Very good results. 2013 was a great gaming year and a great year for the 3DS so here's to 2014 where the Wii U will hopefully continue its comeback and charge into victory.

This game is fantastic. 3D Land was great but THIS game just leaves that one in the dust. I rate it as high as the Galaxy games. Me and my friend (and on occasion, his bro) played through the whole game and had a blast doing so. We collected everything barring the last five stamps but I'll leave him to it.

I'm sure to have a great time again when I eventually play Single-Player by myself but until then... [sigh] If only Christmas didn't have a money budget.

Hmm... I have a 3DS and I don't have a Wii U, but I plan on getting one. If I create a NNID via the 3DS, can I link it to a new Wii U I get later on?
In other words, you can link a 3DS to an existing Wii U account but can you do vice-versa? If not, should I just make an account anyway? I'd really appreciate having my predicament cleared up.

Well, it's at least above average going by the score system. I'll judge when I play it for myself. Screw what anyone else says, Party 9 is one of my favourites so I'll probably have fun with this game in some way.

That is great value for money. Money no object, I'd definitely get this. So long as there's a warranty anyway. I always buy consoles with a 3-4 year guarantee or anything of the sort.

@Einherjar has it right. Permadeath can be alright but it's what put me off the Fire Emblem franchise when I first played Scared Stones. "Oh great, I lost [insert name here]. Now I have to restart / now I'm screwed". Awakening came along giving me casual mode and I fell in love with the game and its characters. So I'm thankful that I don't have to restart due to an unlucky 34% hit, 2% crit KO, causing me to lose someone I care about when it wasn't my fault...

It's actually a bit less than I expected.

I'm really enjoying the game so far. I, too, found the... 'ghost' in a certain building. I'll be sure to go back there later on, see if anything else happens. As for nicknames, I normally really don't care for them. I see really stupid ones for Pokémon but when I saw that the in-game friends wanted to call me by a nickname, well there was only one choice...

I saved in Lumiose City once to check out haircuts and my game's fine. I'm heading back there now though and might forget to not save in the city, so I hope there'll be a patch for this soon.

Stores selling the game a couple of weeks from the release date is terrible and near unforgiveable in some cases; but this is just one day which isn't bad at all.

Earlier this year, I won the Shell Cup at an Expo.
It'd be awesome if they were offering the Mushroom Cup as a prize at the next Expo later this year. I love the look of that one.

This is fantastic news for me, Toon Link is one of my faves; so his return gets me that little bit more hyped! Honestly wasn't expecting him in Smash Bros. 4.

Eh, gives me more time to train Pokémon in Gen 5 while at the same time appreciate Gen 6 more.

Some more Fire Emblem: Awakening for me, I've really bonded with the characters (I'm very imaginative). After playing Dream Team, I've gone back to Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time to relive the memories of the game as it's the one I've played the least. Might play a bit of Pokémon Black 2 as well.

I'd love to go there and meet the man himself. Whether I do or not, who knows...? It'd be nice if 3D World was at the demo pods.

Yeah, with Pokémon being released soon (saw a advert for it on TV a moment ago!), the 3DS will continue to sell well.

Huh, I was just thinking about Intelligent Systems. Not sure if this game's my thing though, we'll see.

People are taking this surprisingly positively. I like the Mega Mawile. I always liked Mawile and now, with the extra power; it shall have Dragons for lunch!

@Koto - Be patient. New Eevee evos often come into pairs and not everything will be announced before the game's release.

The GAME store I go to often gives me the pre-order gift, even if I didn't pre-order. The Pokéball looks nice. It's a better game card holder than NSMB2's Gold Coin.

I can see what they're getting at but this isn't the Virtual Boy. The Wii U isn't that bad, it has undiscovered potential which just needs to be found. It also needs appealing games and that will happen over time.

Not that surprising to be honest, but their upcoming releases might help them later on.
