Re: Nintendo Talks About Future Switch Support Ahead Of Switch 2 Launch

NintonicGamer

With all this silence I feel like they are not prepared this year to focus on launching switch 1 games alongside switch 2 games but maybe they aren't saying anything to get more people eager for switch 2. I'm betting we won't get a direct until after the switch 2 presentation let's see if I'm right or wrong. (Besides a Pokemon direct this month)

Re: Nacon Expects Switch 2 To Launch In The First Half Of Next Fiscal Year

One thing though is Nintendo always bundles Mario Kart as a Christmas package so there is a chance Mario Kart wouldn't be a launch title since it would be a killer holiday title and has proven to be time and time again. If they release Mario Kart in the summer that would mean they would need something better than Mario Kart to be the holiday title which I don't think is possible. But they could also release the switch 2 in the summer and have Mario Kart be the winter release which is frankly possible since Mario Kart 9 was just teased and not confirmed to be a release title. Prime 4 might be a better release title than an October release. Anyway I'm rambling it's all just theorizing it doesn't matter.

Re: Don't Expect Any More Miniature Consoles From Sega

They really need to work on their communication, they can't just outright say 'we're not a retro company".

Instead it's better to phrase it as: "While we're always looking for opportunities to appeal to our loyal fans, currently our vision for Sega is quickly approaching a new direction in order to compete in the modern gaming space. Right now there are no plans in place for new Sega mini consoles but it is something we are still open to later on if the demand is still there." Would be much more professional.
