Not a handheld for me. 3DS was a fantastic size, switch lite was probably as large as I’m willing to go for a “Handheld device”

I want Nintendo to do well. I will inevitably get a switch2 at some point, most likely if they do a lite version. As at this size, it is not a handheld it’s more of a tablet which I hate.

Also I do not support and will not support GKC or digital only products, I’m just old fashioned and see these things as a route to streaming games.

Nintendo of late has been loosing their magic for me, but I want them to do well. Switch 1 had some incredible games and I know they still have it in them.

If I had a wish, it was we had a tiny handheld again and a home console, I don’t “love” the hybrid only path. But I understand why.

Yes it requires voice acting. But that would require some effort, which the games sell like hot cakes for minimal effort.

Not sure about the countdown clock, only thing killing my hype.
I want to get behind it, but that clock gets me every-time.

I love Avatar, this is not the one for me, hope others enjoy it. I don’t like the cheap animation movement.

Plus, cool for my switch collection (physical).

I’ve tried playing this game twice and frick are the characters annoying. One of them is talking about unleashing the power in his eye and the other is prancing about well about to take a shot.

I will attempt to play it again.

Yeah, echoing above, I actually find games here that I may have missed! Even physical copies I have managed to pickup and collect thanks to you @nintendolife

It’ll likely sell more with time and games, I’d be surprised if it didn’t.

Big Nintendo fan here, but the switch2 wasn’t really aimed at me as I love portable handhelds and high powered consoles. The switch2 is neither for me unfortunately, it’s too big for a portable console to fit in your pocket and I tend to play the PC or PlayStation on the TV.

I’ll get one eventually if it picks up with some amazing must have games down the line (sure it will). Praying for a switch 2 lite 😅

In the UK it’s mostly available everywhere and there’s maybe too much stock 😅

I was stood next to a bin of them yesterday in Argos and was quite taken back! I genuinely didn’t know they were struggling to sell these!

Only thing that puts me off about what I’ve seen is the timer? Why does it need a countdown timer ..

Mario Kart is an insanely popular series of games, for good reason.

However, I’d love to know if sales would be as strong and I can’t help but feel they’re so high because it’s being sold as a bundle.

@Uncle_Franklin same thought, rolled my eyes and I enjoy these kind of games. Didn’t they just take people to court for copying their games, then they’re copying other games ..

I wish this was a remake instead, gold and silver in that style would be cool.

But DLC (paid) is “kinda” ok if work has begun post launch but to announce before the game is even out is to me, obnoxious. Pokemon company is a multi million/billion dollar company and in reality their DLC could well be free.

I was thinking, wait these games aren’t out yet 🤔 so why is it not included on cart ?

@Yoshi3 well said about Zelda. The new games are fantastic in their own right. Yet it lost a lot of its DNA, I feel exactly the same way.
