If nintendo always requires a password entry before purchase I guess that could be express consent but I bought a game on the switch for a penny with no such need so I know thats not always the case. I think nintendo will just add that extra hoop and this case is over. Although a lot of countries have a cooling off period and I wonder if they honor that...

Look review scores are not the problem, the problem is reviewers do not share clear criteria on what/how they score. Honestly each person doing reviews should have a profile on their genre preferences and a scoring rubric.

Some game translation patches required a specific version of a game, and I used emuparadise to get the correct ones so that's a bummer.
The 2nd miles edgeworth game that never released outside japan had an original release and 2 greatest hits rereleases and you could only patch the original due to minor version differences.

Nothing on mine yet but with how hot it gets I can only expect it to eventually happen.
