I'm so getting this! As a kid I never had a Wii or a Gamecube, only a N64, so Super Mario 64 will be a trip back to my childhood days, and for the other two will be my first time playing them, but they'll be amazing, I'm sure.

It looks great. Literally got Goosebumps while watching it. The first two books, The last wish and the sword of destiny seem to be clearly depicted in the trailer. If you have only played the games, maybe you will remember more stuff from the games story in season 2, but as it seems, it will be phenomenal.

I started reading the books, and definitely starting with the short stories is the best way to introduce the Witcher's world to newcomers (like me, I haven't played too much of the games). I hope they do this right, I am looking forward to this series since it was announced.

Instant buy for me. I have been reading the books prior to the Netflix series, and I would love to play the game on my switch!

I would rather use my phone or tablet. I just don't find the appeal of it on switch, but I understand others might like it.

Mine started drifting shortly before I got Smash. It is sad that they have started to fail already so soon, but at least we have options to fix it. Crosscode Devs pointed out that it was hard to port it to switch, and that there would be a Switch version when hedgehogs learn to fly. Really looking forward to this one!

I really want to play Crosscode, I've heard it's amazing, and it seems like the kind of game to play on the switch, I wish they showcase it tomorrow.

@Strumpan The only close friend whom I might lend it to, lives in another city and is buying his own game so we can play online. I do have a 128 Gb MicroSD. I have only played 2 digital games, and that's because they were cheap, having your game in your hand is a great feeling, but buying it digital means fewer catridges to travel with. I am not planning to sell the game in any point after having bought it either. Ironically physical versions are cheaper than digital, in my country. So I don't know what to choose.

They should make a bundle "Smash+LAN Adapter". Profit.

@Mykillvee That might be an option, but not the one Ninty has taken before, remember New 3DS? and how long was it from PS4 to PS4 Pro? I bet it was way longer than 2 years.

I would say more power, but that would mean they would have some games able to run on the new device but not on the 1st gen one, so having bought a switch already, I would like to be able to play any upcoming game, and hence it would please me more if they upgraded anything but that.

@StephanDLW Nope, and honestly I noticed it like 8 months later or so, since I use mainly when playing with a 3rd person, and hence it was used for Mario Kart. I found out that it had this issue when I used it for hollow Knight and I was jumping and smashing my face against every enemy.

@StephanDLW Lucky you! Mine actually has this little problem where it presses both up and left (or right), when pressing left (or right) button on the D-pad. Not too bad for some games, but still very annoying when triggered.

If they didn't charge full price, these might serve as replacements. Otherwise it's a scam.

Sounds appealling. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for a proper Harvest Moon game for the switch, not the one we got, but the one we deserve.

Bought this game last week (on Mexican eShop) and gotta say it is the first Metroidvania (whatever that means) that has had me playing it intensely. It is hard but also very rewarding. I may suck at it but I'll keep playing it until I beat it.

@Thegaminggeek How are the new ones compared to say Splatoon 2? I actually did worst when the motion controls launched, because I fluster when encountering foes, and the camera just went really shaky.

I had a rough time trying to adapt to the control system. It's not as intuitive as you would expect. The game itself ain't half bad, but I would not invest much time in it.

My pre-order changed from state pending to August 1. Canceled right away.

I play it on switch and just beat Mewtwo. Now on "Random" isles. No dime expended at all. I guess the part of all the restrictions the game has, implied more of a challenge to me to beat the game. Sometime I'll finish it. No intention at all on throwing money in it when better pokemon games are on the way.

@StupidName64 Actually what the article says is that even if you haven't purchased the OctoExpansion, you can play as an octoling, hence many will pick it just to see how octolings look like.

That's just plain lazyness....

@BanjoPickles Never played it before, and yesterday I paired with an awesome team that otherwise would have ended first, but got 3rd mostly for saving me like 3 times. If you are good for this kind of games, maybe you can catch up quick without a headset, however, if you rely highly on communication, a headset is recommended. Remember it will support audiochat natively whitout the need of an app (thank you Epic). In the meantime search the web for guides as how to play better in squad or duos mode, and try to cope fast.

Can't ninty do the same for the rest of its games?
