Re: Review: Tesla Vs Lovecraft (Switch eShop)

Sally of their games (of which I only have 1) have a camera that is too far out. It’d be much more interesting to me if the camera zoomed in quite a bit more.

Having said that, will probably pick this up during a sale because I really love the premise and throw it in the backlog.

Re: Legend Of Kay Anniversary Will Claw Its Way Onto Nintendo Switch in 2018

@bluedogrulez hope everything from the Wii U makes the Switch. The good games anyway.

As is said over and over, these are junior devs doing the ports. These aren’t devs working on the big games. This is like making money training before they move to new games.

The more ports, the more experienced devs they have, and the more games (both old and new) you get.

If you don’t like ports filling out the library nicely like this, shun it. Don’t spend your money. Let those who do want them spend their money. It is quite simple, actually.

Re: Review: Her Majesty's SPIFFING (Switch eShop)

Interesting, I really like what I’ve seen and other that it being a point and click-ish game I don’t see the reason for the low score. It seems to be more of a review of the type of gameplay from the reviewer rather than a score of the game. I’m getting this, no question. Maybe I’ll change my mind, but nothing in this review does that for me.

Re: Nintendo Download: 9th November (North America)

@Freelance ...because most who comment generally do and usually states if they don’t, especially for a week like this where Switch releases dwarf the other 2 by a long shot? Or since the other platforms have a total of 3 games it’s just be assumed that one would “this one game on Wii U or these 2 3DS games don’t appeal to me?”

Re: Reggie Fils-Aimé Targets an "Extra Nintendo Twist" for the Switch Online Service

Dysnomia

@Fred13 yeah, you will be paying for the features that they will be introducing. What is the problem with that? Should they give you things for free? As a public company, and a for profit company, your money in exchange for their products is a common expectation.

You aren’t getting the online service for free now that will be paid for later. That service does not exist yet publicly.

Re: Switch Player's Next Issue Is Packed With Super Mario Odyssey Goodness

@crackafreeze you should try Nintendo Power’s spiritual successor magazine then, Nintendo Force. Written by some of the same people.

I get both that one and Switch Player and enjoy them, but Nintendo Force is without a doubt light years beyond any other Nintendo specific magazine (there is also Pure Nintendo, for example).

For everyone saying they miss the days of magazines, they are still out there, go and get them, they would love your support!
