Does Japan even have a 2DS?

I'll probably download it these days in the hope that i get farther than in e3 and e4. For some reason i've started to have problems in these where i could easily complete every other Picross game i got before.

This confirms Mega Drive cross-play games for the Wii U and 3DS in tonight's Direct, right?

I voted for Extension of the Premium / Deluxe Wii U Promotion. Surprise downloads in the form of Star Fox, Mother 1 and 3 would be beyond awesome though.

As long as i can't lower the voice of my Mii in Mario Kart i wouldn't even use a DK, Ganondorf or Bowser costume.

I can only speak for myself but if i know a certain game is coming to Europe one day i'll probably always wait for that version. _{If there will be a boxed version in Europe too that is.}
If there's only about 1% of a chance i'll import.
I can't see any harm done to anyone there.

And if they really unlock it'd be great if you could play American Wii games on your Wii U in Wii Mode.

It's nice to see the 3DS version of Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark getting released on the eShop. If it ever goes down to 12 € i might just bite. _{Not really interested in the boxed version.}

I liked Marble Madness on the NES.
This makes me wonder why i haven't seen a game like this on an eShop yet. It would be a great fit for these imo.

I don't really get that.
Except for posts from friends the only other ones i really see there are these from people i'm following. _{And you'd think i chose to do so for some reason or another.}
Anyway, it's just an option so i ain't complainin'.

What really pees me off is how the different versions don't seem to have any real effect on each other though.
When i've already read the notifications _{that have nothing to do with friend requests} in the browser, Wii U or 3DS version i don't want to see that stinkin' blue dot on any of these freaking systems anymore.

If i didn't have one already and if it would be in black that would just be too much value for money to pass it up.

The genius about smart device games is that you can access 'em so effortlossly. Quite a few of 'em get the kids hooked for free and their individually small fees make it seem like you still didn't pay anything for it _{before you consider to how much it may all add up.}
Amiibo might be a way to make kids more interested in Nintendo's games again but will it make them and their parents want to spend at least 40 € on each big game?

How exactly does it work with getting it from a McDonalds Nintendo Zone?
Do you have to just be there for some minutes or to manually interact with the zone to download it?

Woah! For the first time ever this article made me consider getting the normal edition over the XL. But i don't think i could resist the sheer beauty of the Metallic Blue LL model.
And as tempted as i am by the improvements of the new models i still might take my time and look at what exactly will be exclusive in the games. If there's nothing too amazing i could as well hold out for the announcement of the true next handheld generation.

Anyway, here's a few negatives i can see with the new models.

• I don't think the 3D viewing angle will be much better when you're playing in the dark _{since it probably can't track your head or eye movement then.}
• _{While it might be a bit too much to ask} i really would've loved to see the new C-Stick and buttons work with Circle Pad Pro games.
• I don't think the communication with a PC has been improved so having to use a screwdriver each time you want to transfer photos, videos and music between your PC and 3DS is quite a bummer to me.
• They probably didn't do anything about the volume level which is just too low on the 3DS.
• While there wasn't much hope anyway it would've been so amazing if the new 3DS supported Bluetooth so i wouldn't need wires or adapters to use external speakers anymore.

Day one if this ever releases in Europe.

Sounds like that rules out using it in Wii mode.
So much for convenience and giving my trusty Wii to someone i really care about.

For a second i thought Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ would've gotten a Wii U version. My goodness, i really love that game.

Wario's the only one i'd really like to see to wreak havoc Warriors-style.

I can only say that i refuse to buy the exact same system twice just because it won't let me play games from another region. In my case they're losing out on software sales instead since there's quite a few NA games i would've imported or downloaded if the Gamecube, Wii, 3DS and Wii U were region-free.

I'd probably get "Overclocked" for 15€ and SMT4 for 20€ in the European eShop.

If a practical version of something like this _{(can be closed, has better D-Pad)} would ever get an official release it'd be hard to resist.

If it's only half as good as Henry Hatsworth in The Puzzling Adventure i'll strongly consider it.

They better release Treasurenauts soon too.

If the official one came to Europe as a new3DS model i'd be very tempted even by the box alone.
This fan-made one misses these dimensions and has nothing special going for it imo.

With the bonus of getting Mighty Gunvolt for free it's pretty likely i'd get it if it ever releases in Europe.

Will probably also get Parking Star 3D and Quell Reflect.
Also looking forward to the review of The Keep since i really like dungeon-crawlers.

@SanderEvers Well, i'm no tech expert but i'd like to believe they can make the second analogue and the extra buttons "think" they are a CPP so the games will recognize it this way.

I wonder if StreetPass data means just having it created on the 3DS or if you must actually have StreetPassed someone to get the additional content.
