Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire Will Enable Players to Fly Through Hoenn 462157 2

Not content with securing first place in the Japanese sales charts, Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire also managed to secure second place as well with the Double Pack variation. This amounts to over 1,500,000 physical sales for the monster-catching experience in its first week of sales, an astounding feat which doesn't even take into account sales in other territories.

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate still holds its own as the highest selling game that wasn't a new release, and secures Nintendo with half of the total charts position-wise. Mario Kart 8 continues to hang on behind Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, refusing to be shaken from the charts just yet and hoping to bolster the Wii U's moderate presence in its homeland.
