Honestly, I could care less. Having played a few Yakuza titles previously I find them very repetitious, uninspiring and just not very fun.

@Galenmereth what "ridiculous price"? You do know this is a massive game which if you choose can spend easily over 400-500 hours and still be finding new things?

I'm hearing a lot of crap in the comments section. Yes, it's a port. So when did introducing a game to a wider audience become a bad thing? Whether it's a good port or not, only time will tell. Don't make assumptions of which you have no basis.

Edit: just saw Digital Foundry's assessment of said port. Sounding very, very positive by all accounts.

Easily the equal of Celeste and the like. Also, surely if awards for 'most supported game post launch' were being handed out, this would be a shoo-in.

While I agree, I hate trial n' error gameplay and do feel Limbo handled that slightly better, overall I would say Inside was the game I enjoyed more.

Honestly, I can't help feeling underwhelmed at this collection. Not nearly varied and/or extensive enough. Crystalis is the only game of any value imo.

Also it's true. PacMan Championship Edition 2 is the weaker of the games.

I can barely believe a game of this type/size is running on Switch, a fully portable console. Quite the jump from 3DS games on the go to this. The only thing that puts me off purchasing is I'm really no fps fan. That and the mandatory large download, either purchased digitally or physically. Hats off the the developers none the less.

Damn this needs 'westernised'.

@Heavyarms55 who's cut Virtual Console? My Switch has more 'retro' games than I care to mention.

If you've already played Wolfenstein or Doom 60fps you'll likely notice the difference moving over to Switch, even if gameplay remains largely unchanged. If playing either on Switch is your first time with said games, you'll wonder why any fuss over 60fps.

Anytime I read people being disappointed with lack of announcements one thing always springs to mind...brats!

I'm very disconcerting when it comes to purchasing games and even I'm finding on the Switch not enough hours in the day exist that I can purchase and play all the games I want.

I wanna see NEW. It can be a popular name and/or franchise - I'd prefer brand new - but just so long as it is more ABOTW and less Yoshi's and Kirby's latest, which looks 99% games we've played previously. Also, Undertale and Hollow Knight getting release dates would be nice.

Anybody disappointed by this are in luck. Super Sidekicks 3 is releasing. A genuinely good football (not soccer) game in the absence of Kick Off 2 or Sensible.

I don't know. I already own Last Blade. I actually consider it superior to its predecessor. Do I really need two Last Blade games? On the other hand...

I'm not doubting...well, a bit. I'm a massive fan and supporter of the Switch, but I own BlazBlue: Central Fiction (PS4) and would be surprised but delighted if this edition made this surplus to requirements.

Please! It's one of literally a handful of games which keeps me from trading my WiiU.

I own both 9 and 10 for my Wii, so, I'll definitely be passing on this meanspirited collection. Should have launched with the option to purchase games individually where I possibly would have picked up 7 and 8 at some point down the line, at a reduced price only I might add.

People missing the point a bit? These likely aren't to be worn, but something similar to collecting rare albeit bad videogames. Not to play them but own something rare and 'valuable'. Having said that, I won't be buying said trainers AND only buy videogames I'm genuinely interested in playing myself.

So much toxicity towards this young couple choosing to get married. Also, it's not Wedding OR Football. The FA Cup will be shown later in the afternoon, the Wedding should be all but over at that point.

Completed it today (classic mode), just the story, not all the collectibles and whatnots. Seriously difficult game, particularly world 5 and 6. I'll probably pick it up at a later date for attempting K.O.N.G letters.

Good! Only wish Nintendo had put this to bed WAY before now. Besides, we have retro games coming in all flavours and colours, be it Arcade, Neo Geo or Indie.

@Sinton not me. I've learned my lesson having missed some of the first eShop sales, regretting it ever since. I doubt it'll get any cheaper than this in future. Besides, it feels a fair price and doubt it'll get any cheaper in future.

Probably pick Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time as it's the only game in the list I wanted previously. I was hoping for Celeste, Golf Story, Stardew Valley or Wild Guns to be discounted since missing out on them previously. Oh well, back to Owlboy...

I played the demo and enjoyed it. I've played numerous Kirby games previously, (mostly) enjoying them all barring Rainbow Curse, which I felt worked perfectly in Canvas Curse for the DS but less so on Wii U. Still, I don't see myself in a rush to pick this up and owning Return to Dreamland (Wii), Triple Deluxe (3DS) and Robot (3DS) I feel I'm covered for now.

Limited Run Games is synonymous with scalpers. I won't go near these physical releases.

@PlayedNSlayed the so-called 'poor frame-rate and sub HD graphics' as you put it were also shown in Goldeneye and Ocarina (for example). Terrible games, right?

Awful 'game'. No amount of sales push, PR or controversy will make me think otherwise and pick it up for the Switch.

@RupeeClock well, what more are you expecting? Using original hardware will push the price up SIGNIFICANTLY. So, yes, expect to find this.

Definitely Revenge of Death Adder (Arcade). Long overdue. Chances of it actually happening, slim to nil.

@jariw I'm not comparing it to any mobile phone game in particular, I'm just generalising based on videos I've seen. If you've played a couple of hours and state it feels like an "old school Amiga game" then great, but that in itself isn't s guarantee of quality. I take back what I said however. Looks a solid (if unspectacular) title.

Just wow! It's all subjective, but rarely have I disagreed with so many winners.
