Somewhat annoyingly, yeah, I'm getting it. You see, my roommate cut his finger on my fan in my room, despite it being in that exact place for months now. He doesn't blame me or anything, but I still feel bad. He's a gamer who indeed keeps up with new releases consistently, too.

I woke up this morning, and apparently he had already started downloading Ghost of Tsushima AND Iron Man VR (the game I was originally planning on getting him). Welp. I guess it's Origami King now, despite my better judgement. I mean, all three of us in the household will probably play it now, but I don't think any of us would have bothered to get it right away if someone's finger hadn't gotten cut. :/

This headline couldn't speak more to the heart of Japan if it tried. I wish Baseball was as popular in the US as it is in Japan, rather than football...

@PrincessAzunyan - I mean, I actually ended up being that same kind of kid, bit that's besides the point. It'd be more realistic for MOST kids to ask for a Lego model of a Switch or something than an NES. No need to dunk on what you think other people want. For example, I still think this whole Lego Mario line would be better as a more traditional Lego theme, as watching this one guy who reviewed like...all the sets, and seeing him demonstrate how Lego intends for the set to be played, he's accidentally knocked down something in the set like every time he's demonstrated it. Like, come on, he wasn't being too hard on them, either. I know this NES thing doesn't DIRECTLY relate to that line, but I can definitely understand there gripes with how Lego decided to use their Mario license.

I'm still waiting for those Gigantamax Plushies to come over here.

@Rika_Yoshitake - Because real children have totally been asking for Lego to make a set based off the NES, which every child of today has played, right?

IDK what people's issues are with this, I think it's really cool, and I'm much more excited about this than I ever was for Sword and Shield tbh.

Still nowhere near as bad as Google Play Store's standard, which literally couldn't be lower if it tried.

@rjejr - Yeah, whenever you have to enter an amount of Bells in a menu, looking for a specific item in the catalog, or when pressing R to type out messages to others.

Way more interested in that game than anything SS could do at this point. I mean, at least the Dex cuts would actually make sense sort of in that game compared to SS...

This doesn't really surprise me since this is Lego we're talking about here. They're not exactly known for having good price points these days, even with their regular stuff. Not to mention you can't really play with these like most other Lego things, and...yeah...I might have been more interested in them if they had went the classic Lego route tbh.

These games were fun when I was younger, but IDK, the series, and Lego itself, just hasn't aged very well, despite my overall liking of the new trilogy. I still find them to be the weakest trio in the nine movies so far, but I certainly like them more than the Lego brand in general since like...2010, for a variety of reasons. :/

Unless this is like $10 or so, I could probably make something like this myself for about $10.

Never thought I'd see a re-release with LESS content (alright, NSMBU's Switch port and SMM 3DS already treaded that water, but regardless...), but here we are...wow. I played the Wii U version for a bit until I was able to afford a couple nice outfits, which was my goal in the game overall, so I stopped playing after I achieved that, and decided to skip Splatoon 2 because I didn't think it added anything significant to the game. I have been curious about it at certain points though, and now that it'll be free...

Oy, it really is unfortunate they took one of the worst cues from Nintendo while making this (having a game like this not have Online multiplayer), otherwise I'd be more willing to give this a chance, as a...sort of Mario Party-ish clone with actual online multiplayer, but alas...

You made this sound like a 9/10 at least...not sure where that other point went.
