Re: Guide: Which Switch Games Are Not Compatible With Nintendo Switch Lite?

Alucard83

@Crono1973 it's absolute downgrade and i'm shocked that people are actually going to buy this system. Just skip it. Before we know we won't get a switch 2 hybrid but just a portable. It's like they are ready to leave the other games out so they go fully again (3ds in a new light switch disguise) they will all go portable. So don't buy the Light people if you haven't bought any Switch yet. You have bigger screen on the other and can play on TV. The Light will give only some more batteries but dumbed down options. No dock mode anymore needed so some games. Don't buy it people!

Re: Guide: Best Nintendo Switch Lite Accessories

Alucard83

Just saw some review on youtube about the Light. Some people didn't like the controls. It felt a bit too stiff due the smaller hardware. I knew something like this would be here. They are switching obviously like the GBA/NDS/3DS.... I won't be surprised if they won't release a Switch 2 as Hybrid but fully handheld with next gen graphics in it. And the buttons on the light are so also tiny. Nintendo really is into children that's why all these buttons controls are so cropped and small. This isn't really adult friendly. If you have big hands you will jump back to original Switch since it's bigger. For big hand people Light ain't for you

Re: Purchase Bayonetta From The Wii U eShop While You Still Can

Alucard83

I don't mind if they won't offer it anymore on WII U.. because that console is dead now. Physical release was still a thing when WII U was released. So many are already on disc. Removing that option sucks for people who still owns a WII U. But if they move it to Switch it might be a good thing. I hope they will port other games as well from the WII U. Super Mario 3D world really should get a Switch release

Re: Nintendo Files Lawsuit Against ROM Website Offering Nearly 300,000 Switch Downloads

Alucard83

I would do the same if I were Nintendo. But don't touch those old games that we never be able to get. And you're not releasing it either. Your license with some gamestudios are dead already and you don't hold those rights anymore. Right? Nintendo should focus on their main A++ titles that these aren't uploaded and pirated by people who are offering a free download. Maybe some other studio should chase their own titles if they really care... I wonder how it works... if a game is released on a system does it mean it's owned by Nintendo forever?

Re: Review: NBA 2K20 - An Impressive Port That Delivers The Full Experience On Switch

Alucard83

@Xelha I wouldn't even play this game on Switch. With huge load times... no thanks. We live in 2019 load times should be gone right now. This shows again how low CPU hardware is in Switch. Remember PSX Marvel vs Capcom/Street Fighter Alpha 3... those had load times... but on Dreamcast no load times. Because better CPU makes the difference. In such games it proofs again how badly the CPU is

Re: Nintendo Wins Another War Against Piracy As Court Ruling Sees Offending Sites Blocked

Alucard83

Well if Nintendo offers us a better system with higher setting maybe people won't feel to emulate at all. Deliver Nintendo. Instead fighting piracy.. how about you improve your hardware! And make sure you release all games even outside Japan so people won't be feeling the need to pirate. It goes both ways. You don't see money in releasing in West? well good for you people will find other way and still be able to play it. You're couraging people to do stuff like. This also counts to DVD/blu ray movies... not releasing movies/series in other parts of the world. not everyone has a credit card. Well whatever...

Re: Feature: 20 Dreamcast Games We'd Love To See On Nintendo Switch

Alucard83

Glad there is love for capcom vs snk 1. That is way better than the second game. The only improvement were more characters, but that's it. Too much options for the fighting style. 3 style in first game was more than enough. It kinda annoyed me. And graphics on Dreamcast are much better. Love capcom vs snk millenium fight 2000. Very good 2d graphics. Wish they used more graphics like that. Haven't seen much good 2D RPG with that graphic style. It should be the base in all 2D games this high quality. Now we got indie studio... sure they have fun games.. but lets be honest... the SNES 2D are more charming and better looking. period

Re: Feature: Where Does Nintendo Switch Fit In The PS5 And Xbox Project Scarlett Next-Gen War?

Alucard83

@johnvboy No. You're wrong. People enjoy it because it reminds them their child times. It doesn't mean it delivers quality and the A++ games on Nintendo are very expensive even after 2 years still same pricetag. Nintendo became a real kid hardware and their focus is on that market. We all know that they are the only company who can deliver those games while PS4/Xbox is more for older audience. It's simple as that. if you want quality Sony or MS are the hardware. Nintendo has a few top A+++ games. It's not that much.

I like the Switch because it's good for gaming on the go or lazy on your bed gaming without needing a TV. It's the only positive thing I can think of Switch. But hardware wise it's quite lacking. But i'm sure they will do the same thing with their next hardware... double the ram and double the speed of the hardware and that's it. While Sony/Xbox aimes for hardware that is 10x fold stronger than previous gen. I'm missing that from Nintendo. If Nintendo did taking a bit more serious they would invest more in better CPU and GPU hardware. They couldn't be even bothered to include a HDD of 1TB or even 500gb. You only get 32GB internal memory and that's it. For more you have to buy it yourself. Nintendo is a very expensive hardware that's for sure and always has been. When I got a WII I had to classic controller and I had to buy RGB cable because it was not included while we did had TV with RGB/scart cables they gave old type of cables and you were also forced to buy that if you wanted to enjoy better graphics. I had to pay a lot more to have the full system which they had to give when you bought it. It's just half done package. At least with MS and Sony you know for a second controller you have to buy yourself. The others are all included.

Re: Review: Spyro Reignited Trilogy - A Blast From The Past That's Still Got Wings

Alucard83

@diablo2 nintendo has always been this way. When it comes to their titles they are almost all 60$ or €. They know other companies don't have them so they make abuse. It's still a very simple game and remake of a game they already released. There was hardly much work as starting from the scratch and coming up with something new. That game should cost max €40 and not penny more! That's why I dislike Nintendo. At least Sony and MS they do give a pricedrop like 50 up to 70 or 80% from release date. Nintendo keeps same price no matter what. Nintendo the most expensive hardware to have! Period
