Re: Baldo Is What You Get When You Mix The Legend Of Zelda With Ni no Kuni

@Skalgrim I don't really want to write an essay so I'll boil it down to 2 main points:

1. I don't trust the integrity of their reviews.
2. I believe they have a clear political agenda that has permeated every aspect of their company. They attempt to push it on their audience in both subtle and no-so-subtle ways depending on what parts of their content you consume.

Maybe I'm wrong, but that's how I felt when I would go there so I've decided not to anymore.

Re: Atooi Provides Development Update On Its Upcoming Switch Projects

Jools seems like a nice guy and I have purchased nearly every game Renegade Kid and Atooi has ever released, along with supporting the Chicken Wiggle Kickstarter (my first and only Kickstarter) but this is really, really disappointing.

December 18 was the target window for Chicken Wiggle Switch and now it looks like it will be December 19. I'm glad he is trying to make it as good a game as possible but all the good will Jools built up over the years is now gone in my eyes. And this could have been avoided if he had simply put a more realistic release date on his Kickstarter.

I am truly, thoroughly disappointed with Jools and Atooi.

Re: Review: Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 04: VR Kit - Entry-Level VR With Some Trademark Nintendo Charm And Polish

Took me 45 mins to build the goggles, I was entertained by the minigames for like 10 mins and Zelda (the only reason I bought the thing) is awful. This was a huge waste of $40. I'd have more fun putting a plastic bag over my head and leaving it there until I suffocated.

So far this is my only true disappointment in a first party Nintendo product since the start of the Switch era.

BotW is the one and only reason I bought Labo kit 4.

Also, does anyone else find it quite blurry? My sight is 20/20 but I find the text looks rather bad even at the best possible viewing angle. If I hold the goggles just a millimeter or two too close or far from my eyes it gets really bad. Oh, and I now understand what everyone was talking about with the "screen door" thing. That little white boxy guy looks ok though, and so do most of the objects in the mini games.

All that said, I don't care about any of it, and it was well worth the purchase, so long as BotW runs even remotely well in VR.
