I feel like after a point, the bigger something is, the worse it gets. Like youtubers. There was one that I really liked cause he was all chill and cool, now when he talks its in a wierd frantic tone, and he puts skits everywhere when I just wanna see him complete the game!
I feel like if nintendo blows up as big as disney, then they'll be unable to put as much care into their projects, and start throwing random stuff out just to get a paycheque
I miss physical NA rewards...last thing I got was this cool reversible pouch, its really good quality. I use it to keep my GBA's screen safe, especially since I just replaced it with a glass one
Im done with Lets Go Pikachu for now. Heard so much about Bastion when it first came out, so picked it up for $1 on my switch, Im so excited to try it finally!
@johnvboy I wasn't planning on getting them, but my wife bought LGP for my birthday, and I've gotta say it was a ton of fun! What a nice surprise that was.
Also I'm glad Mario Odyssey is still selling well, probably the best Mario game of all time for me. I'm still replaying it!
Can confirm, the wii was the good old days. 2005 was the first year I was allowed to work, so in the wii generation I just bought every game that looked good. So thankful now, cause all the good games from then can get crazy expensive
@sixrings You must be forgetting having to make sure the cable was perfectly straight, or it just straight up messing up on its own. Take off the nostalgia goggles
Just finished Pokemon: Lets go Pikachu, such a fun game! Cooling down with an indie game "Just Ignore Them" (Cause I have to play something spooky for October) and then probably on to Bastion
Wife just got me Lets Go Pikachu! for my birthday, so I've been digging into that! Some wierd choices, like catching wild pokemon to grind levels, but other than that, I'm really enjoying it!
Funnily enough, I'm actually playing Chibi Robo on my gamecube as well! Going to also try to get my wife to play more Zelda on the SNES, shes loving it so far!
One of my favourite gaming memories was rushing to beat this with my friend before he moved away, we finally managed to beat it the night of! There was much celebration. Good times!
@Retron Right? Like can we code a full switch game with it? How do we import assets? And of coursr the games are simple, theyre there to learn from. Stay in your lane Nintendolife
Looks like we're going to get hit by Hurricane Dorian today, so gonna get my switch all charged up for when the power goes out. Then its gonna be a mix of Link to the Past and Super Metroid!
I love how even after 10+ years, minecraft keeps coming back. Feels like it fades out every couple years, then the new generation finds it and makes it big again
Im still playing octopath, but gonna try that DQ demo
If you cant figure out what to play, I wrote a program that might be able to help you! Go here for details:https://www.nintendolife.com/forums/general_discussion/eliminate_your_backlog

Pass, I love all the extra characters, but the game feels so floaty, and the attacks don't have the kind of impact that I like
