These events don't really speed up the progress of collecting spirits. They are indeed pretty useless. I collected all 1303/1303 spirits because I'm a completionist. Besides those numbers at the top there's no reward whatsoever. The game doesn't even give you a secret 1304th spirit or something... Something would've been nice...

@Aneira Sorry yesterday is too long ago to remember! I'm just excited to see news about Nitrome. You almost never see appreciation for this awesome studio. I guess I'm hoping to meet fellow fans who know Nitrome since the flash days.

Nitrome games are my childhood! As a child the only system I could play games on was a PC, this was before the DS era. Nitrome was the best free to play gaming website at that time. Besides that I played some emulated Nintendo games like Super Mario World........

I thought Nitrome was pretty much dead besides mobile games! Never thought I'd see the day that Nitrome releases a physical game for Nintendo Switch! I will buy this even if it's just for nostalgia

@RupeeClock You can still get to 9.9 after using a classic ticket (intensity doesn't go down and it can still go up), it makes the task a lot easier. I think you can even use multiple tickets and still reach 9.9.

That's not really how I would potray Ridley. He's basically a mix of xenomorph and pteranodon, that's what he should look like. Still looks awesome though.

Nope, they work differently than EX. They evolve like regular stage 1 & 2 Pokémon (look at the symbol and text at the upper left corner) The thing they have in common with EX is that your opponent takes 2 prize cards when a GX has been knocked out, also stronger attacks and better HP.

The earliest ex generation also had to be evolved. Also let's not forget the Mega-EX Pokémon.

There are some work arounds, like the Rare Candy item which let's you put a stage 2 on a basic Pokémon.

That is what it means (and it still counts as a stage 2 Pokémon when in play) A nice 1-of in decks with fast builds. Not really something to build a deck around since you could end up with multiple in your hand, not very reliable.

Neither one of these cards seem too amazing. Some recent GX cards are extremely overpowered.

@Madder128 A new Pokémon or Animal Crossing trailer would do a better job at that, they are the real system sellers. Though personally I'm equally as excited for Prime 4. Switch's future is looking very bright!
