sure they would have helped much. Mainly because the individuals that were accused would have been there a much longer period of time (just like the accusers have a union, so would the accused), mainly because unions work on the idea of giving an individual a chance to change their behavior, and unfortunately this takes trial periods (you can't really see behavioral changes in a few weeks), and you just can't give them one chance to change (no, this does not apply to sexual harassment, totally different discussion. Eek!) so they could have continued this behavior for up to an additional two years... And that's just talking about one individual, remember, we're trying to weed out a population of bad seeds

I'm sure this guy has been right before, but as they say, a broken clock is right twice a day. Also, the link for Unseen64 is bad, I looked this up and thought "do paying customers really care about this stuff?" Then I read that they have barely enough money to run their siite, blah, blah, blah... And that answered my question:No. No one is paying for this service. Not to be too mean, but seriously, a guy that has to go to a normal job has inside info? Pfft, yeah right. About cancelled tiles perhaps.

Well. Here may be an actual real reason why Nintendo development ain't doing so hot... Seems that this is an exposed incident (which rarely translates into isolated incident, in fact, the opposite is true) that finally came to light many years after the fact... Is this what happened with third party devs/pubs? Let's look at some of the older articles on NL that state (almost too politely) that Nintendo has a very Japanese way of thinking/conducting business... Concerning to say the least. And on top of that suck salad, we still didn't get a game!

@Kimite seen that tech... Still not impressive, even after twenty years of development. and no, it does not look at all like it does in the ads. I know people are gonna be up in arms that I said this, but i just don't care. Gimme a well polished game that's fun over "wanna-be" VR anyway. AR what we got after VR failed to produce uniform results. Can't wait for this fad to die yet again (what would this be, it's third or fourth death in twenty years?) but everyone will decry that AR is a step in the right direction....ROFLMAO, it's truly a step back from VR.

@RCMADIAX does it come with the memory cards, or those sold separately? I like the stackable quality of it... Place another item on top, no loss of shelf space. Nintendo, you're brilliant!

And still, the E3 hate continues... also, again with the armchair CEO's... Your ideas of firing Any of the three major executives at Nintendo would hold more weight of ANY of those demanding/requesting their removal had any experience running a fortune be 500-type company for the last ten years. Reading speculative nonsense about things a majority of us know little to nothing about, is getting weird...

Why not have an app like Google Hangoyts that runs in the background? THAT would be a much more welcomed addition than social media posts about nothing (I'm being mean, I know they are other people's thoughts and achievements, I'm just trying to drive my point home)... A voice app would go a long way to mend fences... For example, you could use your Hangout on your WiiU, 3DS or even your DeNA activated mobile. No matter where you're at, you'll have access to your gaming chaps!

@rjejr I see, just because I'm a middle-aged man, you won't video chat with me?! Runs off into corner, crying and um... "Almost zero effort w/ the mic, speakers and camera"... That would be AWESOME if they had, right? As it is, I have only used the camera ONCE (TANK, TANK. TANK) it is caps not because it's a must buy, because that's the way the title is presented... I used the Mic, wait, I forgot it had a mic... And as for the speakers, they have such audio delay, that unless I'm off-TV play, I shut them off. Wow. Thanks @rjejr for reminding what I really wanted and never really got from the Gamepad (just a bunch of empty dreams)

Wow... Is everyone whining about control schemes they have yet to touch? Weird. I understand the complaint over visual medium, but this? You ain't touched the controls yet! C'mon folks, this is insane, unless you have played the game in person, you're just trolling.

@Caryslan I never was good at Virtua Fighter... Controls were simply too wonky. Always amazed me that they made any sequels.

@TeeJay LOL! You mean adults... Kids aren't quitters. Adults are. I've watched my niece and nephews go for hours on a game they suck at... And they come back the next day and keep on truckin'... In fact they're pretty darned good at Tekken these days. if the subject matter appeals to them, they will play regardless of whether or not they are good at it.

(And for those of you who say "I'm a creator!" lemme at your title so I can play it!) if they knew as much as they claimed to know, they would be running these companies, but most (if not all here) report to a supervisor at a job that has little to nothing to do with the gaming industry... 'nuff said.

@hYdeks if you've been to E3 you wouldn't say that... Simply put, mobile gaming really doesn't require the same level of announcement that a console title requires... Many of the devs/publishers spend millions of dollars putting their display up for a single title. Mobile devs get a side table and what amounts to a podium (generally holding said mobile device) to demonstrate their title. All mobiles are in the same display area, no real differentiation from one pub/Dev to the next. Now let's look at the gymnasium sized rooms setup just for Miscrosoft or Sony or any other Console Developer...

And the E3 hate continues on EVERY forum now...

@naantz how was the atmosphere? (I no longer have credentials to go) they closed out most of the outside vendors from what I could see. Friends told me overall the best looking (not best presentation) was Microsoft. Also, this years crowd was into hyper-violence like no other crowd... Eek.

@FragRed well, you know how it is. People feel that if anyone owes them an explanation (fan or no fan) it's Nintendo... Sony/Microsoft can showcase the same title from last years E3 and hardly anyone bats an eye, in fact, they cheer louder the second time around! Sure, THIS years E3 wasn't so hot for Nintendo, but hey, we got some nice titles coming down the pipeline (Still that freakin' game drought, again!). As for mobile at E3, yeah, from what I have seen there, it's all about console gaming... In fact the Mobile gaming area was open to the public a few years back.

I dislike having to vote "nothing for me..." For yet another week. about a year ago I was talking smack about all those folk that voted as such... Now here I am, doing the same thanks Nintendo, but let's try this again next week, with feeling!

Ouch... This here is the reason I gave up on Amiibo I really wanted to like it, but these stories (along with my own personal stories) just turned me off to the whole thing... Now, if they came out with the cards perhaps I might gain interest again (as long as said cards include the rare Amiibo as well)

@chris_of_ws I don't know anything about programming, but couldn't they just patch up the issues? If it doesn't cost much, the music could also be updated (I know about music, it ain't cheap nor easy to acquire rights/composer)...

It seems that the Wii U was not really a part of E3 this year... many games we already know about were either not mentioned or not given a definitive release date. Strange E3 for Nintendo...
