I still can't believe this game releases tomorrow. This is a terrible time to not have the Switch...

@EXP - I do! I still have it on my computer somewhere. Made a whole world's worth of levels with it. Good times indeed...

Just watched the trailer, it all looks fantastic. No doubt a ton of work and effort has been put into this.

Since childhood, I always liked making levels. I would draw ideas up on notepads, I played Super Mario Flash all the time in my teen years and of course, I love Super Mario Maker. Here's hoping the game's release goes unhindered.

I got the Wii U version and enjoyed it to the end. Haven't played it since to avoid getting burned out because I plan on getting the DLC when I eventually get a Switch.

Sounds like the expansion pass content will make for a great second playthrough, I have a hard time replaying Zelda games but BotW may be the exception.

Well, for those who skipped the Wii U and have a Switch, MK8 Deluxe will be fantastic brand new experience.

For those, like me, who played the original; we already played through 90% of that same fantastic experience. When you did buy MK8, you got almost 3 years of enjoyment out of the game up to this point. Is that not enough? If you don't care for the new features, that's fine but no-one's forcing you to make a purchase. (Actually from a business stand-point, how would they do that effectively? Would it be worth it for them as a company? Food for thought.)

Amazing! You think you've seen it all and there's still new discoveries being made.

I actually just finished this quest recently after three Divine Beasts rescued. It practically lasts for the whole game, one of the better sidequests in the game.

Also, when the wedding's done and the quest is completed, don't talk to Bolson, or else he and Karson will go back to loitering outside your house in Hateno Village...

I've yet to play it but I have it installed and the guide looks very helpful. When I boot it up, I'll be sure to follow the steps.

If paying for online means an overall better online service and/or connection, I don't mind at all; so long as the cost is reasonable enough.

The retro game freebie is irrelevant, I wouldn't be paying for that alone. It's all about the quality that the online service would give and I hope it'll be good enough to justify the subscription.

As is, I'm not as hyped as I was after the reveal bit I do look forward to hearing details on the Switch. I won't be awake for that big presentation so I hope to wake up to some exciting news..

@Gridatttack - Data for that Eternal Floette is in Sun/Moon apparently. I do hope they release it soon (preferably via internet)...

@ottospooky - I can definitely respect that. I've beaten Colour Splash and loved it, though I played the game with a blank mind. I didn't really think of the other games, just what this one offered and it made me smile and laugh multiple times!

Try not to let the lacking RPG elements bother you too much, there's a fun game in there.

I wonder how many people are going to use these sales numbers as an excuse to say that the game is terrible?

It certainly doesn't help that said game is on a console that's on its last legs.

I'm still very much excited for the game though the negativity around it is a minor turn-off. The wait's killing me, what's the UK's release date for the game?

Totally getting 3D World, I knew that it would be a Selects title sooner or later.

Everyone's talking about the integration of the amiibo in games and I'm just sitting here appreciating the figures themselves. A lot of the amiibo are just very pleasing to look at and as Nintendo memorabilia, I'd rather spend the occasional £10 for one than, say, £200+ for a movable figure. I'll admit that I got caught in the hype at first but I'm happy with my 30-something collection. So while I'm more or less done with the craze, I get one every now and then.
As far as I'm concerned, what they do in games is just a sweet bonus.

Please, 7's a fantastic game. It's, imo, one of the more underrated Mega Man games. Sure, upon its release, it came at the wrong time but that doesn't make the game itself any less fun. Does it?

Dare I ask what Shovel Knight's Blue Shell equivalent would be if they tried a karting game? Heh.

I'd be cool with any of the platforming options. Though a Mario (& Luigi) RPG type game would be cool with Shovel and Shield Knight. Imagine, on enemy attacks; you have Shield protecting against attacks from above (A button) and Shovel using a Charge Slash to counter head-on attacks ala M&L's Hammer defence (B button). I'd love to see something like that.

There's still the question of which to play first though. I personally will play Birthright first; going by what I've heard and with Awakening and Sacred Stones being first FE experiences. I've since been playing through Fire Emblem GBA (awesome game so far), and I think that will prepare me for Conquest when I get to it.

I can't believe I ignored this the first time. Even though I'm not really interested in most of the games here, you just can't say "no" to this kind of deal.

Went ahead and put down $10-worth; almost a dozen games for £6.88?! I almost feel bad for getting so much while paying so little.
EDIT: My 3DS has next to no space left; so I'm saving the 3DS codes for later. I might upgrade to a New 3DS. Do the codes you get have a expire date of some kind?

Gen 5 is my favourite of the Pokémon generations, as it was the one that got me back into the series in a big way. I even went back a generation to enjoy HeartGold. The Gen 6 games have been OK to play through but after the main game's done, I rarely do anything else with them.

Trainer Customisation, An engaging story, Meaty Post-Game content.

If Sun & Moon had those, and be a bit like Gen 5 without blatantly copying the generation; I'd be happy.

Really digging the music I heard during the gameplay there.

Now that I think about it; Star Fox Guard is the result of Project Guard from a while back, right? If I remember correctly; Project Guard was revealed before FNaF became a thing.

Honestly; I've been thinking about getting the Limited Edition just for the watch. It does look nice but I don't know if I'll go for it though.

I'll just wait for the EU release. I can almost guarantee that there will be dialogue changes from the US version of the game.

Still got my GBA SP and it's still going strong. Had a ton of fond memories with the handheld. I know that its sound quality wasn't the best but that never bothered me, 'll never forget all of the games I played on it.

15 years... [sigh] Feeling old intensifies.

Oh man, I love Dara. He's hilarious! Really hope the show becomes a success, I watch the Dave channel more than I'd like to admit.

I'm surprised by this new patch and I am happy that the game will still be getting balanced every now and then.

I use Corrin on a regular basis and I'm happy that Counter Surge has been looked at and changed. I don't really agree with the speed nerfs though.

@Ashthearcher - Oh I know, (Does that game have an EU release date? I don't think it appeared in our Nintendo Direct.) that game is continuing with the Mini-toys mechanic though. I meant another Mario vs. Donkey Kong that was like the GBA games, as puzzle platformers with Mario himself

Looks like a fair Top 5, I'm surprised and happy that Mario Maker made the list. A shame that Mario vs. Donkey Kong didn't make it; wasn't expecting it too but DK '94 and the first M vs. DK were fantastic puzzle platformers. Hopefully, one day Nintendo gives that formula another go.

I also love the Paper Mario games (all of them!) and the Mario & Luigi games but the Paper Mario fanbase's reactions to recent events is sad and off-putting. At least the Mario & Luigi games are still on full force, I kinda prefer those anyway!

I haven't played Pokémon much recently but I still keep my 'mons safe in the bank. I'll be sure to get these later on.

Well, it's good to see that the Legacy Collection delivers to a decent extent. There's still no reason to me to buy it though since I have all 6 via VC and the art and challenges aren't enough to convince me otherwise.

Once the DLC started, they really went crazy with all of the extras. It was all so exciting. Kind of a shame to see its all over, even though the end was inevitable.

Hey, if there's a chance go for it! You wouldn't see me buy it though because, thanks to the internet and part of the fanbase's obsession with it; I've been spoiled of most everything about the game.

I still have the GBA cart but I'll definitely get this on the eShop if it comes to the EU.

I share the same feelings as @BaffleBlend, I would've tried it out for the hell of it. I don't mind its absence; it's not like I was going to get the game just for that mini-feature anyway. Where's that EU date at?

There's online multiplayer?! I didn't know that! Very much looking forward to Fates though there's no EU release date yet... so playing Corrin in Smash will have to do until then!

The splatfest's focus is on how you play, not which you prefer. That said, I'll need to think about this one.

I've been playing this little game and have beaten the first 2 "Worlds", finding all of the Mega Mushrooms so far. It's pretty fun to play. Will probably playthrough the whole thing.
