Does this mean Undyne will be a playable character in Smash =D?

Only thing I truly cared about, is Isabelle being in Smash and a new Animal Crossing game. Isabelle hype!

Ehhh, doesn't look like anything I haven't seen before. You know, for a company who is known for Pokemon, you would think they would make a game where you play as "monsters".
Will be giving this one a pass.

It's not only terrific news that she got in, but the fact she isn't a clone of Villager puts the cherry on top. I'm getting more and more excited for Smash which in turn makes me excited to see how much content and fan-service Sakurai and team will start cramming in all their other games!

Hoping it does poorly as to make Nintendo go back to the drawing board and have it catch up to where Xbox and PlayStation is at. The price is better than the others, but if it offers nothing, its a waste of money.

Undyne would be the best choice as an Undertale rep for a playable character (IMO) as she is an actual fighter who is very passionate about it. Sans is lazy and I cannot see him wanting to partake in Smash because of it. He also doesn't fight throughout the whole game (except for that one and only time, because his hand was forced).

The price is nice, but it hardly offers anything compared to Xbox or PlayStation. I'll be passing up on this until it catches up to where everyone else is at.

Daaaaamn, didn't think it would sell that fast. Physical copies of games are a hell of a thing for the Switch.

So long as we get a story with the next game, that's all I care about.

I respect Soapbox's opinion on the matter. Though I haven't played Generations Ultimate, I would choose World instead. I agree that graphics aren't everything, but its still a nice thing to have. Having an alive world for hunting monster is amazing. The hand-holding is alright, since this game is basically to make MH branch out and get more people in (Like a better version at what Let's Go Pikachu is doing). The final thing for me is; Generations Ultimate is a 3DS port.
That maybe fine for some, especially since World isn't on the Switch, but I'm skipping this one for an actual entry on the Switch. I heard there was a MH game being made specifically for the Switch, so it's not like I have to choose between GU or nothing, I just gotta wait.

I couldn't care less. One Piece, in general, has become on eyesore for me. The anime just never ends, cheaply made, and...this isn't the place for a rant.

Cool! Reminds me of that one anime with a similar concept of people having body parts of a deity/dragon.

Looks interesting, except for the fact you are fighting against Hell/demons/monsters instead of being them and fighting the good guys. I'm done being forced to play the good guys in games.

Hopefully this re-lights the fire of passion Playtonic Games had back when they were RareWare and we start seeing them hit grand slams with games once again!

Side-note: I'm very unsure about Banjo-Kazooie. Yeah, Phil Spencer said he would love to see them in Smash and sees no reason why they shouldn't be in...but its Microsoft, I could be wrong, but I imagine he would ask for something like a very steep price for their inclusion or something like "Microsoft will receive %5 of the revenue Smash makes.".
I mean, since the dude who originally made King K. Rool is in Playtonic Games, why not get Yooka-Laylee instead? I highly doubt it would be as hard to get them in, in comparison.

Oh cool, I enjoyed this game on PC and think it would make a fine addition to the Switch.

Hmm...I'm still skeptical since it's an Ubisoft game and Fox seems to be the only thing drawing people in, which is nowhere near enough for me to drop cash on. I'll wait until after I see some reviews before purchasing.

I don't care much for this. Then again, I also wouldn't care much if all of Activision Blizzard's games came on the Switch.

Even though we already have loads of Smash footage, I can't wait for more after seeing Dark Samus, Chrom and King K. Rool being played!

Honestly, the %20 off new games is the only reason I had Prime. Buuuuut Amazon apparently didn't want to stop there and is getting rid of Twitch Prime and has recently (within the year I think) increased the price of Prime. Amazon must really hate gamers or something. I know when I'm not wanted.

I would much rather have had Undyne, Hollow Knight, Dust and Fidget or Yooka-Laylee, honestly. Though I give the devs credit for doing to SK what Smash does to their characters, making non-fighters into great fighters.

I would like Tails as a character and Isabelle as an Echo.

I'm also wondering where the ARMS characters, stages, items etc... are at.
I could also care less for Waluigi.
If I could have any one plausible character to be put in Smash, I would love Birdo. NOT as an Echo of Yoshi, because they have nothing in common outside of hitting people with eggs, in different ways.
Finally, a "dream" character, I would love Undyne from Undertale.

Hmm...well it is Sakurai, but thats such a "easy" conclusion to come to...who else has purple and yellow as their colors? There's Nabbit, the girl bunny from Mario Odyssey, Shantae, Master Mummy, Espio, Asgore Dreemurr and Spyro.
However to look at each chair separately, like both colors NOT being that of a single character, per say, then I can only think of Frisk being the purple, and Chara being yellow, from Undertale.
If that is indeed the case, I am totally on board with it =D

Its awesome to see a Monster Hunter assist trophy! but it just makes me want the hunter from Monster Hunter as a character xD

I am SO happy they went with King K Rool instead of Dixie, Cranky or any other Kong. I'm also happy Sakurai ended the stream with this reveal. Started and ended on strong notes.

I'm WAY more happy for Dark Samus than I am for Chrom. Even though Chrom is an Echo, it's ANOTHER Fire Emblem character and not even a different kind of character, like Robin being a mage or someone who uses a different weapon, it's another sword character D:<.

Cool, I already have the gamecube controller and adapter for the Wii U, so I'll pass on this.

Never heard of this game before, but it has my interest now.

They spent the most on advertising...Mario Tennis? Well I suppose its better than advertising a good game like Smash Bros, since Nintendo KNOWS it will sell. I also think its a bit of a waste of money, if only because I got rid of "T.V" long ago. I get all I need from the internet, so there's no need to be wasting money on a service that offers less.

Wasn't a fan of Brawlout when I played during that free beta period, but credit where credit is due, they are sure cranking out some Indie names in their game. As opposed to other games that tried making an Indie Smash, but only having very obscure characters that I questioned even existed.
With that said, I hope the gameplay is more refined now and continue gathering these guest characters. cough Undyne cough.

$400 million could pay a year's wage for over 7000 average income people in the states? I think you might be underplaying how much $400 mil is or you are thinking Doctors and Lawyers are average income folk.
Either way, yeah, I don't understand why people with a boat load of money continue to want more. I sound greedy when I say I want a million, but then look at rich folk who wouldn't get out of bed for anything less than 90 million.

A Splatoon rip-off being made by someone Crayola hired? Can't wait to see this train-wreck in action frame by frame.

I have, though I find enjoyment in Rivals and know that Brawlhalla is a very popular game, neither of them come close to Smash Bros. in popularity, quality, hype or anything really...maybe passion from Rivals.

While I want more developers to tackle the "Smash Bros" genre, because nothing has been close to be at least a runner-up, this looks very janky...
