Re: Digital Foundry Gives Its Assessment Of Cloud Gaming On Switch

DK-Fan

There's no reason to not make a decent port of any of those games. And I tired of the "power" excuse. They have even done worse ports in PS and Xbox machines in the past but we Nintendo users doesn't deserve their time nor money. We deserve the common denominator because how dare not bend the knee to MS or Sony and admire their beauty.

Switch is one of Nintendo's most succesful console in year and yet we don't get a decent port of those games because reasons? But the freaking failure that is the Xbox brand keeps being treated like a king even when it has never been first place in like 20 years!?

To hell with them!

Re: Poll: So, How Would You Rate Nintendo's 2021?

DK-Fan

It lacked a BIG game this year. Metroid Dread was good but not great. Not big surprises from Mario, Zelda, or anything new.

It was decent. Hopefully next year is better with Splatoon 3 and hopefully a new Zelda and/or Mario and/or Metroid and/or Donkey Kong (yeah right).

Re: Ouch! Nintendo Hacker Gary Bowser Hit With Additional $10 Million Fine

@Frailbay30 That's not the point. They MUST protect their IPs from piracy so they won't have problems in the future to renew them or against other worse uses.

Maybe, yeah, they won't lose a lot of money, but if they let anybody to do whatever they want with their IPs for whatever reason, they won't have grounds to defend themselves from worst tactics or uses.

They have all the rights to defend their products and games. I don't understand why you "pseudo-Nintendo fans" can get that into your heads.

Re: Anniversary: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Turns Three Years Old Today

@dopey-grin Games drop in price when they are in decline or have bad sales.

Like Star fox zero

And Metroid Other M

And Spirits Tracks.

You want them to make games that fail? Because I don't.

I prefer my Nintendo being succesful with quality games. Not disposable games that go to bargain bin in weeks, like the plethora or Xbox and PS games.

Re: Updated Nintendo Policies Push For Increased Transparency And Diversity

DK-Fan

Funny how the ones screaming "misoginy" and "racism" can't hide their hatred and contempt for straight white men.

The more "tolerant" ones are the most intolerant ones. Quelle surprise.

Quotas never work. Maybe for a while. But how do you expect to keep that when the majority of graduates from Engineering degrees are men? how can you balance that? That would mean, that in order to fill that quota, they will start hiring more women that are not fit for the job just because of "diversity"..whatever the hell that means.

If that enrages you, then put it this way: imagine that a hospital is commited to hire more men as nurses for the sake of diversity. How can they accomplish that when the majority of Nurses are women? Hire less skilled men as nurses just to fill a quota? yeah that will work wonders.

That's what "hire the best" means. Sorry if you wokies hate to hear that but is just the real world.

The "get woke go broke" phrase is not a myth. It's real. Because it is not grounded in the reality. It's grounded in ideology. And if you wan to see how forcing "equiality" based on ideology works, just take a look at the USSR, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela and all the cemetery of "Diverse" and "Equal" paradises out there.

Re: Talking Point: What's Your Favourite New Feature In Animal Crossing: New Horizons 2.0 And The Happy Home DLC?

DK-Fan

I like the small details like how they applause at KK's concert or they visit your house. The partitions are cool but I would like if you could hang things in them.

I don't get the shine furniture thing. What is it for anyway?

Happy home dlc is awesome, It's fun to make houses based on what the villagers want. The best part is the new furniture you can buy and it can even appear at Nook's cranny.

Brewster is cool but sometimes it doesn't feel blended with the rest of the island. One moment you see one of your villagers in the city hall and suddenly is drinking coffee out of nowhere. But I like it anyway.

The cooking feature is fun but haven't used it very much.

@Pokester99
Looks like it is doing very well without online chat
The ports argument also applies to the other consoles (and even PC)
There's cloud save. what on earth are you talking about?!

Yeah yeah I know, you want Nintendo to make another failure like N64, Gamecube and Wii U so you can be the big fish in the small pond, right?

It ain't gonna happen. So though it up.
