Re: Random: Hideki Kamiya Would Like To See Bayonetta In Mortal Kombat 11

I think Travis Touchdown would fit much better.

Mortal Kombat is basically one big rude slapstick joke, and being the butt of a joke does not fit Bayonetta at all.

@Jriibz
Seanmyster6 is not talking about ESRB (or PEGI, or USK) ratings. That western developers tone down sexyness/sexualization has nothing to do with age ratings, they do it because they either believe it's bad themselves, or they feel pressured by some media and political groups.
(Anyway, i don't think the devolpers would turn down an opportunity to use Bayonetta because of this, despite it being true that they DID tone done the sexyness/sexualization of the female characters in MKXI pacticilarly compared to MK V-IV).

Travis Strikes Again performing well with almost perfect 60 FPS is relevant beyond just this one game:
It bodes well for what we can expect from the other projects Grasshopper Manufactures teased, as well as other upcoming Unreal Engine 4 games like Dragon Quest XI.

Unreal Engine 4 support was hyped as a great acheivement around the Switch's launch, but so far there was barely any proof of the console actually being able to handle UE4 for something faster then Snake Pass.

@rushiosan @Fake-E-Lee
To announce DLC before the actual release of a game is a common practice (because of the gap between finishing the development of the main game and the game actually being available on shelves) and does not necessarily mean that the content was cut from the main game.

It has always been pretty clear that TSA is supposed to have 7 main chapters/stages and 2 playable characters. I'm under the impression that those main chapters and characters are on the base game and what comes in the Season Pass is additional stuff.

The Nintendo-related announcements were better then expected.
The rumor was a Wii remaster, what we got instead was a multiplatform remake of a game that was previously Sony exclusive (CTR), some new indies including a Switch exclusive, participation in a AAA multiplatform release (MK) and a really great new exclusive that's a sequel to a previously multiplatform franchise (Marvel).
