Ya if they want to do a remake, I can handle that, like that's fine, but I just want an easy way to play the classic on the big screen.

I was cheap and picked up a CIB DS version earlier this year and can't get through it. My wife is always way more invested in RPGs and actually reads, so it would be nice to have an easy way to play it on the big screen.

Or I just need to save up for a SNES copy.

My guys, just list it for sale and I will buy it.

@Zuljaras did all three of those games have a steel book release? Or did you get those made, looks pretty cool.

If it comes to switch 2 I'd try it.

@slowpoke_tail same, I've played that title dozens of times. I too was excited to see it so high, and if I recall right it was one of 2 3DS games on the list.

Fellow super stars not fan. I hope Sega finds a way to get evening star to work on another title.

I had age of calamity and best it but didn't like it. Knowing it's cannon makes me want to try it but I'll probably pick it up second hand at some point.

@Stormkyleis it was the scariest thing as a kid trying to get to pokemon center where there was an NPC turning back and forth and you just wanted to run past them! Haha. Good times.

@Anti-Matter dude I had the same experience but when I got 3D all stars it totally changed my perspective.

I'm lefty so the Wii years were a little cruel to me, and having a standard button layout made all the difference in the world in that game.

I never picked up home circuit. Every once and while I see one and wonder if I'd have a good time now that I'm in a house but eh, for now Im good.

I haven't seen a physical announcement yet so I'm holding my money till then. Could be a year from now and I'm cool with it. My back log is nuts.

Ya Disney Afternoon Collection is the only reason I took a PS4 when it was offered to me. I also got to pick up symphony of the night there too. If those ever get ported to switch they will get a ton more hours from me.

I own a virtual boy and I've always wanted to try 3D tetris but cannot afford the crazy prices, so I'm excited to try it and then be able to decide if I ever want to get it physically.

Sounds like a pretty obscure rumor but I think it would be good to have competition. With Nintendo pretty much having a monopoly on the idea right now, I think it would be helpful for pricing and innovation if they had competition.

Guilty, today I picked it up again for the first time in 5 years. My previous save had 15 hours in it and I just felt like it was never going to end. But silk song looks good so I wanted to try again.

As one of the 10 people who plays 3DS with 3D full blast always and owns a virtual boy, I am the target demographic.

Homies just made this unrealistically expensive. It doesn't even make toast.

@Rainz man I'll need to try it again too I suppose. I played 10 hours of it like 5 years ago and just put it down. It felt like it was never gonna end.

I like me some shorty games, especially since adulthood sucks away all your time.

But all the silksong hype has got me wanting to try again.

I've said here and there but Mania is my most played switch game. I play it every few weeks, with over 165 hours in it.

I love knowing this exists because it means they are still willing to work with Sega.

Superstars never did it for me. I tried a few okay throughs and it was always just super boring and unpolished. Like there's a level where Sonic gets shot out of a pipe at the begging, for the level transition and dude just sticks the landing.

Even in this concept art the enemies here have more life than super stars by giving them a glare. The lifeless eyes are lazy and dumb in superstars.

@ImpromptuR agreed that this is a young person thing but everytime I hear that I think of the story my mom told me about the first time she met my dad. She walked into his apartment and he had his TV on, his radio going and he was reading a newspaper. And she thought it was the weirdest thing.

That was back in the late 80s. Maybe it's just evolved.

Always wanted to try it. Still cheaper to buy a physical copy than buy a switch 2 and NSO sub for me. One day when I invest I will happily check this one out. I've heard nothing but good things.

Man am I missing something? I remember these games being, just the worst. It seems like there's an audience. Is it like because it's so bad? Or just childhood memories?

As a father my sons already have a few Mario and Zelda toys. They have a banana peel plush, a Korok their Aunt made, a knitted Link doll that someone else made.

If I have an issue with this line it's that Mario isn't like cute. It's a little creepy to me when I think bout too much haha. I love the character and love the games, pretty sure our boys will be getting those blocks from me or family, but anything plushy just seems weird.

@neil9000 i feel that especially in today's age but something of to think about was Wind Waker was like 10 years old, and so was twilight princess. Probably most underwhelming is that it's hardly been a console generation and the graphical boost isn't anywhere near as mind bending as it was in the past.

I did play the first two chapters of Deltarune and found the gameplay and what I understood of the story well written but they did say they are going to assume you know what's going on, which I didn't haha.

I don't see me playing undertale anytime soon but it is inspiring knowing all Toby did and apparently the code is terrible making my indie developer heart feel hopeful I can release something someday.

I have Warioland, Jack Bros, Mario Tennis and Red Alarm. All are very solid titles. Super fun system. I've had to build up the eye strain muscle or something to not get a major headache after like 10~15 mins.

So now I want a port. A demake, it probably won't happen, and I get that. I just haven't bought a switch 2 yet and got the fomo

It was cheaper and I knew it was a good one since it sold a lot of copies.
