Three years ago today, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate launched worldwide on Nintendo Switch. And what a game it turned out to be, huh?

With its constant character reveals, Nintendo Direct showcases, and internet memes aplenty, few games have had quite the impact on the gaming community that Ultimate has in recent times. Nintendo's been busy celebrating the anniversary on social media today, taking a look back at all the fighters that have been introduced into the series over the past 22 years.
