Nearly half of all Switch owners have MK8 Deluxe. Wow. I know it's been a pack in many times but that's still amazing seeing how at its core it's a Wii U game that was released almost 3 years before the Switch.

It will be nearly impossible for MK9 to live up to this success...but I hope to see it do even better on Switch U.

I know the sales mean nothing since they were years apart but I truly feel that Breath of the Wild is by far the better gaming experience.

Ocarina was my all time favorite game until BOTW came out and knocked Ocarina to the #2 spot on my list. I don't think Tears even makes my top 10.

Anyone remember that DK64 mini game where you played as a rhino and would smash rats or pigs or something in an arena on a timer? I haven't thought about that in like 20+ years but when I was a kid my friends and I would compete to see who could get the high score. We played that mini game way more than the actual game hah.

They had one set up at my local Blockbuster as a demo unit. That's the only time I ever experienced it.

Being an adult gamer is embarrassing. I mean I still do it cause it's fun but it's like playing in a Mcdonalds play place as a 30 year old.

If it wasn't so infuriating it would be funny that Hatch Tales might come out this year, the probable last year of the Switch. Chicken Wiggle was a really fun game and I believe a major reason it didn't sell better was due to it releasing on 3DS after the Switch released.

@JackieCMarlow Completely with you. It's just sad because I have enjoyed every game I've ever played from Renegade Kid/Atooi. But my trust and therefore support in Jools and everyone who decides to work for him, is completely gone.

When someone has disappointed me for around 5 years it does not create stress to bash that person. To me it's a release of stress that is also entertaining and makes me smile.

So happy Jools' and team are hard at work on free HD updates while we wait for the calendar to flip yet another year with no Chicken Wiggle for all the paid backers.

I'm excited but scared. So much could go wrong. But Miyamoto is as close as we have to a living version of Walt Disney so I'm going to trust he will make it great.

@Kilroy You defended this project on the KS page as well. I'm wondering how you can have any faith in Jools or his team at this point after literal years of disappointment? I get your point about the possible "extra goodies" but if (and that's a huge if) this game releases in March 2024 it will be 5 years and 3 months after the promised release date. I mean come on, no extras could take that long.

I used to love Jools and backed this game because the original Chicken Wiggle along with Moon, Mutant Mudds and his various other games were great. I have since lost all faith in him. Setting a release date half a year away after already delaying this game over FOUR AND A HALF YEARS should be embarrassing to both Jools and his team.

Like the article states, I sincerely doubt this game will ever release...can't wait for the next delay announcement! Oh yea, that's right, they probably won't even announce a delay, they'll just ghost us for another year or more.

I wish this game was featured on Slopes' Kick Scammers series but that's just because I'm an upset backer. This insignificant game is way too uninteresting to be featured in one of those videos.

Why do you still refer to it as Twitter when it is X now? I understand how the public might still call it Twitter, but I would imagine actual reporters would refer to it by its new name.

The G-Shock Square is my favorite watch by far. I'm wearing one of the higher end full metal versions right now. This is yet another one to add to my shopping list.

I played Cruisin' Blast the most of any Switch game released in 2021 so that's my vote.

But overall AC:NH was once again BY FAR my most played and most enjoyed game this year.

Every month where Vroom in the Night Sky 2 doesn't come out is a wasted month and complete failure of the video game industry.

I paid exactly $32.79 to upgrade. Yea, that is more expensive than I was expecting but I'm not nearly as upset about it as others.

I'll play a ton of the AC DLC (and still buy it a few years from now when I worry about Switch Online shutting down) and I already spent 2 hours last night playing Mario Tennis.

If there aren't at least 4 Monopoly games on Switch by the time all is said and done, the console was a complete failure.
