Why do people keep blaming TWEWY's price on Nintendo? Are you gonna go play your Nintendo PS4 with their latest hit Spider-Man game instead?

Anyway I noticed the eShop page for TWEWY says it'll release today. I doubt it but damn do I hope so. Technically tomorrow's my birthday but I work that day and the two after (12-hour nursing shifts, love em...) so it coming out today would be great.

All I need to be content is Smash and TWEWY. But I could go for a Kid Icarus Uprising 2...

I played this with very little knowledge about One Piece and freaking loved it. Way better story mode than HW and FEW and the move sets are just as varied. It’s just as good as those two are, don’t skip this one if you liked them.

Really hope it's a full game, but I wonder how it'll be with just touch control.

Doubt it's anything major. Won't be buying Day One as I already own it and the DLC for PS4 but one of these days it'll be marked half off and then it will be mine.

Holy crap, this is the kind of thing that I've wanted to see on Nintendo for a long time. Hopefully this huge sale comes stateside, there's a handful of games I'd buy from the Switch list alone. Probably some 3DS ones too but I have yet to look at that.

So far I’ve picked up a 128GB SD card with Xenoverse 2 (3rd time I’ve bought it, I really want to try the DLC and the figurine Mode) along with four PS4 games.

And also Xenoblade 2.

I hope this is true and I’ll blindly buy any Ace Attorney they put out, but I was hoping the second complication would have Investigations 1/2.

Although HD SoJ would be perfectly fine as well.

Gosh I know this makes me a horrible customer but I hope they have a digital sale to go with this or for Black Friday lol. Never really cared for Metroid but this seems pretty interesting, but for $20 there’s way safer purchases.

Back when we were waiting for the Switch release I so super hyped, listened to the music on my way to class/clinicals every day lol. Then I played through all of Spring in like two days, picked Rune Factory 4 back up, and got totally burnt out on both within the week. I'll definitely pick this up again when the patch comes out since the music won't sound weird and video recording will be cool.

Hopefully Golf Story gets it, I would be up for another play through with video recording.

Man I bought it on PS4 and played all Christmas break, but I stopped before summer hit because I didn't want to be burnt out on Switch's version.

Dang that kinda sucks since NA actually got good rewards, I picked up both Super Paper Mario and Picross 3D 2 and something about SPM has given me major Wii nostalgia so I might get Pikmin.

Side note, the N64 - Wii gap is smaller than the Wii - present day gap. Having Wii games on Switch VC would be like having N64 games on Wii. Where does the time go?

This is honestly one of the best "simple" games I've played in a very long time. I've beat a normal play with Gunvolt and a 100% Hard mode with Beck, now I just need to wrap up challenges. Can't wait for the DLC!

I haven't been able to find any info regarding the "new levels" teased by Nicalis. What's up with that? Did they just flat out lie or are the new levels just some more challenge mode stuff?

Objectively they definitely had an ok showing this year mostly due to the double hit of Metroid and the fantastic showing of Odyssey weighing out the bad parts (not really much new in the way of 2017 Switch games or even release dates, no indie sizzle reel, NO VC EVEN MENTIONED COME ON GUYS WHAT THE CRAP) . I'm pretty let down by the lack of talk regarding any sort of OS updates, I was really hoping that the 9 hour maintenance that just so happened to be right before E3 would lead to something but apparently not.

Oh well, Mighty Gunvolt Burst is still coming either way.

So what are "Bowser's challenges"? Can't find them at all in the game. Can someone who hasn't yet payed try 1-4 and see what pops up?

Ideally, for me anyway, this would be a mid-to-late May game and then Splatoon 2 would come out mid June, just the Friday before E3. The reason for that is that Splatoon will be a system seller and being able to say "you can buy now and get play Splatoon 2 free, then gear up for our latest announcements" or whatever.

Mario is almost certainly a November release and that's usually the month for the big year end games.

I set up a Tumblr (yeah, I know...) to share pictures as I feel that's the better social media platform. Is that on Switch? Does it let you set Hashtags and post to secondary blogs?

Shovel Knight Treasure Trove, Cave Story, 1001 Spikes, Shakedown Hawaii, Runner 3, Stardew Valley, Has-Been Heroes, Overcooked...bring on the indies.

Only complaint is that there's still no sign of Guacameele on the Switch, but granted I'd rather have a sequel than another port.

WAY too late imo, it needs to be coming out as kids and college students are getting out of school. I guess summer isn't technically until June 28 but hey, Smash Bros. 3DS gave us an October release for summer lol

But really yeah, it needs to be out early so they can hook people onto it while online is still free. It also will help to have it out before E3 or shortly thereafter. Hope this is just a rumor.

I'm honestly not sure why so many major news outlines (here and GoNintendo are just two examples) care about anything Emily Rogers says, she's been wrong far more often than right, and when she's right it's usually super vague stuff (she "predicted" a new Paper Mario but that's it, no title or gameplay/story details or anything at all specific). She even said she'd never post another article if she was wrong about a certain set of rumors (http://www.ign.com/boards/threads/emily-rogers-says-shell-never-post-another-article-again-if-shes-wrong-on-any-the-following-rumors.202749211/) and guess what...she was wrong.

And then you have her insistence at the female Link option in BotW that ended up being completely and utterly wrong.

Obviously I'm gonna get the Pokemon demo, but man do I hope that sale comes over stateside. Bayonetta, Castlevania VC, Pandora's Tower...I'm gonna be buying big.

But instead we got a Wii U launch title and some 3DS games that are just as old...every single one I own or have played. Every time I get excited for MyNintendo it just doesn't work out.

I really like that MyNintendo discount, that's exactly the sort of thing that they should be doing with every major release - the competition has 20% off new releases, after all!

Seriously though I'm pretty sure that this is the first time Bayonetta has been discounted on the eShop. Hopefully that comes stateside, I'd pick it up at a reduced price in a heartbeat!

I'm not gonna lie, playing through this game was the first time I've ever just sat back and played a game for hours with a stupid grin on my face since Mario Galaxy. It really deserves every ounce of praise it gets, I hope it sells well and paves the way for the Toranto bros to keep on moving forward.

I'm thinking about Nintendogs and Lego City U...at some point. MyNintendo has had some of the other Selects available at discounted price so I'll wait to spend my stockpile on those discounts when they come up.

Hopefully September gives us something to spend on...

I couldn't get enough of this game, it's easily right up there with Monster Hunter and Pokemon in my most played games list.

Sucks that the DLC doesn't work now. It was a lot of fun getting on every week to see the new missions, especially since they expanded the story.

Pretty great review. With the multiplayer, I'd argue that this is the best MP game of all time. I loved going through the unlockables list, it's massive. But SP only definitely puts a hamper on the proceedings.

Probably gonna be a big name one featuring Mario or Link. But man do I hope it's a WarioWare game.

I might get the new campaign, it seems like it's a good value.

But holy crap, no way am I paying a couple bucks for some costumes when it already has tons of costumes and cameo characters.
