NGL, I'm considering never coming back to this site after typing this, after seeing you actually cover this cringefest of an excuse of a human being. Like, no lie, this is probably going to be my final comment on this site, as seeing this actually being covered here...makes me reconsider how much I should care about this site as a whole. It's been...an alright ride I guess, but...yeah, I think I'll be going somewhere else for Nintendo news going forward. Bye...

Re: Feature: Our Nintendo 3DS And Wii U Memories, In Infographic Form

My two roommates and I had a hearty laugh when we all realized that either YouTube or Netflix was the top 'game' on the Wii U for us. XP Smash and BOTW were the next biggest ones for me, though far dwarfed by the 1500 hours of YouTube watched on it. XD But...for a long time, I did use my Wii U Gamepad as a TV whenever I sat down to eat, so...

I'm still mad that Panty and Stocking never got anything resembling a video game, either. Sure, it'd have to be rated AT LEAST M considering the tone of the show, but come on...you could easily make a Wario Land or Mega Man X kind of game featuring the duo. I've even fantasized about teaching myself how to build a game on something like the GBC or GBA to make my own for the series, but alas...

...But I do find it funny that you'll have to rely on customs to get even the other characters that were shown in minifigure form in Lego Dimensions before. @_@ Not saying it was a good game, but it DID exist, and Lego put in the resources to make and animate other non-Sonic characters for that game...and Lego's usually good at officially making minifigures they feature in their video games.

Welp, Sonic finally truly bested Mario at something (other than TV and movies...Sonic has always done better than Mario there). His eventual Lego set looks miles better than any of Mario's. (Shh, I know that intelligent people would rather buy the K'Nex Mario stuff, especially since their minifigures are surprisingly compatible with the Lego system in general, and that would be a better comparison, but alas...IDK everything about that line, compared to the continuing disappointment I've seen of Lego's Mario line).

Rumor has it that Cartoon Network already has plans to buy them all just to hate on for no reason, like that one guy did with all of those Rosalina Amiibo from back in the day. Because that's how they essentially treated Sonic Boom when they aired it, despite everyone universally agreeing the writing was genuinely hilarious. But considering they also bullied Pokemon (...and Star Wars!), of all franchises, off of their channel as well...

@andykara2003 - So, someone named @RudyC3 on here made an excellent reply to me about the whole conundrum, and answered an additional question I had in the long run about why SMK tournaments use the PAL version. IDK why the comment is gone now, but here's what they wrote:

'In this case, the PAL version actually runs faster than the NTSC version, that would be why. SMK was a PAL optimised game, which is to say Nintendo actually did speed up the game to compensate for the other slower refresh rate. However in doing so, Nintendo made the PAL version a bit too fast by comparison.

However on MK64 the timer runs slower on PAL than it does on NTSC, whereas in SMK the timer was also adjusted to run properly even at 50Hz (seconds aren't "longer" on PAL in SMK like they are in PAL MK64). In MK64 the timer is tied to the framerate (30 on NTSC, 25 on PAL), in SMK it's calculated based on the console's clock speed I believe and adjusted on PAL to compensate for the slight difference in CPU clock. Bottom line is, comparing times between PAL and NTSC on MK64 is doable since it all boils down to how many frames it took to get to the finish line, but in SMK it really is time based and both version run at slightly different speeds.'.

@HeadPirate First of all, I am a girl, if you'd read my username.

Second of all, dead game is dead, even in its home land, Japan, which probably has more Gacha gamers there than America does....probably. I've played and enjoyed even more successful mobile games in the past that have went the way of the dodo, so forgive me for not having much confidence in this one... @_@
