@InJeffable A taller joystick would block the view. Totally not my thing.. the switch needs to be higher. You have to sit or stand in a way that your hand doesn't block your view

@Lordplops I can't play rpgs with cards.. except Baten Kaitos.. but other card games are too slow for me. I prefer a fast action in a RPG

@johnvboy and not only that. The new xbox makes all xbox games playable on the same machine while PS5 will only support PS4. Xbox did good this time. This way you will prevent people using emulators while you can get one hardware that plays all the previous games from the last gen. A very good move. Something that other companies should follow instead charging people again and again over older games which most of us still own.

@ChromaticDracula It's not just this.. I mean look @ final fantasy 5 and 6 on steam.. those sprites are very ugly. It totally didn't capture the awesome SNES sprites at all. They had only 1 job.. to make the older version to look better without touching the standard look of those sprites. They used new looks and it didn't fit at all. The sprites and art just doesn't fit there. It felt like some amateur mod was used. I refunded right away. This game is also same..it's like they keep using those flash made graphics in games.. those are so ugly. I prefer true pixels from SNES quality any day over any ugly Flash player made like graphics. Those are so souless

Oh God.. not another Gothic fiasco.. when an original team isn't working on the next titlte the people who work on it don't carry the same soul. I feel bad for the fans.. you won't get the true Witcher. The creator/team who were behind it aren't there. You see what i'm doing here? Same happened to Gothic 3 and 4.. Huge fiasco and let down

In the past you could buy a book as well for long games so you had always a guide how to finish a quest or getting secret items.. These videos, especially walkthroughs, are great and I love the reviews from gamers themself.. it's better IMO. No one got paid to review it so its better

The remaster was horrible.. those ugly sprites.. I mean they had one job to do. Just reusing the old sprites in higher setting, but instead they gave some new look that totally didn't capture the old school FFV. It was a huge letdown and I don't care if all stuff from other N hardware is included in that "remaster" version. I still didn't get quality. It was like some noobs made some draws.. who even approves such horrible graphics i'm wondering

@RupeeClock To me all the Pokemon games are the same.. especially on gameboy.. only a few different pokemon, but further everything the same. They sure milked out from people back then and still does. I just didn't enjoy it after a little while. 2 or 3 pokemon is more than enough.. but they released like 10 or more back then

Meh.. no need for it. It's fine as it is. They better of focus on their next Bloodstained title instead. Just use a bit better OST please.. it was quite generic and nothing to be remembered. Castlevania Symphony of the Night was a game to remember but also thanks to the OST. Bloodstained is getting dusty here because there wasn't much awesome in it

@Kalmaro I kinda liked FFX, but the level cap put me off eventually. You were not able to level up before you reached a chapter so you could get items to unlock the board level 1/2 etc. I hate that in RPG with level cap in a chapter. Let the player decide if they want to level up. Maybe if they put some more effort in more amazing monsters instead low level monsters and taking away the challenge to level up beyond the monsters level. They lost the grip what a true RPG means. FFX to me is just hack/slash with a story with locked RPG elements which you can unlock if you progress more in story. I love to level up in a RPG. That was all about it in the past. We had challenge. But Square Enix with their FF titles with the level caps is just stupid. FFVIII is an other reason I dislike.. you still could die in 1 hit with some monsters even leveling up and getting better gear. Whats the point to put a level up system that is broken? I guess you play it for the story. But hey each his own. FF9 is not that different either. You gain a level but no STR gain.. only after a level up or 2 or 3 then you gain a bit more stats. It's kinda forced gameplay which I dislike. Square aint my friend that's for sure. Dragon Quest games are the best though.. its challeninging and you love to level up because it's rewarding

I wonder if the online part was good...would this game still get a 6? I don't believe it. Most of the review scores for this game I remember it was like an 8 or 9. What changed? a 6 is quite low

I hope not everything from Fire Emblem.. Fire Emblem has limited level up.. you have too choose which pawn you're going to level up. There is no free battles to gain more levels before you progress. IMO most studios delivered the better Fire Emblem experience with free battles in it. To me Fire Emblem is just pure tactial game.. I call a game RPG if there is truly a freedom to level up as much as you like early in the game. As a player I should be able to make such choices... well with that said

Final Fantasy X on Steam. Love love the remaster

You know.. i dislike RPGmaker games.. because there are so many of them... but this one is exception for me. I played it and I love the OST already... and the game reminds of good old Genesis/snes graphics. Much better than most indie games with only 8/12 bit kinda graphics. .. so outdates. This one is way more charming and I can get take this as a serious game. Great game. Can't wait for the enchanted one I will buy it on steam for sure!

@dimi wow that's expensive. This game is not worth that amount. There are better even A++ titles out there. No sale!

This is a typical a game for children.. for older audience just look to another game if you don't like

@datamonkey Me too. And you know it was my very first time buying a Collectors edition since I never knew that such were a thing. So I decided whenever another FF game would come out I would be one of the people who will own a Collector edition. God the game was a huge letdown. Totally not the previous FF titles. I sold the game. It looked cute, but it wasn't a true RPG game.. and limited movement on places.. it was just like N64 game one RPG.. don't remember the name but it cames close to that one and that one scored quite poor a 5 or 6.

Good for the fans... but seeing this animation it doesn't do anything for me and I love Castlevania... well sometimes anime is more like than the game and vice versa or both liked or both hated haha . Enjoy people

Persona 5 so much overrated game. A so not a loss here it it won't be released on Switch... I saw it and I can't be bothered. Was watching what was so great about it... to me it looks like a Sims game but with other characters with different story... look at all that interaction with NPCS like best buddies... I want to play a game and if i want social activity i will go out with friends. LMAO

only if they up their game to true 16bit.. even Sega Genesis has better graphics and that is system way old. I know they want to stay true to GBA... but lets be honest those graphics weren't everything. Why keeping low 2d graphics while you can get 16bit era graphics... this is gba is more like 8 or 12 bit. we've seen better

Why not i'm wondering... first of all the newest Soul Calibur game isn't good at all. Did you all see the graphics? Dept of field at highest setting as default. The background is like a fog. I doubt Switch can't handle it. It's just lazy and that's that. Just telling you the T here. It's not the old school Soul Calibur quality here! Period

These big companies don't want to make any cost... so only digital so they don't have to pay for cardridge nor a booklet or a box... it's more money (and yet they dare to ask same price as it would be as a physical release, they can't justify the pricetage some companies)

What irritates me mostly are the prices of each game that's been offered onlined. At least in the past when you got your copy of game.. you got a box and with a booklet (sometimes in full colour) and the disc/DVD or whatever... so that was ok to ask 60$ or €60. Now we don't get any box with a game neither a book... just digital download. They shouldn't even ask more than €/$45 per game even when they are new.. because these companies aren't paying any money on those stuff anymore. These high prices online are not justified! we don't get anything just a downloadgame. Stop supporting the high price tagged games people! You're showing that you're ok with it and they get away with it. So stop downloading at that higher price at release. They will lower their price soon when they realise how overly charged people. Lets be honest here... we don't get anything but digital download.. no more books no more covers no more extras no more boxes... those last stuff i meantion made it worth the full price. But now they can't justify

@Robzilla When you play MK 2 if you jump and don't press kick right away the cpu will think there won't be any action. If you master the right input at right time when you jump/kick you will have that CPU in your power. That's how I beated MK2. You just have to fool the CPU a bit by input a command a bit later so it's like you're not doing anything and so CPU moves a bit different. However it's kinda lame that you have to do that in each battle after the 2nd battle... after that the CPU gets harder. But when you lose it's like the CPU gets a bit easier... and when you lose again the CPU is like from the 2nd battle and easily to be beating... I bet they used that system so people would keep playing the game and pay more. Well tha'ts business

Switch is already a hardware to have indie games on it... look @ how man indie games there are on Switch. yes they are 3rd party. LMAO. Nintendo is wayyyy behind. Once upon a time they were doing great and had even stronger hardware.. but after the gamecube... God... releasing WII which matched the old Xbox which was already some years old. I really laughed hard and hated Nintendo from that day on. Sure I got WII and WII U.. but both these hardwares are sold.. while my ps3 and xbox 360 are still standing here including gamecube hardware with some games. Switch doesn't get my attention.. the Lite hardware seems cute, but even smaller screen with no other docking option as it was supposed to.. now it became the next 3DS... and from stories Switch hardware is harder to find... so I do hope its because Nintendo is working on better next Switch 2 hardware. if they want some better gaming on their hardware they need to move on and give some more quality... they earned already enough money.. I bet they still have some success with better specs. Just release a better Switch that is 4x the current CPU power and GPU power. Ps5 and Xbox will move to 4K already... at least try to be a bit stronger nintendo

Since ps5 will be announced... i'm sure Nintendo might release the next gen Switch for early 2021... maybe just maybe

Voted for 3D Mario World. Twilight princess got already 3x a release... based on that my vote when to Mario 3D World. But of Course A Switch Twilight Princess HD remaster would be great too and all the others games as well

@sixrings I do agree with you about Xbox. But only about the Xbox One. There aren't really likeable games on that hardware. It's very very generic. Xbox 360 had many many variaty and it was a bit ahead with it's hardware. In most cases Xbox 360 games were better ports than on PS3. Xbox one X doesn't get my attention because there's a very few games that are likeable. They couldn't even be bothered to release an other gem Fable game. After fable 2 that studio went downhill. It's like they went for easy money by just using the Fable title to have more sales. We never seen another Kameo game after the Xbox 360 release. That game is fun to play and from RARE. No love for Kameo, no love for Fable, no love for other exclusive RPGs... Blue Dragon on Xbox 360 was an other reason for me to get that hardware. And some other RPGs that also been released on Xbox 360 were also good. But Xbox O X.. doesn't offer much. They will be releasing Xbox next gen very soon I believe so you can play all xbox games on 1 hardware. From reading that I got excited because I do have Xbox originals games and Xbox 360 games. So it means I can play all on this new xbox because all will be supported. They better work on new IPS new RPGs or Adventure games. It's a lackluster the Xbox atm. We all know the truth here

As I said before and will say it again. A true gamer will own all consoles. If you love all games as a gamer you want the best experience. When you have 3 consoles in a generation you can always maike a choice because you own more hardware. I once had PSX and Dreamcast and N64. I always went with Dreamcast since that was the strongest and gave me the best experience. Like Legacy of Kain soul reaver on Dreamcast. The psx I had a demo of it, but the 3d movement wasn't really working in that one. While on Dreamcast it gives you full 3d movement. See? You can make a choice which one you want to go for. That's how it's always been for me. I had NES and Sega Master system. Later SNES and Genesis... later N64 and then psx and then I got Dreamcast. I all saved up money and still got these hardware. It's possible to own them all. You just wait for the right time each generation . But as a true gamer owning another hardware besides Switch is the best. Lets be honest Switch got only 4gb... that 4gb is not enough. Look how Bloodborne suffered from the long load times... and that hardware has 8gb ram system memory. I bet if it went 720p like switch it would be fine, but they go for the highest and I bet in most cases Switch goes to highest settings as well for each game it's different

@Dm9982 yes because they have to make it attractive to children. weak hardware and yet enough punches to make children to want to get the Nintendo hardware. Actually nothing has changed. Nintendo is and will always be aiming at children. The adults were once the children so get along as well because it's nostalgia. I gave up on Nintendo after WII U fiasco... sold it cos too many few good games and the screen resolution on gamepad was so horrible. I felt cheated because there was no quality. To me Switch is a better system along with gamecube and N64.. and of course snes/nes. but WII... no

I love dark souls, but this doesn't do much for me... feels like an unfinished game that is still waiting a finishing touch. I know they went for this simple graphics.. i played it and went back to dark souls

if you're gonna hack why not just play it on your PC with xbox controller or even usb genesis controls. heck they even have N64 controller USB for PC gaming. You still can get that old school feeling. Funny people out there
