Interesting how 80’s and 90’s games were developed & produced from scratch faster than Nintendo is able to transfer them on Switch now a day.

If you’re into travel. I recommend a portable 4g LTE wifi hotspot. I use Prolink PRT7011L - it’s just a bit bigger than a joycon, you can stick it in your pocket.

Then when you’re overseas, buy a sim card with data for it (can even purchase in convenient store). Here in Indonesia, i buy 35 gigs at 4g LTE speed for only $7 and lasts me a month. Then you’ll have internet for your smart phone, computer & switch without using expensive international data plan.

Q4 2024 is my prediction for new hardware

I’m happy for the community to get an updated Metroid - looks great with really nice performance.

Here’s some suggestions to fix the controls on Switch. The menu option is awkward - there’s 4 screens in the menu (use d-pad to toggle thru)

Change the default control option from 1.1 honey to 1.3 kissy

Change default look up & down from Reverse to Upright

Change Aspect Ratio from Normal to 16:9

So is Online Multiplayer just for ‘Friends list’ only? I’m not seeing an option to jump into an random online game.

Yeah i just played it. It could be great…. BUT THE CONTROLS ARE HORRIBLE. Really ruins the experience for me. At least Xbox updated them.

A game people begged for many years. Many people will play for the weekend and be done with it… and realize it wasn’t the magical game they hoped for.

I’m more excited for 1080 Snowboarding.

Been gaming since the 80’s. First system was the original NES with Mario Bros / Duck Hunt. Had tons of systems over the years. Nintendo Switch is my all-time favorite.

I don’t remember the last Ubisoft game I purchased… must have been a long time ago.

I would like Switch 2 to be at least 2x more powerful

Switch can run Witcher 3 awesome… so it’s no excuse for these companies to say Switch can’t do it.

Happy for those who wanted a physical copy. Seems like when developers release a switch version of their game, they have more success most of the time.
